Review: ATTENTION:::::::: Please READ TILL END.....

ON Sept [redacted] I went in to Giuffre Kia | Kia Dealer | New York City located on [redacted] and [redacted]. I told the [redacted] and the sales man [redacted] I was there just to look at the car I had already knew I wanted. When asked what Car I told them I wanted a 4 wheel drive Kia Sorrento 2015 with a third row. All I was unsure of was the color. We talked about how my father would be so happy I was getting Rid of my soul cause he has to drive the beat up jeep that we have up state all winter and he cant fit the dogs in my little Soul. Having four wheel drive was the main point of this convo. I would never put my kids in a truck so big with out four wheel drive in the snow or ice never it is so unsafe we discussed this too. And how my little soul was so good in the snow cause as a front wheel drive it was so tiny and compact. Well they offer me a deal on the car I wanted but still was unsure of the color. I picked my color and told them to go ahead and order my car. Well on Sept [redacted] I go in to sign papers and pick up my car. Now I look at the sticker from the window and didn't notice FWD meant Front wheel drive now to be fair that may be my fault but I am a Jeep girl so I am use to seeing 4X4.. Still that is not the car I ordered at this point I don't notice it. I look over the papers see the numbers make sure they are all right. Now I already look over my car check out doors windows locks seats ect. I sign papers [redacted] calls my auto insurance to add my car to the policy and answer all the questions the agent at [redacted] had. I know that I must have certain insurance on a new leased car so I tell [redacted] make sure I have what the lease required because I was financing my last car. He yells to [redacted] the [redacted] how much I insurance do I have to have which she reply's 50/100. I hear him say yes I am sure.I go start my car and notice my car is at 50 miles and ask [redacted] why which he reply's they had to drive it here. Ok I go home notice I am always getting sick cause I feel like I am driving on ice. TO sum it up I find out my car is a front wheel drive and I am pissed but also realize as I was given the wrong car I did sign the papers so I kept my mouth shut and learned a lesson for next time. WELLLL then my brand new radio system goes out and now I am mad I call [redacted] and tell him this all which he did not care and said I would have to call [redacted] and speak to him cause he makes all decisions about changing my car. I call the next morning when [redacted] tells me to stick a pin in my radio and reset it and that he don't remember me asking for an all wheel drive and tells me well hunnie you signed the papers you stuck with the car so nasty and disrespectful he was. I asked him to have the [redacted] the [redacted] call me which still I have not gotten a call. Now mad cause I seen that not only was I given the wrong car but I prob was given it on purpose and they did not care at all. Fine I make a few calls and now I am getting more information Like I should have a paper in my car telling all about my car has had any issues with it before or if owned by someone prior to me buying it. Yea that was not in my car. So I review my lease and the first thing I notice is that I do not have the proper insurance on my car. I call the insurance company right away to change my insurance and tell them the story. The lady tells me I am so lucky I seen that because if I had an accident or a loss of my car I would be fully responsible for all costs. Well NOW I am on fire why would they lie to my insurance company I am footing my insurance bill every month. SO I call a lawyer who tells me that the [redacted] That owns OTHER Dealerships has had many cases against him. I find out that the [redacted] mainly works out of the Jeep Dealer ship by me on [redacted] and [redacted]. I call and speak to a very nice girl name [redacted] who I explain all of the above to and ask that she has him call me back. That was yesterday at 11am It is now 11 am and it has been a full 24 hours and [redacted] the [redacted] has not called me, so I will now go viral on every possible site I can think of LETTING YOU ALL KNOW WHAT I HAVE LEARNED AND EXPERIENCED. Giuffre Kia | Kia Dealer | New York City on [redacted] and [redacted] will soon be closing so you do not want to go there they had many Fraud cases against them also were known not only for selling the wrong cars but for changing the vin numbers. The [redacted] OWNS OTHER Dealerships.Desired Settlement: I WANT A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE CAR... WITH NO ISSUES... BRAND NEW......

