Review: I ordered the product on 6/28/14 and I have sent 2 emails and left 2 messages to the company and it is 7/17/2014 and I have not received my product or a call back from the company. The transaction is final and they have taken my money.Desired Settlement: 30.00

I have tried many times to contact the retailer about a warrenty issue I am havig with my straightener. I have left messages and have not been able to speak with anyone or had my phone calls returned.
My straightner is only 5 months old and when it heated up a week ago it was smellig of melting plastic. I unplugged and inspected it to find the edges by the straightening pannels are brown and melting. I no longer feel it is safe to use and need a warrenty replacement.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the business and have the product either exchanged or refunded.
Review: The product I purchased barely works and they have a no refund policy. They claimed that it was a product from France, but it was actually a fake product made in China. They scammed me, and didn't tell me that the sale was final. Lied and told me there is a lifetime warranty on the product. There is no way to contact them via email, and they do not answer their phones. I purchased this product at a fair.Desired Settlement: I want my $108 back!
Review: I ordered two Tourmaline hair straighteners on August 14th through two separate orders. My confirmed total was $60 for both, however, when I received my email confirmation, I was charged $30 for one and $329.00 for another. I tried calling the company twice, both times no one answered, but I left a message both times. Neither call was returned.
When they arrived, I opened the $30 one to try it. I was very unsatisfied with the results. It did not straighten my hair or heat up properly. I again called the company, and again left two messages, that again went unreturned.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of the $359 for both straighteners. I am more than happy to send them both back to the company.
