I too did the same as others, got my trial and paid the 2 shipping charges then bam was charged 109.79 and 99.79 without that being authorized, called, emailed and was told the same no refund blah blah cant help you, I want my *** money back!!!!!

I ordered it once and now they are sending me more without my approval.
I tried to call the 1 800 number and it does not work and when I send an email it comes back and says not deliverable. How do I get this company to stop sending me this product and charging it to my Visa?

Please don't fall for the *** of gleam and glow skincare. I ordered the free moisturizer and after paying for shipping realized that somehow the eye moisturizer was also added to my order so at that point I emailed the company to tell them to cancel my order.The response I received was that before they cancel my order they wanted to inform me that I was now eligible for a VIP membership. I ordered my free sample at 9pm and by 9:27pm I was a VIP member. When I called to tell them I no longer wanted the products and tried to get a refund customer service seemed to just be reading set answers from a piece of paper. Even though I cancelled my order by email just minutes after placing it it still was not good enough to cancel the shipment of my free samples.

I saw the story of this *** on *** yesterday morning because some of the TV hosts on this show are in the ads of this skincare company and are saying that they are endorsing their products. *** and *** want you to know that it is a *** and they DO NOT ENDORSE the skincare company.
I also ordered and paid for the free trial of cream (that you promoted) like the last person who reviewed to see if I liked this product and unbeknownst to me....was charged for a FULL payment of this product. I did not authorize this transaction. The authorization I approved and the confirmation of payment I received from your company was 2 emails for the total of $5.94 & $4.95. I have been charged for $109.79 and in addition $99.79 on Sept 15th for the Skin Remedy AND Skin Creme. There was NO INDICATION of the 18day trial period (in addition nothing in the package received). I was only offered 50% discount and have now lodged a disputed claim and will continue to report your company should I not hear from one of your representatives within a 48hr period.

I was "***"by this company as were many others.I paid and received the trial samples with no intentions of wanting any further supplies,my order was placed Aug.27(#XXXXXX) and on Sept.14 ,109.79$and 99.79$ were charged to my credit card,this isn't the time allowance given to cancel.I have contacted my bank and any further charges will be stopped.Its very difficult to contact this company either by phone or email.I have spent the best part of this week to call and cancel without any response from them.This is totally unacceptable.

and will not refund my money nor will my CC company. I expected a free trial sample and I was to paying for shipping, I was charged $109.
Please be advised that the trial was ordered on 07/25/2018 03:51pm and the customer's request was made to the customer service center on 08/27/2018 11:49AM which was past the money back guarantee period. The refund policy is a 19 day money back guarantee, thus the request was past due.
A courtesy refund in the amount of $109.79 was issued, allowing 3-5 "business" days for it to post to the customer's account as seen below:
