Armando and his team were top-notch from start to finish and I am very pleased with my new roof & gutters. Their pricing was competitive and their work was everything that this homeowner hoped for including timely service and a friendly/professional crew. Despite February weather (including Portland's recent snow), the job got done quickly yet carefully. I would certainly recommend Giron Roofing for PDX-area roofing needs!

Giron roofing was amazing. One of the lowest bids I received and the service was exceptional. It is obvious that Jose, Jose, Tao and Armondo care about the project and the customer.

I had a small slow leak in the garage. I got connected to Giron Roofing thru HomeAdvisor.com. Right from the start it was clear that Giron was staffed by dedicated professionals. Even the lady that answered the phone was sharp (not always the case with their competition). The estimator came out right away, on time! His estimate was fair, his paperwork was simple, clear and professional. Not long after, the owner came out personally to do a through diagnosis. Come to find out, the previous contractors failed to lay down plywood and used very cheap shingles. They got it done the same day and gave me a discount! I plan to use Giron to replace the whole roof next year.

Giron Roofing just finished our new roof and it looks fantastic! I chose them out of 7 different companies the same way I choose everything, the people. They sent out Roger, who was the only person I met with that didn't treat me like they were waiting for my husband to come home. I told every company that I knew I needed a new roof and explained what the issues were. Roger was the only person that listened to that and didn't keep trying to tell me why I needed a new roof. He listened to what I had to say and gave me a fair estimate based on what my needs were. The team did a great job, fit us in right away and I would recommend them to anyone before going through the usual barrage of car salesman!

You know that person/company that you work with, and the after talking with them for a few minutes you just KNOW this is the right choice? Well, Jose with Giron Roofing is that company!
This home is one of our rental homes and our renter (at the last moment) notified me they were possibly going to need to do some live video conference calls from the home, during the scheduled time the roofing work was to begin. Jose and his team were VERY understanding and provided an option to start the job the following week. Being flexible in their schedule, to met the needs of our tenants was a pleasant surprise.
The last thing to note, is on the day they arrived, they placed a door tag on the neighbors homes, explaining they would be there during the week and there would be large vehicles and a lot of noise from job. They provided a name and number for any neighbor to call if they had any question or concerns . I thought that was very professional and went above my expectations.

Great job! This is one hard-working crew, and they did an excellent job. We have quite a large, and steep roof, and had multiple bids to do the work (more than a couple companies wouldn't do the roof because of the steepness.) Giron came in with a very competitive bid, and a product (Malarkey shingles) that looked to be excellent. They were able to schedule us in about 2 weeks after contracting. The project was started on Monday, and finished on Friday, in pretty awful weather. The crew was here at 7:00 AM every day, and most days were still on the roof working after dark. They must have taken breaks sometime, but not for long. Really impressed. The roof looks great, and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the excellent, professional and prompt service I got from Giron Roofing, when I called them about my leaky roof. They came out the next day, Jose, the co-owner, diagnosed the problem, gave me a very reasonable bid, and later the same day he and his crew made the repairs. Believe me, when the time comes that I need a new roof, Giron will be the first company I call!

Giron roofing was professional, easygoing, able to answer all our questions and address our concerns. The yard clean up was excellent. Totally a great experience.

Purchasing a new roof and gutters is an expensive investment. Our goal was to find a company that would provide a quality product and quality installation and customer service within a reasonable price range. We obtained nine bids and decided that Giron Roofing hit the mark on all counts. We were not disappointed! Thanks to Teo, the owner, and his crew for doing an excellent job. Great experience. They checked out the repairs I needed on Tuesday, sent a quote on Wednesday, finished the job on Saturday. Quick, easy, reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again!

I just had Giron Roofing replace my leaky skylight. They did an excellent job and were very conscientious and did their jog quickly.

In February they installed new roofing but damaged the gutter in the process. I didn't realize how bad it was until this month, November. I reported it, they came out right away, assessed the damage and had it repaired by sundown. Excellent cooperation and pleasant people to work with.

We called Giron Roofing because of good reviews and weren't disappointed.
Jose was very professional and helpful and they did a great job.

I purchased a new roofs for my house and garage in March 2017. In April 2017 I contacted the company in regards to our ridge line vent coming loose, they said they are very busy and would contact me shortly,
In September. 2017 I called them back believing they had just forgotten about my roof because I had. The problem now also includes my garage. Having called them several times I ended up with the promises of call backs and received none. I actually had six appointments set up ,three were rescheduled by Giron construction and three others that were a no shows without notification.
It's now November 2017 one month after the last no show appointment and I am still waiting to be contacted. I have to assume they do not want to repair my roof even though I have a twenty year workmanship warranty they gave me. Considering how important a roof in good is during the winter season, this concerns me greatly.

They are a very professional group. They showed up when they said they would and do quality work. Their prices are competitive and work very hard. I am very happy with the way things turned out. The owners are part of the crew. That should tell you everything you need to know about their commitment to quality and the customer.

We hired Giron Construction to replace our roof. They did not install the counter/tuck flashing around our chimneys and it caused leaking and some damage. We called and emailed numerous times and they eventually came out and said it was not their responsibility. After doing some research and looking at our contract as well as the installation guide from the shingle manufacturer, we called them again to come out, we believed they were required to do this flashing. After a few months of calling and emailing (no responses) they came out. We produced our very detailed contract that clearly states this flashing was to be done, we paid for it and it was not done. The person that came out said he would get back to us on the following Tuesday, that was 3 weeks ago. Again they are not responding. Now we have damage and tarps on our chimneys. This was just the largest issue we had with them there were other things that required us to have them return to fix as well: overpowered nail gun made large holes on some shingles and caused them to blow off, nails and debris everywhere after they cleaned it up, they damaged /replaced our gutters and caused sagging near where they were throwing things off the roof. I am not sure how they have an A rating.

I Found this company to do good work. Their willingness to see that I was happy with the end results was important to the owner. I feel I received a good product after all was done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We took bids from five companies and Giron provided the best overall value. They did a great job installing the new roof, they were reliable in every way, and we're delighted with the results.

Giron Construction LLC company 2 years ago replaced old rood with the new ones with 10/40 years warranty. They did not install proper z-flashing to prevent rain water leakage from roof onto the fireplace wall and that caused a severe damage. I called different roofing company; it came and confirmed this nonconformance. General manager from Giron came and made a quote to repair siding and install flashing (about $3,900 siding with painting + $175 flashing). General manager promised to send employees to install flashing sometimes this week, sometimes next week or when they found change but nobody show up for at least 2 months. Many times I contacted them but they quit respond to my emails, text messages and to my telephone calls. Apparently, customer satisfaction and retention is foreign for Giron Construction company.
