In November Mr [redacted] attended a meeting with GGCAt that time Mr [redacted] agreed to purchase a program we offerOur company provides consumers with the travel club program we offerAs for [redacted] we have no affliation with themWe refer our consumers to them for the services they provideThey were referred to [redacted] to assist with the cancellation of a property they no longer wish to ownAfter we have sent over the consumers timeshare interest, [redacted] is the main point of contactI believe Mr [redacted] has misunderstood that Global Getaway Consultants does not handle the process of the liquidation of his current propertyAt Global Getaway Consultants we are happy to consultant all clients on how to use the program effectively and efficiently and would be happy to assist Mr [redacted] If any further information is needed please contact usIf you could please remove this complaint against Global Getaway Consultants, as we have provided all of the services promised to Mr [redacted] Thank You

As mentioned before all the documents support Ms [redacted] was aware of the lines of credit being opened, as she signed the authorizations to do soGlobal Getaway Consultants was willing and is still willing to help Ms [redacted] with her balance transfersRCA is a third party affiliate of Global Getaway Consultants as RCA is responsible for the liquidation of ownership

Mr [redacted] purchased with GGC on 10-26-GGC trains all employees the same way so that everyone conducts the same practicesBefore any transaction or applications for credit cards are even discussed each client must sign an consent form to allow a credit checkThe lady Mr [redacted] is referring to is the third party company reaching out to him to help get his cancellation in orderGGC fol***d all the proper steps that was promised to Mr***Here at GGC we apologize that Mr [redacted] is upset with his transaction ,and would be more than willing to help him with any concerns or travel arrangements they may need

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not come to the meeting to purchase a travel plan with Global Getaway Consultants LLCI was looking to exit a timeshare and was told by Mr [redacted] that this was the way to goGGC knew my situation, but yet they felt the need to taken advantage of me, and sell me something that I didn't want or needIt's GGC that is confusedThey are liars and scammers, and I want them to refund the monies back to [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Name of person I dealt with: [redacted] Title: GGC Manager Office Phone #: [redacted] Did I sign a contract: Yes, I felt like I had to after he opened up new credit card accountsI do have a copy of the contractWhere/When contract was signed: Restaurant in Shelby Township, MI on 05/03/Did I lose money: Yes Amount: currently paying on each of the credit card balances totaling $10,My Explanation: I went to their meeting at a local restaurant on 5/3/16, as I was told they would be able to eliminate my timeshare maintenance feesOf course, there was a cost to do that and when asked if I wanted to pay with cash or credit, I said creditHe, [redacted] , was gone for quite a long time and instead of asking me for my credit card # when he returned, he had opened up new credit card accounts, which I didn't authorizeHow could he do that? He opened up an American Express for a $credit limit, a [redacted] Simplicity Card for $and a [redacted] card for $I told him I wasn't happy about that and he said they would pay the balance transfer fees (hasn't happened), but that wasn't the point! I already had credit cards he could have used! [redacted] (***) was my contact to help me through the process After contacting ***, I found out I was suppose to still be paying on a mortgage and that fact wasn't told to meMy timeshares have been paid off for years! [redacted] said they could no longer help me and referred me to [redacted] @timesharelawyers.proAfter awhile, I realized nothing was getting done on my behalf and I reluctantly met with another company ( [redacted] ) to see what they had to sayI really hadn't planned to sign up with another company, but I did feel they were credibleI hope I didn't make another mistakeThey are suppose to completely get rid of my timeshares, as I no longer want to retain ownership, pay maintenance fees or any future special assessmentsI have to continue paying the monthly fees until [redacted] says it is okay to stopI'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with the Michigan Revdex.com and the Attorney General's officeI submitted a complaint to your Revdex.com and they said [redacted] had an A+ rating compared to Global Getaway Consultants' F ratingGGC Registered Agent on file: [redacted] (file number [redacted] )

Hello, My name is *** *** Office Manager for Step Zero. Our company works with attorneys and Transfer companies to strictly help clients get out of contracts or deeds with Time Share companies they no longer wish to haveWe do not sell or buy Time sharesWe have no affiliation with
Global Getaway Consultants or Mr***, besides they referred these clients to us saying they were requesting our servicesWe get multiple companies that refer clients to us for our services *** and *** *** signed up for a program with Global Getaways and paid them for their programThey were referred to Step Zero to assist with the cancellation of a *** Property they no longer wish to ownWe have attorneys on staff for us that would do this for themOur fee for this is which was told to the clientI sent our documents to the client, which I have not gotten back yet nor have we collected any money from these clientsWe do not proceed on our end with doing anything until we receive our signed agreement, Attorney Engagement letter, and collect the fee for our servicesWe have not gotten back anything from the ***s and we have not collected our feeUntil we get our documents back and collect we do not represent them yetThe agreement they made with Global Getaways has nothing to do with us, clients are merely referred to us at that point they decide if they would like to proceedI think they have us confused with the program they signed up for with Global Getaway ConsultantsPlease contact me if any further information is needed ***And please remove this complaint against Step Zero, as we have nothing to do with the money they paid to that companyThank You

