Glendale Roofing performed a replacement of the underlayment on a tile roof. Glendale Roofing was right on schedule from showing up for the estimate, to cleaning up the job site at the end. During the job, there was a chance of rain in the forecast so the the workers stayed on the job until dark to make sure the roof was watertight. During the estimate and inspection, all the wood that need to be replaced was included in the estimate. The estimate was only off by $152, because a 2x8x16 fascia board was removed and replaced because it was borderline on being replaced, and I told them to just replace it. My house has a commercial synthetic color through stucco, and I was concerned about some of the rotten wood pieces that went though the stucco and the stucco getting torn up. I brought my concerns to the Supervisor and he said he would do his best to keep the stucco in place. Glendale Roofing removed and replaced those pieces of wood with surgical precision, I was in awe at the final out come. This is the second big job that Glendale Roofing has performed for me. The other job was a removal and replacement of a shingle roof for my father-in-law about 12 years ago. I was so impressed with Glendale Roofing work and professionalism that, they we the first ones that I went to and called for my job. Not much has changed, since that time. I was impressed by the estimator, who is the owner, that I wanted the job to be done by anyone else but Glendale Roofing, so I did not get another estimate by another company. I have never done that before, and do not recommend anybody to do that. I wanted the job done right the first time and Glendale Roofing did just that. I highly recommend Glendale Roofing for one of your estimates, and remember the lowest estimate might not be the best option and it might cost you more in the long run.

Joe, the first person we met from Glendale roofing took his time in examining our problem roof and explained in detail what was needed. A formal bid describing the work and possible additions was provided.

We accepted their bid and work was scheduled to match our schedule.

The old roof removal team arrived on time and were very neat in leaving our yard and driveway clear of debris.

The roofing crew arrived and was there to get materials properly placed on the roof.

They replaced some wood that had been damaged by water and proceeded to install the new roofing materials.

Allen, the supervisor was there every day and sometimes more often. He explained every thing in detail as the job progressed.

The worksite was left clean and all debris was removed.

Glendale roofing is a great company.

Glendale Roofing was absolutely the best roofing company I have ever used and I have had four roofs installed on my house over the past forty years. From the sales person to the two roofers and the supervisor it was a worry free experience. I would recommend Glendale Roofing to anyone. I did some roofing when I was young and can say that the roofers for Glendale Roofing were real pros and did not hurry. The sales person was with me from beginning to end and handled my insurance claim with State Farm instead of me having to do it. If I ever need another roof on this house I will use only Glendale Roofing.

Glendale Roofing completed the removal and replacement of our clay tile roof in June 2016. They removed the original 25 year old tiles along with the deteriorated underlayment and battens. They installed new underlayment, battens, and bird stop, and replaced some of the old wood. Then they re-installed the original clay tiles. They were prompt and professional from beginning to end. Their estimate fell in the middle of three we received, and the work was excellent. The estimate was complete and thorough, and explained in full. The work was completed in the time frame promised. And the quality of the work by the three man crew was meticulous. They worked in extreme heat for almost six days, but there was a major difference in the appearance and installation of the new roof when compared to the original. They did a great job.

Glendale Roofing & Construction stepped in when my kitchen had been torn up due to a slab leak. Both JD and Doug were great to work with.. They were professional and quick to get me back up and running, and even helped me in dealing with my insurance company. I can't say enough how much I appreciated all that they did. I will certainly use them again in the future for any home renovations and/or improvements in the future.