Review: 1. Purchased 3/25 fiat 500c from Brooklyn Fiat and traded in my Volvo as part of the purchase. On 4/* I received the first of many calls from a [redacted] (sp?) and his wife a Giuffre Honda employee who I later discovered [redacted] sold my Volvo to. [redacted] and his wife wanted the additional keys to the car as it was too expensive for them to purchase from Volvo. I called Giuffre Fiat and asked if this was Fiat policy to just hand out my personal information to anyone who asks. I didn't sell the car to the guy, and I should not be harassed by him or his wife. Whatever issues he has should be handled between him and the seller which is Giuffre Fiat. He didnt seem to understand what they did was inappropriate. Out of sheer frustration, my husband again made a trip to Fiat and dropped the Volvo keys at the dealership.[redacted] refused to take ownership of this problem stating this was an issue between the salesperson and [redacted] but [redacted] clearly stated in his voicemail he received my number from [redacted], the manager.2. Registration did not come in time and received a ticket for expired temporary registration. Car also was supposed to have built in navigation. They did not help until I called Amex, because I put the downpayment on the card. They called me and said there was a Fiat recall and they needed to redo the inspection. NYS DMV never heard of this. The car came from NJ so DMV said it is possible that they rushed the sale and the paperwork/inspection was not in order. Amex ruled in my favor and reversed the charges. Giuffre called and harrased me and my husband accusing me of stealing from them. Sent me an illegible letter threatening to sue AFTER they got the money back from Amex as we were so fed up with them we asked Amex to reverse the reversal of charges. There was no middle ground with them.Desired Settlement: I am very concerned that Giuffre gave out my personal information to a third party-I don't care if it was another employee. I am a doctor and I know about patient/client confidentiality. I did not sell my car to that employee-I traded the car in to Giuffre and for them to hand out my personal cell phone number to that employee of another franchise is unacceptable. That employee AND his wife called me no fewer than seven times and I have the voicemails and time stamps to document it.

Review: I purchased a preowned 2006 Land Rover LR3 from Giuffre Auto Group in September of 2009. Upon purchasing this vehicle I was told I had to purchase the extended car/key replacement warranty for my own protection. I then had many issues with not being covered by this warranty because Giuffre Auto Group never submitted the paperwork and were REFUNDED MY MONEY BY [redacted] but neglected to inform me of this. I can prove not only all of this but I can also prove that there was no need to sell me this extended warranty at the time of purchase due to the fact that this car still had TWO YEARS LEFT ON ITS WARRANTY FROM LAND ROVER (which covered most of my repairs during my first two years of ownership). Giuffre would not give me the money refunded to them and when my key broke they told me to buy a new one and they would reimburse me. THEY ARE VERY SIMPLY PUT----A BUNCH OF [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like an apology, a refund and hopefully prevent them from doing this to anyone else. THEY ARE INFAMOUS AND WERE RECENTLY FOUND GUILTY IN A LAW SUIT WORTH OVER 200 MILLION DOLLARS FOR THESE VERY SAME ISSUES

Review: I was in a car accident suffering serious injuries and could not work. I had to voluntarily repo my vehicle. Since 09/2012 the accounting representative, April, of Giuffre , ###-###-#### was informed of my dire situation and she also received the written request numerous times to submit a warranty refund to my lender. To this day, the warranty refund has not been issued. Since 03/2013 I have been calling and faxing April who claims to be working on it. She claims to have sent it to California. I called the warranty Dept, Portfolio, ###-###-#### who claims they never received it. I called her again and she said she would resend. They even recommended contacting Revdex.com for help. Secondly, the paperwork needs to be sent to Texas, which she should already know because they work with this company frequently. I have called left messages to April and the Manager [redacted] with no response. I have been a loyal customer, who purchased three vehicles from them in the past and sadly they cannot take the time to return my calls and give me a realistic turnaround time for submitting the paperwork. Aside from excessively delaying my paperwork, this is a lack of customer service. I am stuck because the warranty company has even sympathized with me but cannot not approve a refund because the April failed to submit the itemized paperwork. Now I am being summoned to court, which I informed April of and I need a copy of the refund paperwork and she has been dodging that as well. I am suffering PTSD from my accident and this situation has increased my health issues.Desired Settlement: April needs to be send the paperwork to the warranty company. I need a copy of this paperwork. Once the warranty company approves the refund. Accounting needs to send my lender the refund check as soon as possible. She has all the lender information.

Dear [redacted]:

I have been asked by Giuffre Auto Group LLC ("Giuffre") to respond to the complaint made by the above named consumer.

[redacted]'s complaint revolves around her attempts to cancel an extended warranty due to her voluntarily surrendering her vehicle. The cancellation of this warranty has been processed by Giuffre and a check issued to the financing institution, M&T Bank, in the amount of $1,474.20. A copy of that check is annexed hereto. I believe this processing by Giuffre resolves [redacted]'s complaint. Giuffre Auto Group apologizes for any inconvenience suffered by [redacted].