When a customer becomes apart of the travel club the first initial attempt to receive the travel club number is via emailThis is not done by GGCThis is done by RCIFrom there is when we receive the travel club numberWe have access to *** *** number to give himHe continued to refuse the number, refused to have it mailed or emailedWe did follow up with a copy of his number over the phone and mailOver the phone *** was very hostile and very quick to claim our business as a scamWe are not in the business of fraudulent business practicesAt GGC we would be more than happy to help *** *** with another explanation of the process or future trips he may need help withIf there is any reasonable solutions to these concerns we would be more than willing to helpThank you

Global Getaways did not deceive them by telling them we would take over there deeds as that is not the caseA third party company was paid to release them of the clients nameIn no way is Global Getaway Consultants at fault for the deed transferCalls to the Global Getaway Consultants office are

I am rejecting this response because: Global Getaway claims they have fulfilled their obligation as they state, but they completely refuse to provide any substance to prove thatI've asked them directly for any type of "trackable" proof that they EVER sent ANYTHING to me, they say they cannot provide thatTo simply take their word that services were provided seems totally unacceptable to me in this situation. It occurs to me that they would correspond with clients using such "trackable" methods as registered or certified mail at least for their own protectionTo simply accept the word of someone or some merchant as valid proof in a case like this is ridiculousA person or merchant that has already stolen money by fraudulently misrepresenting themselves would NOT hesitate to lie. As an individual, I can only see so much of the history of this merchantTheir online reviews are NOT favorable, I do regret that I didn't look into that sooner myselfBut I feel that the Revdex.com and *** have the resources and people that can look deeper into this merchant's practices overall track recordI've told *** several times that I would be willing to testify in court on their behalf to help them recover the money I feel was stolen from *** by Global Getaway's fraudulent claims and using me as a pawn to dump their bad debt on

When attending this meeting all consultants are required to give surveys, so they can understand what property Mr*** had or hasAt the end of this meeting everyone is shown a alternative way to travel, no one is obligated to purchase anythingMr*** agreed to purchase with usGGC has provided our services to Mr***. Once again I believe Mr*** may still be confused that, *** *** was referred to Mr*** to release him of his unwanted timeshareGlobal Getaway Consultants is not in the business of releasing people of timesharesThis is why *** *** was referred to Mr***If any documentation is needed please let us know

On 5-3-we sat down with Ms*** where she decided she wanted to purchaseWe set her up with a third party company that is facilitating the transfer of her propertyIt states in the paperwork that we are not responsible for the transfer and/or liquidationWhen discussing which payment to
use, that was all discussed in person, as no representative took a phone call and applied for multiple cardsThe payments of using multiple cards was discussed in person and signed that dayAll her credit was ran with her permission of the authorization form signed that day as wellOur company phone number has not changed since 5-3-and is still the sameWe are more than willing to help Ms*** in anyway we canIf any documents are needed please let us knowThank You

After many talks with *** *** we tried to explain to him the process of receiving his travel club number*** has received his services from Global Getaway Consultants in fullWe have spoken to him many times were he seems to get very upset and not wanting to listen to how the process worksWe’ve tried to give him his travel club number numerous times and claims we are just making up numbersWe also have sent his number via mail just to show validation that his services have been completedWe had made numerous attempts to make sure *** *** was satisfied and understanding of his servicesWe hope that if *** *** has anymore concerns or questions to call our office at any time and we would be more than willing to help him in a calm mannerThank you for your time on this concern

He, [redacted], was gone for quite a long time and instead of asking me for my credit card # when he returned, he had opened up 3 new credit card accounts, which I didn't authorize. How could he do that? He opened up an American Express for a  $2000 credit limit, a [redacted] Simplicity Card for $3000 and a [redacted] card for $5000. I told him I wasn't happy about that and he said they would pay the balance transfer fees (hasn't happened), but that wasn't the point!  I already had credit cards he could have used!  [redacted] ([redacted]) was my contact to help me through the process.  After contacting [redacted], I found out I was suppose to still be paying on a mortgage and that fact wasn't told to me. My timeshares have been paid off for years! [redacted] said they could no longer help me and referred me to [redacted]@timesharelawyers.pro. I really hadn't planned to sign up with another company, but I did feel they were credible. I hope I didn't make another mistake.
