I finally received the item I purchased from the company.  I did have to email them another two times and inform them that I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com for them to send out the item.  They however never responded to any of my emails or phone calls regarding this matter.

Review: I bought the Ginalli Milano Tourmaline for 325$ at the Miracle Mile shop in Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas. Salesperson completely lied about the product description, saying it was manufactured in Italy, etc.. After I got back to my car, I saw that it was made in P.R.C and also it was missing a piece. When I tried to return it 10 minutes after I purchased the product, the salesgirl argued with me and said there was no refund available.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my purchase.

Review: I purchased a straightener from Ginalli Milano. I received the product two weeks later. The product doesn't work I plugged it in and noticed it didn't turn on,in order for it to work the cord had to be moved a certain way which is a hazard.Desired Settlement: I have attempted to reach them but no response from them at all. I would like a replacement straightener.

Review: I made a purchase off of www.ginalli.com on November 2, 2015. I used a promotional code and the item in my cart was free with the cost of shipping. When I clicked to pay, it changed from $29.00 to $329.00 and it submitted my payment when clicking. I wanted to cancel my order and have contacted the company through e-mail, their website, and by calling their phone number. When calling, it is not possible to speak to someone, all extensions take you to a voicemail. I have left 4 voicemails, submitted 2 online complaints, and sent two e-mails without any response. I am now unable to cancel my order that I have been trying to cancel.Desired Settlement: I need the company to respond to a request made in three different ways on 8 different occasions. I need the order canceled and my money refunded for my purchase.

Review: I ordered a free flat iron online July 19, 2014. I paid the $30 one day priory shipping. Ginalli Milano shipped it on July 29 and the post office miss shipped it and then lost the package. I have called Ginalli Milano four time since Aug 1 when the package was shipping to Virginia and then posted August 8th and emailed them twice. I filed a claim with the post office and they told me I need to contact the sender of the package for them to file an insurance claim and send me another flT iron. I have emailed and left voicemail messages for Gnalli Milano with all the information of my purchase and the information from the post office. I also emailed an employee I purchase another product from at the. OC fair and she has not replied as well. I called again today and there voicemail box is full. It is impossible to get in contact with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a new flat iron shipped to me or my $30 refunded to me.

Review: I purchased the Bliss Flatiron from Ginalli several weeks back. Upon receipt of the tool I noticed it did not turn on. I immediately sent an email voicing my concerns. I waited one week called and was unable to gt anyone on the line so, I sent a second email. Waited yet another week and tried calling again and the same thing. Voicemail is full so I contacted them for the third time via email. I still have yet to receive any response from the customer service department in regards to this item. I am a new salon and this item was one I needed to begin working and providing services.Desired Settlement: I would also like a a gift card for free or discounted items for my troubles and for their lack of proper communication and response to my issues.

Review: I purchased a Diva Tourmaline Flat Iron at the Cowboy Christmas Gift Show in Las Vegas early December. Cost of the iron was $299.00. For an additional $99.00 I purchased a second one and was given a third one free with the promise of a fourth free one being sent to me when I ordered online with a coupon verification. I got home and ordered my fourth "free" iron. I had to pay $30.00 for shipping (which is ridiculous) so I gave them my credit card number. Next thing I know, they are sending me a fifth iron with a charge of $299.00 plus $30.00 shipping. I immediately tried to contact them online and per telephone and got no response. I have tried repeatedly since then (Approx. Dec. 18) both online and telephone and are receiving no answers. In the meantime I received the two irons, neither of which are correct. The irons they sent me are their cheaper irons which cost $189.00. I would appreciate any help you can give me.Desired Settlement: I would like to return both irons. One iron I would like to have replaced by the correct iron. I would like a full refund for the 2nd iron ($299.00)and the full shipping cost of $30.00. I would also like a refund of $30.00 for the shipping cost of the 1st iron since I believe it is an inflated price.

Review: I placed my order online on October 13th 2015 (invoice # [redacted]). My credit card was billed $30 on October 14th 2015. Today is November 21st and I have yet to see my product. I have called several times and have yet to be able to get anyone on the phone, nor had anyone call back after leaving messages. I have a so emailed with no response. Review: I ordered a hair straightener when it was on sale. There was some kind of error where a second one was ordered at full price. As soon as I got the second order email I immediately emailed the company and stated I wanted the order cancelled. No word back from them and they shipped both. I have sent weekly emails to them with no response. I have called and left a lot of messages on every extension they list trying to reach a person. Never received a call back nor spoke to a person. No one answers the phones at any time during their listed business hours. I just want to return the unopened item and get a refund.Desired Settlement: I want to return the straightener and get a refund of the full amount.