Very truly yours,

Review: The dealership took a 300 deposit. Told me this money is so they don't sell the car to anyone else during our process. And if the deal will not be made they will refund it right away. The deal did not go through for some reason, they didn't specify. I came back there to get my money back, and they wont give it back to me as promised, though 3 people promised, the salesperson, the [redacted] and the [redacted] that they will.Desired Settlement: To keep their promis and give people their money back, I have read tons of reviews and many people have similar issues with this particular dealership

Review: I traded my old vehicle for a new lease at Giuffre Kia. I thought that my payoff balance had been taken care of but unfortunately it was not. My vehicle was leased March **,2014. They did not send payment until mid April 2014 in which the payoff balance had increased by $66.00. My former finance company has contacted me about payments due and the remaining pay off balance of $66.00. I made them aware that I traded in the vehicle and that they should be receiving the Pay off from Giuffre Kia. When I notified Giuffre Kia, they said that they would take care of it but they did not. Now 32 days later I have a derogatory mark on my credit for a car that is no longer in my possession. I am dissatisfied with the service in the finance department and want someone to fix this. All they offered was for me to pay it myself and they give me the money back. I would have paid it before it became a negative mark on my credit had I known that they would not take care of it in a timely manner. Poor customer service, not even an apology or anything.Desired Settlement: Fix the late payment that has been reported to the credit bureaus

Review: I leased a Hyundai Sonata 2013 on 7/**/2013 from Giuffre Hyundai. I went there back in Feburary for service to this car. I asked one of the managers there how much time was left in my lease becasue I wanted to eventually finace one of their crossover vehicles. The manager there stated he could get me out of my lease and into a new vehicle and I wouldnt have to pay anything left on the leasing. The basically was able to get me out of my lease and I financed the 2013 Hyundia Santa Fe. My payments for the Santa Fe was very high ($750.00) they I asked them several times why was the payments so high. The sales guy stated this car was a very expensive car, which it really wasn’t (around $32,000 or so) and I had to pay taxes and interest. They never once informed me that I had to pay off what was left over from the leased car. Now my Santa Fe was I a bad accident and the insurance company is going to total it out and is only going to pay off $26,000 and I am left with a negative balance of $15,000, which is from the leased Hyundai Sonata. Now I am out of two cars and have to pay on a car I no longer have and am not able to get a new car. In addition, Giuffre Hyundai is no longer an active dealership due to fraudulent activities. This dealership did not inform me of any extra funds I would have to pay on the leased car and they told me several times they would be covering all cost of the car. They NEVER once informed me they I would be responsible for any leftover funds because I would have not traded in cars if I would have known there would be money I would have to pay off later. I feel they took advantage of me because I am a first time car owner and buyer. They misinformed me of a lot of information and mislead me to get a car just to have a sale under their record. At the end of it all, I am left without a car and a $15,000 debt. I am one of the consumer who had a bad experience with this dealership and is now left owing money on a car I do not have. They should have never told me they would be covering all cost of the car when they knew that was not going to be the case. They placed what I owed into the new payment for the Santa Fe.Desired Settlement: If possible, I would like the funds that was carried over into my new car payment to be cleared becasue the dealership did not inform me of the sale and any funds that would be left over from the leased vehicle.

Review: I purchased a mazda 3 on March ** 2012 the msrp was 18,490 I put down a total of $4000.00 cash they charged me $2000.00 for portfolio service contract . the total finance charge they are charging me is 34,184.56 . I just recently looked over my paper work cause I been paying $440.00 monthly so I decided to go through my credit union and pay off this loan that I have out . This is very unfair that I was charged for 2 vehicles instead of one . It is nearly double the price and this is unfair that this company probably does this to everyone . I am a hard working person and I think this needs to be dealt with if I had the time to go over this earlier I would have .Desired Settlement: The desired out come of this situation should be handled correctly I am a paying customer and they took me as a weak person that needed a car at the time . I attempted to walk out several times and they were on top of me . I would like some kind of reimbursement or a lower rate they probably do this to all the customers that walk in to their place of business . They just picked up and opened at a new lot so I guess people would think it is different owners .

