This company is horrible!! I went to order a shirt and chose black and in the confirmation email it said brownThey have no contact information on the website or on the emails so there is physically no way to contact them except a formI filled out that form almost every day asking someone to contact me or to just change the color or the dang shirtThen today I received an email saying it shipped with again no contact info and no trackingThis company is pathetic! Please do not order from this company!

Did not receive what I orderedTryed to call and only got an answer machineThey will not call back

I ordered a tee from them in December and never received it or any info regarding it

Seems like I am alone in my positive review but, I ordered the product before seeing this Revdex.com business review Needless to say, it gave me heartburn I just resigned to believing I would not get my product based on the reviews of this company I was wrong I ordered my product and was told the t-shirt would be sent 12/22/ I received my email confirmation with tracking number from the USPS I then received updates showed it was sent The confirmation said it would be received 2-Day Priority Mail but running into Christmas, it now said 12/ Well, not only did I receive my product, it was exactly as pictured The fit was perfect! Instead of coming on 12/26, it came on 12/24! So, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase Maybe I was lucky My daughter loved her Harry Potter shirt! I would recommend but based on the other complaints, I'm hesitant to do so

I purchased a shirt from this company in JulyThey took my money right awayIt is now the 20th of September and the shirt has still not arrived I've sent emails to the company to either send my shirt or refund my money but have not heard a word from themI want my money backThis company is a scamIt's a shame that they are being advertised

I will never order from them again. My item came damaged. It took 6 emails to finally get someone to email be back and then when I did they asked for a picture of the item and where it was damaged. I sent the picture and now I can't get anyone to respond on what to do next. I paid right away and this is terrible customer service. I did what I was suppose to do and I expect them to as well.

My son ordered a shirt from this company on July 25th. When he still hadn't received it by mid August I asked him to check the tracking info. It showed "insufficient address" and that the PO would have last had the package. When he called the PO, they told him it would have been returned right away. This would have been 8/13 or 8/14 so the company would have received it back by now. They have not issued a credit for the charge although I called VISA and they will be. When he tried to contact Fun Sports Gear, NO contact infomation comes up, not even a phone number (not even VISA had a phone number for them). I told him to NEVER order again from any company that does not have COMPLETE contact info. They were quick to charge my credit card but didn't credit it when they should have. This company [redacted]!

I ordered a shirt from this company from an ad on Facebook. Ten minutes later, I realized there was a large misspelled word. So I canceled the order....10 Minutes after making it, through the two "contact us" places I could find. 2 weeks later, I get a email saying they can not cancel after 24 hours. My original email was 10 minutes after placing order. That same day I wrote the same email back and never got another response. But the money for the shirt was immediately taken from my bank account. I again, wrote both "CONTACT US" emails explaining that I had canceled the order 10 minutes after making the order. On Facebook people began complaining about the misspelled word. The company put a NEW ad on there.......saying they had CORRECTED the TYPO which was ONLY in the ad, not on the shirt. I heard NOTHING. My shirt arrived 5 weeks later, WITH THE TYPO. No contact information was with the shirt for returns, etc. I wrote BACK to the same email, telling them I was taking this to the Revdex.com and got an instant response from them. Telling me if I PAID to return the item, and sent them a copy of the return slip they would send me a new one. Online people were very upset, saying their shirts were all MISSPELLED and even the NEW shirts were wrong. I REFUSE to give these people more money! I believe a larger company ordered a large amount of these shirts and because they were printed with a misspelled word, could not be sold. So they are duping people online into buying them for $30 apiece. I believe because they said the TYPO was corrected, and 3 days later I got a misspelled shirt, they are falsely advertising the shirt to take peoples money, knowing that most people will NOT go to the bank and have them try to fight it, as it would cost them time and more money to try that. I KNOW I am out of my $30...BUT PLEASE OTHERS TAKE WARNING!

POOR, POOR customer service. I bought a tee shirt that ended up being to small and they won't return emails. Guess I'm stuck. Don't walk away ... RUN!

