Sadly I never got my sweatshirt. Although the company DID refund my money something was hinkey. Ordered Oct 28...after several unanswered emails makes as shipped Nov 24. Company said delay due to high demand but would return my shipping. That's didn't happen until my 3rd email. Dec 23 wrote and asked when I should file complaint with PayPal....after 3rd email they refunded my purchase. Said mine wasn't shipped due to server error?!? Too bad....would rather have had the cute sweatshirt.
Don't know if it's a scam or not. They are still advertising on FB

This company charges your credit card, processes your order and sends you a link to track your order. All sounds great except every time you check this link, the shipping date gets pushed further back. At this point, I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a t-shirt! When I request a refund, I receive the link for the order tracking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I believe that it is a scam...I have contacted my credit card company, as I have neither received a credit nor the merchandise!

Website says order would be received within 1-2 weeks. I'm now at 4 weeks and it hasn't even shipped yet. I submitted a few "contact us" requests on their site. They did respond but it was generic. My specific concern was never acknoweldged. My subsequent emails were ignored. There is no number to call. Terrible customer service. Don't give them your business!

I ordered a shirt off of Facebook. There was absolutely no communication from this horrible company. I threatened a PayPal dispute and several days later, my shirt did arrive. It was cheaply made, a size smaller than it should be, and poorly printed. I would never ever buy anything from this company again. Apparently, they have several names that they go by, so be aware and beware.

I ordered a shirt from this company and when it arrived it did not fit. I contacted them to find out how to return it. It took them 5 days to respond and then they told me I could not return it due to their Term of Use Policy. I read their policy and it did not mention anything about items that did not fit, only things that were printed incorrectly. So to me, I felt I was entitled to a refund. I have since contacted them again to request information on who to write to that can resolve this for me and I have received no response. It has been over a week since I requested that information. I am very disappointed and frankly angry about how this has been handled.