Consumer

Response:

I am disputing the amount that they made me finance I did sign a contract at that time I was unaware of all the charges it felt like I was harassed into buying the car and I was in and out of the business as soon as I signed said papers . The was about 18,0000 and after the amount of the finance it was over 34,000 and I put down 4,000 cash . After a year later I still owe 16,800 dollars , Now I am taking out a credit union loan so I can at least save 120 monthly . If this happened to me I know for sure it happened to most of their customers . I would like to be reimbursed some way or another cause this is uncalled for and I was taken advantage of

Review: Under my steering wheel car came with a nicked piece by screw driver it has been almost 3 months and nothing been fixed the leather is messed up from after market installation a small piece also nicked and they haven't repaired yet I talked to them and they said they will call brand new car from this dealership biggest mistakeDesired Settlement: All I want is the items to be fixed

Sincerely,

I want to start off by saying I was pleased with the service and didn't have a problem with the strong sale tactics trying to be used to get me to lease a car instead of financing the vehicle. I was in the sale business for ten years and five of those years was in sales that involved commission. I even went home and gave it some serious consideration about leasing even though leasing wasn't ideal for my situation. Me and my wife decided to purchase a dodge durango that I like and I was going to go back tomorrow and purchase it since I need the car by the end of the month. Key words (I WAS) but I got an alert 5hrs after leaving [redacted] dodge that stated that [redacted] and [redacted] did a hard inquiry into my credit and my credit drop three points with one of the credit bureaus. I am so mad that after being told to my face and haven't signed any documentation giving permission to run my credit my credit was ran anyway after I even told the salesmen my Fico score. I fill like this dealership is shady and should not be in business if they are going to use people personal information without consistent.

Review: I was given the wrong part by the attendant. They did not stock the part and he was very helpful and wrote out the refund. I went to the cashier and she said she need the credit card to refund the money. I told her I did not have the card I drove very far to get here was there something she could do she says no. I go home get the card thinking that she is going to swipe it and she writes my card number down on a form and tells me I have to wait 5 - 10 business days for my refund. I ask her could I call her back with the number she said no. I drove 12.9 mi, 24 mins x 4.Desired Settlement: I need the paper destroyed where she wrote my card information on and in this day and age why is taking 5-10 day for a refund.

Response:

Dear [redacted]:

Giuffre Auto Group LLC ("Giuffre") has asked me to respond to the complaint instituted by the above customer.

[redacted]'s complaint revolves around a refund she was hoping to receive in the amount $16.34. [redacted]'s refund in that amount was processed on August **, 2013. I attach the documentation supporting the processing of that refund for your information.

Giuffre Auto Group apologizes for any inconvenience suffered by this customer as a result of this misunderstanding.

Very truly yours,

Stay away from these dummies. they have no experience in diagnosing cars, or repairing them . Recently I had been at this repair shop, and observed many automobile ownners return with the same problems they had fixed before, some of the problems not correctly repaired caused arguments with the maintenance advisors, and there employees. Not to mention my complaint which they could not fix either, although they say they're Chrysler technician. I would bring them a bicycle for them to repair. These people should not be in the buisness of auto repair. I have complained to NYS DMV, N.H.T.S.B, and Diamler Chrysler.

Review: I purchased a 2008 Mazda5 at Giuffre Mazda on February **, 2013. The vehicle had a check engine light on, which I pointed out to the salesman before I drove the vehicle out of the parking lot. He assured me the issue would be quickly resolved the following Saturday. The defect caused the vehicle to be unstable when I drove, which was a concern considering we drive around with three toddlers. Six months later, we visited their services department eight times and the issue was not resolved. The salesman has quit, and so have the sales and finance managers. Giuffre Mazda relocated and has since last it's charter.Desired Settlement: We have demanded the issue was resolved in the past, as well as a replacement vehicle. Because the business no longer exists and we have since decided to purchase a safer car, we demand the parent company refunds us for the difference between what we originally paid for the car and what the dealership gave fir it as a trade in, including fees and compensation for the inconvenience.