I received an email confirmation at [redacted] that my order has been completed; however, I have not received the product. I have attempted to call the company on three accounts and was unable to leave a voicemail as their mailbox was full. I sent an email to the company inquiring about the product and when I should anticipate the delivery and have not received a response. I should have done my research before purchasing from such an unreliable company. Review: I ordered a hair straightener from Ginalli milano on October 20th, 2015. My credit card was charged but I have never received my product. I have called over 100 times to confirm that my order was sent out that I could at least get a refund for the $30.00 that was charged.Desired Settlement: I would either like my hair straightener or my $30 back that was charged to my account.

Review: I purchased a flat iron with ginalli and they just send a confirmation email. And they already charged my bank for the product. But they havent sent it yet I am unable to contact them as well. They never answer the calls and voicemail is full! I dont know how to contact them no more.Desired Settlement: I want them to deliver my iron or to cancel my order and give me my money back!

Review: I have contacted Ginalli twice through email and once through telephone. I have left two emails and one voicemail. I bought a 25 mm cylinder curling iron in Las Vegas in December. The curling iron broke within a week. Ginalli has a lifetime warranty, guaranteeing a one year exchange on any defective products. My curling iron shorted out and no longer produces heat. According to their policy I should have this curling iron replaced.Desired Settlement: I do not think I should have to pay for the cost of shipping. Getting this product replaced has been extensive and unprofessional. The least this company can do is replace my product and cover shipping.

Review: The company on my receipt is Ginalli Milano which is headquartered in **. While in [redacted], a man at the [redacted] (Ginalli Milano) in the [redacted] offered to do my hair for free with a straightening product which, "does not use heat" to style your hair. I was also told things like, "This will not damage your hair," and "It works using a light steam," and "The curl will hold for 3 days because it is styled by steam." etc. All claims absolutely untrue. It uses high heat, up to 460 degrees, DOES NOT use steam, but is a normal ceramic/tourmaline plated straightener.

I was sceptical at first so I looked the product up on [redacted] after being encouraged by the rep to do so while he was using it on my hair. It was listed there for $[redacted]. The rep was trying to sell it to me for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, what I didn't realize at the time is that this was listed by an independent seller, [redacted]. I believe that what they do is list one of each product on [redacted] to confuse potential buyers who go there trusting that they will get accurate pricing comparisons, so that it looks like others are selling this product for a lot more than you can get it from the rep. That's what hooked me, I thought I was getting a fantastic deal on a really expensive product.

I was still sceptical about purchasing the "steam heat" "non-damaging" straightener from the rep, he told me I could try and bring it back if I didn't like it, so I ended up buying for $[redacted]. After seeing all the scam reviews of this company that night online, I called their cust. service in [redacted] the next day. They refused to refund or even hear my complaint saying all sales were final. My hair is already very damaged and the reason this product appealed to me so much was because he said it did not use heat and it would not damage. This product is not what they said it was and their fraudulent business practices are documented by many consumers online.Desired Settlement: The company should be held accountable by the Revdex.com and any other relevant agencies for their fraudulent business practices and misrepresentation of products. They should not be permitted to continue conducting business in this manner by defrauding consumers.

Worst company ever!! I bought a Tourmaline flat iron when I went to use the flat iron it wouldn't even heat up. The product is a piece of garbage. I've tried many times calling the company but all I get is an answering machine asking to leave my name and number. I have yet to receive a call back from this company. I don't care about doing business with them I just want to return this product and get my money back. But for the looks of it that will not be happening anytime soon. This company is a SCAM! Do not buy from this company.

I was sold a different product then was showed to me. When I emailed the company saying I wanted a full refund after the lady told me I could if unhappy my emails were ignored. I finally got through and of course they told me they would not refund me but could send other products. Told them I got scammed and was unhappy so no I do not want anything from this company. they didn't apologize, didn't explain just a simple no. Have been avoided my emails for over two weeks and I have fed up. This is not how you treat your customers. the product I received was pure crap and my $50 one works 1000% better then the one the sold me for $150!! All I want is my money back. I even said I would drive to belligham (im from Vancouver, Canada) and do a return in person but still avoided the statement.. seriously worse experience of my life dealing with this company.
