Order paid and done on the 24 Nov, never received my order till today 16 Jan. Never received a tracking number nor a reply for any of my emails.
I ordered a shoe for my wedding. My order number is GSXXXXXX. I ordered the shoe on the 24th of November 2018 and paid online 117$. I made sure to order it soon enough to receive it before the 22nd of December since I was leaving the country. I never received my order until TODAY THE 16th of January. I sent them over 10 emails asking them about updates, they only got back to me once: *** replied back telling that the order takes, as mentioned on their site, up to 18 days. that was on the 10th of December. I waited until 18 days away from the 24th of November and emailed them again, they never got back to me until today.
on the 26th of December I received an email saying that my order is being shipped.
I tried asking them again about any tracking number or any update about my order they never answered.
I am getting married in less than a month outside of the states and I need to know if this shoe is going to come or not. I requested a full refund and my order because of the lack of professionalism and bad customer service I got from them. Buying my wedding shoes is not an easy process and I trusted them. I feel disappointed and I feel my money is lost.

I request my shoes delivery AND a full refund because of the stress they put me to. they promised I could receive the order from 12 to 18 days in the States, and its been 48 days! they did not deliver their promises and they sure didn't make me, their customer, a happy one. even if i receive my order.

According to the website the *** time I should have received my shoes 12-18 days. When I originally ordered them on 11/12/18 I emailed the company to confirm my order and I received a response. I received an email on 11/30/18 saying that they were ready and to check back for updates on the tracking information. I checked for several days and it wasn't updated. I started to worry about a month after I had ordered the shoes. I sent an email on 12/17/18 and have made several attempts by email as well as Facebook messenger and have received NO response. These were supposed to be for my wedding and now I am having to go in a different direction.

I want a full refund for the shoes that I have paid for and have not received as well as an apology for the unprofessionalism.

Waiting for 3 months for exchanged sneakers. No responses to any of my emails or messages on FB.
I ordered my shoes on Oct 13th, received them on Nov 16th. The shoes were EXTREMELY small, even though they were the same size as all my other converse sneakers. I emailed about how to exchange/refund. They said to send them back. I mailed them that week. I received NO follow up, and I have now emailed and FB messaged at least 5 times, and gotten no response at all, no refund, no shoes. It has been MONTHS and they have basically stolen my money. There is no phone number to call and I am APPALLED by this company.

product was only received after the Revdex.com was contacted. No response to emails prior to that.

No communication or update to my order
I paid $168 for a pair of shoes on 11/26. My card was a Visa and the money was withdrawn from my account. I didnt receive any notification and emailed the company several times.still nothing. I threatened to file a complaint through Revdex.com and the next day they gave me a USPS tracking number last week (12/13). However, they just created a label and haven't actually shipped the product out. I emailed them on Monday (12/17) again asking for any confirmation or even just an email explaining what's going on with my order. Still, haven't received anything from them. They're keeping me in the dark, they took my money, and it looks like they just created a shipping label to get away with making it look like they're busy. I have never received any sort of email or confirmation from them and this is week 4 since I ordered the shoes.

I just want the shoes and an explanation for why it's taking so long. Knowing when to expect them would be extremely helpful.

I wrote munerous mails to the company since I orderred on August 22nd. I paid with my credit card. Never got the shoes nor my money.

Was sent damaged shoes in the wrong color. Customer Service cut off all contact with me.
I contacted Glitter Shoe Co. on Feb 7, 2018 before my purchase to ensure I was going to get the correct color as these were meant to be worn at my wedding, and I wanted them to match the bridesmaid dresses. They confirmed the color and even created a special listing on the website for me to order them. I ordered on Feb. 9, 2018. I received the shoes on March 1, 2018, they were damaged (a big chunk of glitter was missing) and they were the wrong color. I contacted customer service on March 1 about this. *** responded on March 5 apologizing and said she would personally make me new ones in the correct color with no missing patches. I sent a follow up email on April 28, 2018 to confirm they were going to send the correct shoes and received no response. I followed up via email on May 6 & May 15, 2018 but received no response. I also tried contacting them via Facebook messenger on May 15 & May 28, 2018 but once again received no response. I never received undamaged shoes in the correct color for my wedding. They completely screwed me over for my wedding, and now I'm out over $140 USD for damaged shoes. I had to scramble last minute for wedding shoes and ended up having to make my own. Order #GSXXXXXX