Review: Very recently I began to receive phone calls and the person who called would ask for a female name and explain that they had some bargain and for that female to callAfter a few days I called Giuffre KIA to ask them to stop calling me but these phone calls have not stopped When I first heard the name I thought it was [redacted] - but it is not [redacted] - it is Giuffre KIA I spoke to a person at the [redacted] NY address who explained that I would receive calls all over New York and New Jersey from the various dealerships and I do not know how to get these calls to stop I have no interest in buying a car - I have never owned a car - and I simply wish to have Guiffre KIA take my name and/or phone number off their list and leave me in peace Please tell me how I can succeed in stop receiving these callsThank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: Giuffre KIA - please take my phone number out of your system and stop calling meThat is all I ask

Review: I purchased a 2011 Jeep Patriot from Giuffre Chrysler Jeep on 8/**/2011. At that time I traded in my out of state 2001 Volvo, as I just moved to NY. After numerous issues with the sale (see my previous complaint filed in 2011) I thought everything was handled. On Sept 2013 I received a letter from the State of California Franchise Tax Board informing that the Volvo's registration was past due and they began garnishing my wages for the registration fee and late fees. I called and visited the dealership numerous times but they kept telling me "its not their problem". California DMV told me that the dealership never processed the paper work correctly because I am still listed as the legal owner and never returned the plates to me or CA (they said they lost the Volvo a day after the trade-in, when I tried to cancel the sale with them b/c of the issues). It has been 1 week since I spoke with the sales manager [redacted] and nothing has been done. I asked about reimbursement for the $171.00 CA DMV garnished and he used their typical response of "I'll get back to you."Desired Settlement: If this does not get resolved I will be taking them to Small Claims Court for the $171.00 that has been garnished from my wages.

Response:

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

Giuffre Auto Group LLC ("Giuffre") has asked me to respond to the complaint instituted by the above named consumer.

It should be noted that [redacted] made an earlier complaint in 2011 that was resolved. His present complaint seems to involve charges instituted against him by the California DMV for failure to return plates. It is not the policy of Giuffre to take plates from a car being traded in. They have no records of ever receiving [redacted]'s plates and as a matter of policy would not take on the responsibility of returning plates to the State of California. Unfortunately, the charges from the California DMV are [redacted]'s responsibility.

Very Truly Yours,

Review: My Mom was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and wanted to receive a pre-approval before submitting a credit application. I repeatedly told the [redacted], not to submit the credit app. until she received her lease assumption confirmation letter from BMW Financial Services. After constant pressure for the required credit app information, I provided it under the agreement that it would not be submitted until the confirmation letter was received. I found out the next day that the credit app was indeed submitted against w/o my or my Mom's authorization, and when I asked why, he lied and said I told him to. I have a witness to support my claim and refute his. I then asked. "well since you submitted it against our wishes , what was the outcome." He replied that he didn't know, after supposedly speaking to a bank analyst. After I told him that his service was both unprofessional and unethical he became belligerent over the phone saying, "I am man and do you really want to go down this road with someone like me." Which is obviously a threat of violence. To further exacerabate the situation, my MOm's FICO score went down almost 20 points after he made this hard inquiry on her credit. I have been advised that he might have submitted the credit app several times for the FICO to go down this much. . Upon speaking to several friends, they shared stories of unethical buisness practices, unprofessional behavior with customers and over all bad buisness practices. As a result of this Finance Mgrs practices, my Mom might certanily find it difficult to get approved or secure a decent APR on a loan/lease, as well as other repercussions this might have on her economic life.Desired Settlement: I would like this dealership and [redacted]) investigated as to how mant times the credit application was submitted and if it was done in retaliation for me expressing my concerns and thoughts regarding his behavior and practices, and to see if this has been done to other customers. I consider it quite serious and harmful, as a good credit score is essential for securing home mortgages/rent, auto loans, loans for buisness, insurance premiums, etc..

Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram does indeed exist as I see the dealership almost everyday ( I live several blocks away from it). They are clearly playing childish games. The dealership that I filed a complaint about regarding unprofessional and unethical buisness practices is clearly located at [redacted]. Phone: ###-###-####. It says Bay Ridge CJDR (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram on both the large storefront sign and their website. They might go under Giuffre CJDR for a corporate name, but they are clearly playing games, which is certainly to be expected given my experience with them, as well as other people I spoke to.

