finally got through to them by phone and asked for regund on the pair that was out of stock. The other pair did ship and I have not received them and when I asked about them helping in resolving the issue I was told there was nothing they could do because they showed they had been shipped. They were shipped on the 12th of December and as of January 6th I still have not received the shoes.

This customer order was placed on backorder due to an item being out of stock we contacted the customer and sent out the board. The customer then contacted us regarding a malfunction in her board we quickly provided the return label, once the board is received the customer will recieve a full...

I am rejecting this response because:
Glidecraft was the one who emailed me about the order, indicating that they have taken over the business of hoverboardsafe.com, the website where the hoverboards were purchased. Below is the email from glidecraft and in the attached.  In fact, when you log onto hoverboardsafe.com and click on "contact us", the information for glidecraft appears. They also previously indicated that they confirmed a refund had been issued although I never received it.  Email is attached  Interesting that they were able to do that but now claim this isn't their order. I also have not received any further email from them as they appear to have indicated. They keep referring to [redacted] but this purchase was not through [redacted]l as I have emailed them a number of times, but was purchased through [redacted].-----Original Message-----From: Glide Craft <[redacted]To: [redacted]Sent: Fri, Dec 30, 2016 3:09 pmSubject: Re: New customer message on December 29, 2016 at 08:00 PMDear Customer,,Unfortunately,  we are not able to process this order. We recently just took over hoverboardsafe.com any ordersprior to us taking over the company we are unable to fulfill. We provided the contact information belowyou can contact there for further information on your order.Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. This customer was immediately contacted and, informed of the item being out of stock. the customer was provided we the option of a full refund or a different color the customer wanted the refunded and was issued the full refund

After receiving this we looked further into this and realize this is not one of our orders. GlideCraft order numbers are all letters no numbers. Also, we have no attempts communication from the customer to us.

We placed [redacted] order on verification needed due to certain information not matching with payment information, due to this verbal authentication was needed to process this order as quickly as possible. Once we were able to reach the customer the item was processed and shipped in time for...

Christmas.

This customer was mistakenly shipped the incorrect board. Our Returns specialist contacted the customer and quickly rectify the situation with the customer

This customer ordered 2 pairs of Led Sneakers one was shipped and the other was suppose to ship out the following week when we received our shipment. The customer was contacted and refunded for the one pair.

We placed [redacted] order on back order due to this item being out of stock we quickly contacted the customer and informed them that the item is currently not available. On December 16th, the customer contacted us and informed us that they would take the available color the label was created on...

December 17th and, the customer was provided with the tracking right away. The item was then shipped and delivered.

After Revdex.com sent the message to glidecraft, they finally responded to my email. After 4 days, I finally received an email letting me know my money was being refunded. The refund took another 5 days to receive. I will never do business with this company again

I did donate the products to an unfortunate family for Christmas since the business could not resolve my problem before Christmas and they were a Christmas gift. I did receive a refund for the merchandise I did not receive.