I ordered my wedge glitter converse in September for my wedding.I recieved my order on Halloween the logo on the side of both shoes was inverted and in no way what it should have been. You couldn't even read that they were a converse logo. I emailed *** immediately with pictures of what I ordered and what I recieved. It took several days to even get a response. When I did, it was short and curt. She told me that converse had sent that shoe to her so they had nothing to do with it. *** also said that it was converse "new style logo." She completely deflected to problem onto converse and me. She told me to mail them back and they would send me a different pair. I shipped them back and emailed her twice since then. I have yet to get an response from the company. Nor have I recieved my shoes or gotten my money back. The lack of communication, poor customer service and quality of the shoe is sad. I have never had such a horrible experience. I paid $168 for literally nothing.

The only thing that has been stressful about planning my upcoming wedding has been dealing with Glitter Shoe Co. I originally placed an order for 1 pair in enough time that by their estimates (28 days) should have arrived in time for an out of province member of the bridal party to try them on while they were here. They did NOT arrive on time which ended up costing me an extra $20 in shipping to have them sent to the bridal party member.In addition It was an ordeal to get any updates on shipping or a tracking number. The shoes looked good so we decided to go ahead and order the additional 3 pairs for the rest of the bridal party knowing that they would take a while to arrive. 2/3 were MILES too big even using the sizing chart on Glitter Shoe co's website. We paid another $45 in shipping to exchange them and they were received by Glitter Shoe Co October 8th. November 3 after emailing (October 22 and November 2) them to follow up I was told they would be shipped out that day and the shipping information would be sent to me. 4 emails later it is November 20th, I have no shoes, and the only tracking number I have received (today) was for the ORIGINAL ORDER which was received back in September. It is nearly impossible to get information from them unless you they think you are buying something. Once the transacation goes through, good luck. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else.

I ordered the shoes on 08/02; open toe, size 11, 4-4.5" heel. Emailed the next day on 08/03 and asked that they change the heel to 3-3.5" instead. No reply. On 08/19 I received an email stating my order was on its way, no shipping detail provided. I emailed them asking for the shipping detail. No reply. I received an email on 08/30 with shipping detail. The shoes did not ship until 08/30 and were received on 09/04 - a month after I placed the order, not the 12-18 days they advertise. The shoes are closed toe not the open toes I ordered, and not are not size 11, rather a 10. Their customer service is horrible and I will NEVER order from them again. Oh, and if you leave a negative comment on their FaceBook page they just delete it.

POOR QUALITY AND WRONG SIZE SENT/NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ORDERED GLITTER SHOES AND UPON OPENING THE BOX AND HOLDING THE SHOES THE GLITTER CAME OFF THE SHOE IN MY HAND. THERE ARE NOW SPOTS WITH NO GLITTER. THE SIZE I ORDERED WAS 8.5 THE SIZE SHIPPED IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO AN 8.5. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS SO I AM STUCK WITH A PAIR OF POOR QUALITY WRONG SIZE HEELS. THERE IS NO SIZE INDICATED ON THE SHOES. THEY STATE CUSTOM MADE SHOES. THEY TAKE A CHEAP PAIR OF HEELS AND SPRAY THEM WITH GLITTER PAINT.

Customer purchased a size 8.5 with a 3.5" inch heel height. All our heels come in heel heights starting at 3" through 7". Each item has a drop down menu to choose from the heel heights listed. She chose a 3.5" inch heel height and complained that heel was not as high as the 6" platform heels. We showed her the details of her order which was for the 3.5" inch heels and she then complained about the size not fitting. So we sent her our return address where she could send back the heels. And we never heard back from her after that, until she opened a claim. I attached our full conversation through email where we responded to her within minutes and sent her our RETURN address. She expected a refund before sending the item back which is not how returns/exchanges work.

I received the shoes and they are not at all like the picture! The heel is not as high as the picture or the platform toe of the shoe is not like the picture at all. They took a cheap beige shoe and used glitter paint that flakes off! The size is way too small as I ordered an 8.5 and the size is barely a 7! Do not purchase anything from this company.

