I have to say this since its so hard to find a good transport company these daysI have a ford ranger and live on the eastern shore of maryland and needed her shipped to denver, coEveryone I spoke to bout this kind of thing warned me over and over again about scammers and shady companies but I found a company that seemed reputable and went ahead with itThe price was good, the insurance was good and the customer service was greatThe fact that the driver was so nice really helped me with my nerves and the tension of the whole thing and I felt at easeHe said he'd call when he arrived to pick up and I actually gave him my friends # because I wasn't going to be able to make it at the timeNeedless to say she was scared about taking the responsibility but he called her, she met him and took my rangerWhen I saw my truck, everything was perfect...well maintained and actually look cleaner than when i'd left it.This company made this process so incredibly simple and I have to thank arthur and elena for their delivery and the followup I receivedthey asked if I was happy..yep:) thanks!

On Friday August 19th my without authorization or confirmation Global Auto Transportation charged a deposit of $to my bank accountIt was unauthorized and I received no prior notification of this charge from the company or representative of the companyI immediately contacted Global Auto Transportation and spoke with a rep who told me it was a mistake, the employee that charged it had been terminated because if similar mistakesI was told I would be refunded by the end of the day or Monday the 22nd of August at the latestAfter about a week of continual runaround and excuses along with being told the amount of money means nothing to them I contacted my bank and notified them of the unauthorized charge and my contact experience with global auto transportationTo this date September 18th global auto has not corrected their error or refunded my money In three of four conversations with global auto I have been spoken down too in a very condescending manner, hung up on as well as told it is my fault because I notified my bankTerribly unprofessional buisness ethic and people

Jack drove my car across the countryPersonally, he was a great guy and I enjoyed interacting with himProfessionally, he did a great job delivering my car- not a single damage On paper, I was given a three-day pick up windowBut I was told- personally by the driver he would pick my vehicle up Friday nightIt didn't happen until Monday afternoonInstead of driving down to me on Friday, they decided to hold up my pito accommodate another driver who was late and ended up not getting his car to JackGood for the other driver but bad for meHad to cancel my plans for that day My pispot ended up being a minute drive from my houseThat means I had to impose on a family member to follow me in their car However, I want to give these guys more stars and better review because everyone I dealt with was friendly and cool The car was delivered intact with no damage for the advertised priceI was told the vehicle was going to be covered during the trip but when I got the vehicle the entire rear was covered in bugs and dirtHad to take this risk during open auto transport because it saved a considerable amount of money compared to enclose

I would like to start my comment by stating that I got my car this morning undamaged and clear! This was my first time shipping a car from San JoseI was browsing on the Internet and submitted quotes on various car shipping companies' websitesStarted to get calls, emails, and voice mails for daysI was pretty annoyed By chance, I picked up Elena's call and she was very straight forward and explained to me the auto transport businessFirst conversation happened February 6th Saturday morningWe arranged the pickup on February 18thI called a week before and the day of my first choice to check in but they haven't found a driver yetElena was saying it would take one more dayWhen she found the driver, she called me to get the credit card info to charge the depositShe said she wouldn't charge the deposit until the car was on the truckThe driver called me on February 17th and we arranged a pick up time, no hassleHowever, then the carrier worked with me by altering the pick up time and everything worked out fineThe new vehicle was delivered to my new home a day later than scheduled but thorough check indicated it was in essentially the same condition as when it had been picked up He delivered it right to the driveway of my new placeLittle different on the time of pickup and delivery, but manageable A little more expensive but who knows how much the overall expense would have been from the other companiesI wanted to thank Elena and Chris to put my worries to rest when I called back in after paying my depositVery Professional staffThey are incredible and the service was nothing short of amazinglong story short out of stars hands down

Hubby and I love to travel and have been trying to do more travelingWe have small children who would be staying with family, but we didn't want to take advantage and go on an extra long vacation like we did pre-chapsWe wanted to use our vehicle on the trip, but if we drove, half of our trip would be spent recovering from travelI know what you are thinking, why not rent a car? Wouldn't it be more expensive to ship and pay for flights? Nope! I am a planner so I catch those amazing flight sales and we arrange our trips around that One of my friends recently told me about shipping your vehicle and it sounded expensive, like an extra luxury on top of our vacation She told me that is was pretty reasonable, so I checked it outI got the quote, crunched the numbers and was surprised to realize that the difference between shipping and driving was really smallWe opted for the open truck instead of the enclosed, which saved us some money tooPaid the $for our deposit, dropped the car off in their yard two days before our flight and we were off! Shipping was anticipated to be two days, but it was shipped in threeTotally not their fault, lots of roadwork going on and they did an excellent job of keeping us updatedPlus the car was delivered in great condition (pretty remarkable considering it was in an open carrier for about days) and our driver was super nice and professionalWhen the car arrived at the address we gave, my husband paid our driver in cash (plus tip of course)Arthur was amazing, providing top notch customer serviceI will definitely be calling them when it is time to ship our car back