Review: I went to this dealership on 4/** to purchase a used car. I specifically asked the salesmen if I purchase the used car if they can expedite the title for me so that I can receive it sooner than the normal 6 week wait time and I was told yes and they would take care of it for me. I did not take the car the same day after I purchased because it needed to be cleaned as the seats were stained and dirty. I was called the following day to pick it up and when I got there after traveling for 2 hours the car was still dirty. I had to commute a long way to this store to just go right back home since the car was not cleaned like I was told.I have called everyday for 3 weeks and spoke to different people from the [redacted] to management to request help because apparently the salesman and [redacted] I was dealing with were no longer working there. The new sales [redacted] kept telling me that he would expedite the paperwork and take care of it for me and nothing was getting done because I called the Title Bureau and they informed me that the dealership had not sent them any paperwork. Over two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I called again and was transferred to the finance [redacted] who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me why do I keep calling since there is nothing they can do I would just have to wait for it to come in the mail for the normal six week process time and it is Albany's problem not theirs. I told him that the issue is I spoke with the title bureau and they can not expedite for me because the dealership did not yet send them any paperwork on the car. He tells me to hold and comes back and says they are waiting for the lien release from the previous owner in order for them to send my paperwork to the DMV. After 2 weeks this is what I'm told after calling them everyday. HOW CAN THEY SELL A CAR THAT STILL HAD A LIEN ON IT FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND IT BECOMES MY PROBLEM.....He told me that I just have to wait and he doesn't know how long. I advised that I would return the vehicle and his response was "ok please do". I HAVE DEALT WITH SO MUCH AND HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED IN EVERY WAY AND TREATED SO HORRIBLY. I cancelled a lease for a jeep I was going to get and found a better deal somewhere else where I was treated with more respect. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND COST ME SO MUCH MONEY. Everyday that I don't have this title it is costing me money. If they informed me of this from the beginning I would not have purchased the vehicle. I am not getting anywhere with this dealership and I need assistance. I have filed complaints with their corporate head quarters and still nothing gets done. If they do not send the paperwork to the DMV this week so that I may pay to have it expedited I want a FULL refund for the vehicle which I paid cash for. Please helpDesired Settlement: I just want them to finish their job so that I can pay for the title to be expedited or I want a full refund

Review: I leased a KIA Sorrento 2015 in February 2014, part of the new leasing agreement was that the dealership would pay the remainder of my previous car a 2008 KIA Rondo. The Giuffre dealership did not pay off that loan until April **, 2014 (this information was received from [redacted] which is the company that financed the car loan for the 2008 KIA Rondo.) The loan payment was made very late, 33 days late to be exact, 3 days past the 30 day grace period that [redacted] waits before reporting this to the credit agencies. As a result, a negative mark was placed on my credit score and as another result I am unable to qualify for a mortgage to refinance my home. I need a letter from the dealership stating that they are responsible for making that payment so late and thus impacting my credit score in a negative manner. No one from KIA customer service, not KIA financial is able to assist me in this manner. The only information I was able to obtain was the name of the [redacted] of the dealership, [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to locate someone who is able to obtain the records from the dealership and take responsibility for that late payment. I would need a letter stating when the car was financed and when the loan was paid off April **, 2014 and that the KIA dealership takes responsibility for making that late payment so that the mark can be removed from my credit score. I need this done asap as my loan is not able to be completed with this mark.PLEASE HELP!!!!

Review: Giuffre Hyundai

Back in 2012 we purchased a 2012 Elantra from Giuffre Hyundai located @ [redacted] for our son currently serving in the U.S Navy. Approx 3 weeks after purchasing the car he was deployed to the Middle East for a year.we had set up auto pay from his pay and didnt know anything was wrong until he came home from deployment. The original price negotiated was for $20,500. The quick talking salesman and finance manager was telling us as we were signing the contract the cost of the car is $20,500 and the payments would be $330.00 a month. While he was saying one thing he was doing something else, punching in much higher numbers to the tune of $29,875. After taking our copy of the contract and quickly putting it in a manilla envelope with the rest of the information about the car the finance manager and salesman practically rushed us out of the dealership. I understand Hyundai has removed the franchise from him for deceptive practices such as this and I APPLAUD Hyundai for doing so. I also understand Giuffre is in the process of suing for his Hyundai franchise back, PLEASE...PLEASE fight him on this dont let this thief represent an excellent company putting out to the public a superior product. He does not deserve to represent Hyundai.Desired Settlement: Refund of the difference between negotiated price of $20,500 and the $29,875 he charged us....I also hope to see all his franchises shut down for unethical practices and NOT allow him to open another business in NYS. His business practises are totally unethical. I've also filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals office who informed me they have already sued him in oct 2012 for similiar unethical financial practices. We were robbed for $9,000 from this thief....and after looking my son in the eye while he was wearing his US Naval uniform, thanked him for his service. WHAT A DISGRACE THEY ARE. ...BTW.. when we got back to Staten Island I noticed the car already had 500 miles on it which they didn't disclose and when I called to inquire about it I was told "we can't help you, you signed the contract" unbelievable.... well next stop Dept of consumer affairs.