Shoes didn't come on time and you guys never responded to my email.
I order the shoes on the 21st of July. It said on the website that they would come between 12 and 18days. When they shoes never came we found out that it says business days but it doesn't say that on you guys website. Which it should say it in your website. I never got a response from you guys about my order being shipped. So I emailed you guys and you guys never responded to my email. I bought they shoes for my mom for her wedding on Sunday. So I received an email and text from you guys late last night. Saying that they were shipped and should be here by Friday but I still want a refund because you guys were really unprofessional.

Placed order on May 21 and paid by cc $113.00 for sneakers for my daughters wedding. Never received, several attempts made by email, no response.
On May 21st, 2018 I ordered a pair of Women's Nike Shoes Swarovski Crystals Tanjun White Bling Sneakers Wedding Bride size 9. I was charged $113.00. As of today, July 16, I have yet to receive them. I have made several attempts to contact the company by email and they have not responded.

I placed my order on May 29th for my upcoming wedding in August. I received one email stating that they received my payment and will update me along the way. I have not received any other emails. I have emailed and Facebook messaged MULTIPLE times in order to find out what is going on with my order. On the website it states that a typical order should take approximately 20-30 days. I have gone almost 2 months now with no arrival or update on my order.I only have 24 days until my wedding and do not want to spend another $80 on another pair of shoes, but at this point I am starting to think that I may have to because this business is starting to seem like a scam.

Ordered a pair of custom glitter shoes. Payment was made but no other communication was sent. Emails were sent to the company with no response. Messaged through FaceBook - no response.

Purchased shoes on 2/26/18 and have yet to receive them. Payment was made and accepted by business but I have no product to date.
On 2/26/18 I ordered one pair of Sparkly Glitter Ballet Flats Shoes Baby size 4 for $45.99. Order # GSXXXXXX was confirmed on 2/26/18 at 8:55 PM. Payment method was MasterCard ending in *** was charged.
First email sent inquiring as to where product was sent on 3/18/18. I received an email on 3/19/18 stating my order had been shipped. On 3/31/18 I emailed for a second time requesting information on my order because I have yet to receive it. A third email was sent on 4/9/18 requesting my product or refund. A fourth email was sent on 4/10/18 demanding a response from someone. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding my order. All attempts at communicating have failed.
Website states these exact words regarding shipping times: "Standard shipping times for USA orders is between 12-18 days" To date as of 4/10/18 it has been 43 days.

I request a refund of $45.99.

Customer was refunded in full on April 10, 2018 prior to this case being opened. An email confirmation of the refund was sent to the customer as well on April 10, 2018.

I purchased shoes for my wedding that fell apart within minutes of them being worn. I've tried repeatedly to contact this company about my issue and have not received any kind of response. I have emailed them, Facebook messaged them, ect. But absolutely no response. The shoes were so ugly before my ceremony started that any photos with the shoes in them needed to be cropped . I'd also like to add that the shoes costed $165.00 US. I believe that this company knows that their shoes fall apart and still advertise them as wedding shoes knowing that they will be upsetting people on one of the most important days of their lives. I find that disgusting. And then to not even refund or compensate their customers is just wrong

*** placed an order on November 18, 2017 for $125.99usd for her young daughter. The order was for a pair of childrens custom made WHITE glitter Converse. 4 months AFTER she received the shoes, she files a complaint for the shoes falling apart. Her daughter wore the WHITE shoes for 4 months and then claims they look disgusting. She did not want to return the shoes, she wanted to be reimbursed while keeping the shoes all these months later. I have attached multiple photos from her social media showing the shoes on her daughters feet, during her wedding and after..4 months after she purchased them. We have been customizing Footwear for over 5 years and stand by our product.

Yes. I did purchase the shoes 4 months before I complained. I bought all my wedding stuff early. I can prove by my wedding certificate that my wedding took place on February 22 2018. My daughter has only ever worn those shoes on that day. They were too ugly afterward for her to enjoy . I also would have accepted an exchange if the company would have bothered to respond to my messages. At least I'd have a keepsake in that case. Right now I just have a pair of ugly shoes that I cropped out of a lot of my wedding photos. Every single photo attached is from the day of the wedding.