I used many websites to get a price for my Kia Forte shipping from Camden, New JerseyPricing ranged from USD to USDGlobal was somewhere in the middle, but Chris was willing to work around my schedule and accommodate my needs, so I preferred to get my car shipped on the day I needed than go with cheaper company and wait at least a week to pick it upThough the driver was very efficient and communicated very wellHe even helped me to get the vehicle to my house by driving it to my place as he couldn't come directly to my home

What an incredible service at an amazing priceEverything was on-time and they did a wonderful jobThanks Elena

[redacted] and the guys over at Global are truly the exception in an industry where ethics are optional and being customer orientated is a rarityI went through a nightmare of an ordeal with one of those bad companies, which led me to Global and they just out-preformed anything I had ever seen before, and I have shipped a few carsThey had my car safely on a carrier less than hours after our first call, went above and beyond to make it happen and I am beyond appreciative for all of their effortsI should also mention, because it's rare, the driver who ended up picking up my car was a little more costly then originally quoted (a fair price, lower than most), Global paid the difference so my price would remain the same and I didn't ask them tooI'm a customer for life and if you use them, like I urge you to, you will be as well

It is mind boggling that this Scottsdale office existI have to move my vintage 13' trailer because the town of Carefree doesn'allow them on your propertyI have to move it by MonYou would think this would give them plenty of time! I called Global on 9/7/and told them I have a 13' vintage trailer to shipGave them all the info including that this was urgent They said they would call me back in an hourNever got a call backI called back late afternoon, was the on hold for min then got disconnectedIt is worth mentioning that when you call you get thrown into hold without talking to anyoneReally! I finally got through to Chris and was told that Elaina made all the appointments but she wasn't in as she was setting up some new programs in another areaAfter much conversation he was able to find herShe was nice and promised to confirm pick up the next morningNever heard from herOn 12/at 11:am I left Elaina a voicemail and an email pleading for her to call meI am running out of timeNothing happened On 12/at 1:I got yet another person, George He told me he doesn't see anything on the computerI told him what was going onHe put me on hold for min saying he was going to find ElainaI finally hung up and called back and spoke with BruceHe said George was on a lunch breakSo, while I was on hold he took off for lunch! Bruce stated he would call me back in minGuess what, he never calledI called back and got hung up onI was so down to the wire I decided to make one more call at 2:Asked for supervisorOn hold for another minFinally spoke with Arthur who said he was a managerHe stated he would be checking phone recording and he may have to fire a couple of peopleHe understood my problemHe stated that the truck broke down and he would try to find a contracted carrier and call me backIt is now the 10thNo call backSo, I am now forced to pay $to put it in storage until I find a reliable company to move itBeing a retired Director of Nursing I am positive I could go in there and have it working like a fine tooth comb! No excuse for a business to run this wayThey obviously don't need my moneySad

we contracted Elena saturday morningwe explained that we needed to ship my dad's car Austin Texas and that there was no one who could drive the car to a pickup point and the driver needed to come to his place to pick it upShe understood the delicateness of the situation and took chargei am really surprised to see the personalized attention that Elena has shown throughout the entire processAWESOME!

