Please do not purchase from this company. I ordered Quince converse glitter shoes for $188.00. Ordered mid October told them I needed them by 11 November. I
got them after my daughters event. I was so disappointed. They came on 21 November when I was already in Mexico. When I got back home we had the package on the door step. I was curious to see how they looked. Oh my goodness they were knock off converse shoes and they were so hard and ugly. My daughter could of never worn those shoes. See pictures attached. I called my bank and stopped payment plus I returned the shoes. Customer service is horrible. No phone number. Just a dumb email address that gets read by some horrible person named Olivia. She’s rude and incompetent. Please see emails from her also attached. Next step is Better Business Bureau complaint. Gave a star because I had to in order to submit this review.

Ordered teal glitter converse for my granddaughter 's Birthday in September 2019. Received the shoes a month later. She wore them 1 time and the glitter started peeling off. After many emails and photos sent I still do not have shoes nor refund, unable to contact them except by email and they don't respond. People do not do business with this company. You will regret it.

Asked if I would receive my order during my stay in the USA they responded with yes, so I ordered and have not received anything from them
Ordered shoes after receiving an email from Olivia to say if I ordered them I would receive them during my 6 week stay here, still have not received my shoes and I leave the USA tomorrow. I have tried to conteact them through email and facebook and I am just been ignored.

I placed an order on April 21. The money was taken from my account. I have emailed, Facebook messaged, and Instagram messaged over five times to ask when my product would be shipped because they said within 18 days. No response on anything. I have messaged about requesting a refund and no response. This is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with due to the fact that there is none. I don't have any info from them about what to do so they are a complete scam and just want to rob people of their money. Do NOT use this company

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on the 1st of February this year. The email they sent said international orders would take 21-28 days.
My order has not arrived and I have not received any shipping information. I have contacted the company via email twice and facebook once with no response. My order number is Order #GSXXXXXX and the total cost of my order including shipping was 110 US dollars. I paid using my debit card. I have read a few online reviews about this company now complaining that they did not get their orders or that they had to threat legal action for them to receive their orders or get a refund.
I have all of the emails I have sent and ignored facebook message, the email from the company saying my order is confirmed and another saying it's ready to ship and can show the payment from my account.
If there are any more details you need please let me know.

I placed an order with Glittershoe Co 3 months ago and apart from an email suggesting my order was on its way, I have not received any correspondence.
I ordered shoes (Women's Sparkly Glitter Converse All Stars Lux Wedge Heel, Silver) on 7th Feb 2019 for $265.00 USD (paid on credit card) and received an invoice with the order number #GSXXXXXX. I then received an email on 9th March 2019 saying my order was on its way. However when I clicked on the website link to view my order, there was no tracking number listed etc so I sent my (first) email querying this abnormality and requested an ETA- no response. After nearly a month of waiting I sent another email on 4th April 2019, again querying the abnormality, ETA and excuse for lack of response- no response. It is now another month later and I have sent my third email (6th May 2019) enquiring again about the ETA of the shoes. Currently awaiting a response.

Desired Outcome

I bought the shoes for my wedding- have paid (in my opinion) an absolute premium for them, the least I deserve is up to date correspondence offering an ETA and prompt delivery. If this is not possible, I would like to request a full refund.

I contact the company prior to placing an order on March 25, 2019, got a response back right away from ***. the item I was purchasing was time sensitive as it was for an event and I wanted to ensure I would receive this item in time before ordering. I was assured I would receive this item.
I placed my order with this company on April 1, 2019 and received an email confirming receipt of my order. On April 16th I emailed the same email to check the status of my order and to ensure it would get to me in time for my event. I heard nothing back. I emailed *** again on April 18th and no response. I got an email from the company on April 22, 2019 stating my order was on the way. April 23rd I received an email from USPS saying a shipping label has been created for my item. After no update on the shipping for the whole week I called the USPS on April 26/19 and they confirmed that the creator of the shipping label has not dropped off the package for the label and that no information was on the shipping label for contact to the seller. I am now reaching out to my bank to reverse the charge on my credit card as fraudulent and emailed the company again today letting them know this and how disappointing this experience was.

Placed an order with this company on March 11, 2019. I emailed them several times on a status of my order. I finally received a fake shipping confirmation with no details of the tracking number for my order. I have reached out to this company several times with ZERO response. I ordered a pair of shoes in January and still have not received them. I have been unable to contact to the company.
On January 22nd, 2019, I ordered a pair of crochet lace Toms from Glitter Shoe Co. The shoes were $23.98 and I used my VISA to pay for them. I received a confirmation email with my order #GSXXXXXX. The email stated shipping would be 12-18 business days. When I did not receive my shoes within that amount of shipping time, I tried to email the company on February 13th in regards to the issue. After my first email, they sent an email stating the shoes had been shipped, but I still have no received them, nor has the tracking information changed on the email I received. I emailed the company again on the 18th, as well as contact them via their website on an unknown date after February 18th. I have not received a response from the company. There is no phone number listed on the website, so I am unable to try to contact them.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a refund from the company as soon as possible. The shoes were supposed to be used for my wedding, but I am no longer able to use them since I had to order them elsewhere. In that case, I would just like a refund.

On December 7th, I received an email saying that my order was on the way.
According to the website, I were supposed to have my shoes whithin 21-28 days.
I ask them for the tracking number, but they never bothered to give it to me. So I can't even know where they are hold !
It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for them...
I made several attempts to contact them (email, facebook) and have received no response!

Received a notification of despatch 7th jan 19. No tracking info provided. Package not received and no response from attempted contact.
On 15th December I purchased a pair of white glitter 'I love you, I know' shoes (order number #GSXXXXXX) and paid for the order in full.

On 7th January, I received a dispatch notification saying that the shoes are on their way and that additional tracking information would become available.

Since that time, I haven't received any additional information such as a tracking number and I have yet to receive the shoes.

Both me and my partner has made made a request for further information through the websites contact form, we have both sent a Facebook message and my partner has also sent an email to the address listed on the Revdex.com website over the course of 2-3 weeks and have yet to receive a response.

The shoes were ordered as a bridal shoe for my partner and we would still very much like them. However if for some reason this cannot be fulfilled we are seeking a full reimbursement.

I received the incorrect order once shipped, the company stated they would refund once the incorrect order had been mailed back to them.
I placed Order #GSXXXXXX on 9/27/18 with Glitter Shoe Co. and received an order from them on 10/29/18. The order was incorrect and not the shoes I had order for my daughter's Halloween costume. I sent them an email on 10/30/18 informing them of the mix up and stated that I would like a refund because I had wanted the superhero shoes for her Halloween costume and it was a mistake on their end that we wouldn't have them for the occasion. Glitter Shoe Co. replied by email on 11/1 stating that my order had been switched with somebody elses. The email included a return label, and stated that once the shoes were returned they would fully refund my money. I mailed the shoes back and have yet to receive a refund or reimbursement for a different pair of shoes. I have emailed multiple times over the past months as well as sent messages via their Facebook page. They have yet to respond to a single message or attempt to contact them.

A full refund is what I am seeking from the company, as that is what they stated they would do in an email to me. I even offered to accept a reimbursement for a different pair of shoes, but at this point I want a full refund.
