Customer called in to have paperwork done for state of CA for a motor carrier permit. Original paperwork was filled out and returned to customer to send into the state on 11/25/15. On 1/5/customer
contacted us concerning the paperwork as he had provided the wrong EIN, therefore CA rejected paperwork. On 1/8/we sent to him corrected paperwork with his correct EIN. During this time State of CA changed their paperwork and therefore rejected it due to outdated paperwork. We faxed him on 2/8/ new paperwork as well as the State of CA, in hopes to expedite the situation. As of 1/19/his Authority has been active and he is able to work.
We helped him every step of the way with the bumps in the road

GL Authority on 11/16/not 11/25/does not have an EIN# it has my social security#which GL Authority has typed in leaving EIN# blankGL Authority filled in this informationUpon forwarding the voice message to *** I also
scanned and emailed *** the official documents that she failed to provide to CHP or even request from me if she did not have it to correct the problem which she said she would get it right over to CHPShe never did! The email voice
recording will not allow me to upload through this page please send a forwarding email address so I can provide Revdex.com with itAs well as any and all correspondence through email between GL Authority and IGL Authority again has failed
to provide me with updated paperwork which was one of the other reasons with other entities my paperwork continued to be rejected.Yes, the authority is active but if GL authority was on top of Ca state laws, requirements, and updated
paperwork then they would know that although authority is active no work can be done without proper permitsGL Authority again was not up to date on CA laws and reqiurements in the first place thats why all initial paperwork was
out datedThis information I received from DMV representative who directed me to proper paperwork after numerously being rejected through the entire process by numerous entitiesResulting in me doing and submitting work myself which I paid GL Authority to do.As well as losing money for my business

Review: GL Authority received my $994.00. With a promise that they would help obtaining my Motor Carrier Permit. 3 months later I can not legal to operate a motor vehicle for hire.GL Authority doesn't take facts of individual customers to interject them into applications for process by the California State Department of Motor Vehicles or the [redacted].All my paperwork done by GL Authority is incomplete and out dated. Not to be acceptable by no government agency.I strongly advise them to sharpen up on California Law before doing business with CA state residents. I have ask GL Authority for refund twice.Desired Settlement: 100% refund minus paper and stamps.