I ordered a shirt from company online on September 2, 2015 and received an e-mail stating that my order would be processed and shipped after September 23, 2015. To date, I still have not received an e-mail or my order. They already took the monies out of my account. The only way you can contact them is via a contact form on their webpage, which is very sparse. There is no phone number to call them at or an address to write to them.

Ordered a t shirt in September they took my money and the tracking said it would ship on October 14. After several attempts to get an answer from the company as to when it would really ship I filed a dispute with PayPal and being a great company they credited back my account. Fun sports gear never responded.

Ordered a t-shirt for $36 in Extra Large. Came in but although the size was marked Extra Large, it was either a small or at most medium. I immediately contact support and sent pictures. I have repeatedly contacted everyday for two weeks with no response at all.

First sign of shady behavior: no phone contact number.
Second sign of shady business: alias company name. I ordered online from Facebook ad for Brave New Look. I have now tracked them down with info in very fine print at bottom of newsletter selling more stuff. :o
This was my bad experience with them.
Ordered a shirt that was time sensitive. They wouldn't respond to multiple cancellation email requests (no phone available). After 2 WEEKS, according to them, they shipped the shirt, but, far too late for shirt relating to current event.
It has now been a month since I was notified of shipment, with NO ITEM. I have sent several emails trying to track package or get their help to file $ loss with shipping service.
No response to any emails. CRICKETS.

On December 5 I placed an order with www.onlineshirtorders.com (reroutes to www.funsportsgear.com). I saw their ad on facebook and naively purchased from the site. Since then I repeatedly emailed to request tracking information and status update - yet there was always a lack of response. The last tracking information I had was via DHL that read "electronic notification received on December 31, 2014". It has been 4 weeks since the tracking information and I have yet to receive the item. I am dissatisfied with the customer service and had to involved PayPal to escalate the claim since the company did not respond to my refund request.

We ordered a sweatshirt through facebook and when it arrived the size was not going to work. I could find no contact information for returning the item and there was no contact information on my credit card statement. I found the email confirmation and sent multiple inquiries on the return process with no response. 3 weeks after my first email they responded saying my request was declined because it fell outside of the 14 day return policy - which was impossible as they did not respond within that time. In the meantime I found these reviews - I would never order from this company again and hope others do their homework before purchasing products from them so they can avoid the same issues.

I ordered a Panthers shirt that my mom wanted for her birthday on September 13, 2015. The estimated shipping date was Sept 30th. On October 4th, the estimated shipping date still said Sept 30th, so I sent them a message via their only form on contact on their website. I did receive a response 2 days later stating that they had received a higher demand for the shirt and they would notify me when the shirt had shipped. I still have not received the shirt, the estimated shipping date is Sept. 30th, and further attempts to contact them via the website have be unsuccessful. I will be going to my bank tomorrow in attempt to get the amount refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Ordered sweaters, waited weeks, then saw all the terrible reviews online. Noticed people said Fun Sports Gear "kept changing the ship date," which I saw they were doing to our order. Went straight to PayPal and "contacted them directly" for a refund through PayPal and planned to contact PayPal directly (which was the next step) to arrange a refund. BUT, they responded to my complaint and request for a refund by shipping the sweaters pretty much immediately. I'm thinking that when they notice someone speaking up, they go through with the order. Hopefully you all pay with PayPal, because it's a lot easier to complain with them than with a bank, through my experience.

The shirt was too small and they will not exchange it for a larger size. Very poor customer service.

Sadly I never got my sweatshirt. Although the company DID refund my money something was hinkey. Ordered Oct 28...after several unanswered emails makes as shipped Nov 24. Company said delay due to high demand but would return my shipping. That's didn't happen until my 3rd email. Dec 23 wrote and asked when I should file complaint with PayPal....after 3rd email they refunded my purchase. Said mine wasn't shipped due to server error?!? Too bad....would rather have had the cute sweatshirt.
Don't know if it's a scam or not. They are still advertising on FB

Like most have listed previously, I purchased a shirt with this compan on September 19th. They received their payment immediately and told me to expect shipment by October 14th. The tracking page still says to expect it to ship on the 14th, but it's the 16th. I've had no luck trying to contact this company for an update. I'm reporting them as a scam everywhere I see them online.