I just had my shingles roof renewed by Glendale Roofing and Construction, LLC. It was as pleasant an experience as you can have considering the fact that a new roof is not exactly something you want to have done just as you start the holiday season.
The crew worked very professionally and the work was completed in a timely manner.The final inspection by the company's representative was very thorough and I was assured that all was done to my satisfaction
I highly recommend this company to anybody who is in need of a new roof.

the statements and are somewhat surprised that this homeowner felt the need to file this complaint.  While the homeowner was told, incorrectly, about the responsibility of Glendale Roofing & Construction LLC (Company), the homeowner also received a return call later that same day correcting that error and stating to them that the owner of the Company would contact them the following day via e-mail. That fact seems to be missing from the complaint. While we are not the same company that installed this roof, we were required to assume the 2 year workmanship liability of Glendale Roofing Company Inc.  As the Arizona Registrar of Contractors has correctly pointed out, we have done so and have made repairs under those 2 year warranties at no cost to the homeowners who had reported them to us.
This homeowner was advised of the fact that they had a 2 year warranty and it expired in June of 2013. The homeowner states that this appears to be an ongoing problem from the original install. We have searched our records and cannot find any previous complaints regarding any reported on-going leaking.
Although we have no further responsibility to make any repairs to this roof, we had already decided to make this repair at no cost given that the owner does not reside there and, therefore, was apparently not knowledgeable of a roof leak until now.
We have performed any and all repairs needed under the warranties of the previous company without fail. We have had a flawless record of service to hundreds of customers and take our responsibility to our customers and to those of the previous company very seriously.
The homeowner will need to contact us to set up a time for this service call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They destroyed my house while putting the roof on and 2 years later its leaking like a screen door on a submarine! [redacted] says the problem is not his. I have not had a leak in 13 years.....then they showed up to put a new roof on. THE END.

Not only good, but the BEST roofing contractor I know of. They installed new roof in three days, exactly as quoted. Followed by inspection, for accuracy of installation, and making sure no old nails or staples left behind.

Very affordable and reliable with excellent communication about the project (when, how, how much). I had contacted two other roofing companies who were going to seriously rip me off. I will use Glendale Roofing again.

Any problems that would have fallen within the warranty period would have been inspected and repairs made as needed to conform to the warranty. Mr. [redacted] is reporting a problem well past his warranty period.Mr [redacted] has incorrectly stated he purchased this new roof on 10/10/2012. We have enclosed a copy of his contract dated 2/1/2011. He further gives the date of 8/15/2014 as the date his problem occurred. We have no record of any contact from Mr [redacted] about the alleged 8/15/2014 problem prior to his phone call on 2/24/2015. It seems rather odd to wait over 6 months to report a roof leak and a falling ceiling.Mr [redacted] also states the purchase price as $ 13,444.28. The records we have been given show Mr. [redacted] actually paid just $ 9233.62.Mr [redacted] called our office Feburary 24, 2015 inquiring about his warranty and reporting that he had drywall falling down. After reviewing a copy of the contract he signed, we noted he had the standard 2 year workmanship warranty. [redacted] called him back to relay that information to him.  His response was to become belligerent and abusive to the point [redacted] had to warn him to become civil or she would terminate the call.This roof installation is out of the warranty period and not subject to a warranty service. In summary, this seems to be out of the purview of the Revdex.com and it should not be reported as a complaint.Respectfully,[redacted]

They replaced our roof when we had the terrible hail storm about 5 years ago and recently within the last 1 year, we started getting a leak in the roof. They have been great to work with and reasonable in additional charges to repair the roof in spite of the warranty being out of date. We are glad we went with a local company.

I first used Glendale roofing 15 years ago when they repaired my roof after 2 other companies tried and failed to do so. Then when the high winds of the storm 2 seasons ago damaged my roof I called Glendale Roofing immediately. They worked with my insurance company and repaired the roof to complete satisfaction. A few months ago a saguaro cactus fell on my porch and destroyed that roof. Glendale Roofing again worked with my insurance company repairing my roof and improving on the original design. I find Doug and the company to be honest, trustworthy and the work is done to last. The customer service of Doug, his teams and the office staff I worked with proved I made the right choice and have no doubt the work done with last for many years to come. I have recommended Glendale Roofing to others and will continue to do so.

From the first consultation with JD through to Job finish, I only had absolute professional people dealing with my re-roof. Living 6000 miles away in the UK I needed a trustworthy and reliable company who kept too time and budget, with an exceptional site manager Alan who only had my best interests at the top of the list, and consulted me to make sure I got the new roof and painting I was expecting.