I wasn't sure when I needed my car shipped out since I was waiting for my brother to come to my hometown, but Laura was really helpful and flexible When my brother bought the tickets, so I knew the date, Laura was very quick to schedule the next available pick up and was really responsive checking to see if I had any updates My Toyota Tacoma was picked up in Winston-Salem, NC on the first available date of the pickup window Laura had given me She gave me an estimate date for drop off even though he let me know the driver would call me to give exact date for drop off I got a call from Laura on Wednesday when the vehicle was supposed to arrive and she said that there was some mechanical failure and my car would arrive days later Carrier called me Thursday morning to say that the car shipment had to be on Friday Driver gave a call when he was hours out Unloading took minutes and my car was in great shape I understand that there were many things that Laura and trucking people couldn't control but they did their best to let me know about every change in our schedule Good company, great price, and fantastic service Would highly recommend and use again in the future

They provided excellent customer service! My honda cr v transportation went smoothly, driver was promptI had specifically requested my car be picked up on a specific dateSmall inconvenience for them but they handled my order without hassleElena told me delivery might be a few days earlier, which was fine as it would give me time to thoroughly clean the carThe next morning at 9:am driver called and said he was minutes outHe delivered my car to Timonium, MD in a great shapeI really appreciate their professional approach to every detail!

Chris was extremely helpful in arranging a prompt pickup even though I booked with Global Auto Transportation weeks in advance of the earliest date my Bmw mwould be available for pickupThe assigned trucker was able to pick my car up on the first available dateI got a call from him the afternoon before, arranging the timeOn the pickup day he called saying he would be late since my car was the last one on the truck and he was delayed with another pickup
My car didn't run, so I worried much about the pickupBut no problem, the driver found my address on google and was able to stop on my street right in front of my houseHe carefully winched my car on to the truckThere were no problems during the loading, and no problems during the transportCar arrived undamaged and on time
Enjoyed my first vehicle transportation experience, and highly recommend this shipping company!

I'm not the kind of person who leaves reviews but I really appreciate the way *** explained the whole process and took care of my carI made an agreement on may for pickup of my chevrolet Malibu no later than may She was able to fix my pick up date on may which was greatShe was constantly giving us updates and keeping abreast of newsI want to add that the price was great, I would like to say the lowest one!!! If you're looking for quality service and someone that you can truly rely on then she is your shipping coordinator!

I have no complaints on the services renderedMy issue is with the billing deptI had two vehicles transported which were all paid for in full and deliveredOne week later while checking my credit card statement I noticed an extra $charge from Global Auto TransportI called them all day trying to get someone to resolve the issue only to be transferred and put on hold for 22:then finally disconnectedThe last time that day I called I was told call back tomorrow because there was not anyone there who could help meI would STRONGLY suggest not giving this company any credit card or banking infoThey are very quick to charge their fees to your card without delay but, now that I have been overcharged it is like pulling teeth to get my money backI have been forced to go directly through my credit card company in hopes to get back money that belongs to meUSE CAUTION!!!!

They were on time for both piand drop-offI was given the phone number of my driver VickHe called me and said he was minutes awayThen he picked up my Toyota Prius in LA and dropped off in ColumbusMy Toyota was dirty on arrival as to be expected (it was open trailer), but there was nothing on it except few dustI will highly recommend their services!!!!

They tried very hard to accommodate me as I had some deadlines to meetIt was pretty stressfulPayment process was simpleThe way it works is that you make a small deposit up front and pay the res to the driver upon deliveryThe only complaint that I have is the car arrived before requested deliveryI had requested delivery on the third or fourth, because I would not arrive until late on the thirdHowever, the pick up place advised me that the driver would be there on the secondThey did keep my vehicle in the yard for me and didn't charge me for the serviceThen I went and inspected the car and paid my balanceNo damages, nothing stolen inside of the car

I was leary due to a negative experience with the previous company I am still disputingGlobal didn't charge any fees untill the order was accepted by the driverIt took about a week to hire a carrier for my GMC Sierra ( probabaly due to the size of my truck), but once the driver was assigned, pickup was scheduled next day and delivery in days

and I enjoyed interacting with him. Professionally, he did a great job

delivering my car- not a single damage.

On paper, I was given a three-day pick up window. But I was told-

personally by the driver he would pick my vehicle up Friday night. It

didn't happen until Monday afternoon. Instead of driving down to me

on Friday, they decided to hold up my pick-up to accommodate another

driver who was late and ended up not getting his car to Jack. Good for

the other driver but bad for me. Had to cancel my plans for that day.

My pick-up spot ended up being a 30 minute drive from my house. That

means I had to impose on a family member to follow me in their car.

However, I want to give these guys more stars and better review

because everyone I dealt with was friendly and cool.

The car was delivered intact with no damage for the advertised price. I

was told the vehicle was going to be covered during the trip but when I

got the vehicle the entire rear was covered in bugs and dirt. Had to take

this risk during open auto transport because it saved a considerable

amount of money compared to enclose.
