After Revdex.com sent the message to glidecraft, they finally responded to my emailAfter days, I finally received an email letting me know my money was being refundedThe refund took another days to receiveI will never do business with this company again Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

This customer ordered pairs of Led Sneakers one was shipped and the other was suppose to ship out the following week when we received our shipmentThe customer was contacted and refunded for the one pair

We reached out the customer to resolve the issue we quickly sent the customer labels to return the boards, but we were later contacted and informed that the customer chooses to stay with the boards but she wanted a refund for the two bags she did not receiveThe customer received the full refund for both bags

This customer was mistakenly shipped the incorrect boardOur Returns specialist contacted the customer and quickly rectify the situation with the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:they did not contact me I finally got through to them by phone and asked for regund on the pair that was out of stockThe other pair did ship and I have not received them and when I asked about them helping in resolving the issue I was told there was nothing they could do because they showed they had been shippedThey were shipped on the 12th of December and as of January 6th I still have not received the shoes Regards, [redacted]

We placed [redacted] order on verification needed due to certain information not matching with payment information, due to this verbal authentication was needed to process this order as quickly as possibleOnce we were able to reach the customer the item was processed and shipped in time for Christmas

Upon receiving notice for this customer, we have looked into this matterWe realized this is not an order from GlidecraftThe order number provided is numbers and Glidecraft order number contains letters onlyThis customer has ordered from a site that is not GlidecraftWe have emailed the
customer advise on the next steps to take in hopes they can resolve their complaint

The customer bought this item on Feb14, She first contacted us on October 28th to advise she was having an issueThe unit she bought has a year warranty, However, the shipping cost for the repair is not included in the warrantyI have included out policy belowWe have stepped
out policy and tried to help this customer by providing prepaid labels and the proper paperwork for the unit to come backWe have yet to have any response from the customerWhat does this warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanshipThese conditions may include but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation, water damage or maintenance and cosmetic damageIf the unit has been tampered with the warranty is voidedGLIDECRAFT is not responsible for Warranty repair shipping charges

call. This customer was fully refunded for her order.

This item was out of stock the system automatically sent the customer an email. Once we spoke to the customer we were able to issue a full refund.

We reached out [redacted] to resolve the issue the customer requested a full refund, we informed her once we received the board we will issue the full refund. Since then we have received the board and issued a the customer her refund.
