I am rejecting this response because:  I did not come to the meeting to purchase a travel plan with Global Getaway Consultants LLC. I was looking to exit a timeshare and was told by Mr. [redacted] that this was the way to go. GGC knew my situation, but yet they felt the need to taken advantage of me, and sell me something that I didn't want or need. It's GGC that is confused. They are liars and scammers, and I want them to refund the monies back to [redacted].

Mr.& Mrs. [redacted] signed a contract on 6-23-2016. GGC helped them get into a more flexible program then they already had. One thing we make sure to tell our potential clients that we are not responsible for the "take over" of their timeshare interests. On 6-23-16 the [redacted]'s signed a...

contract showing that GGC was not responsible for the relief of their timeshare as a third-party company is/was responsible. We will be more than willing to help the [redacted]'s with any concerns with their timeshare interest.

This charge has been credited back and re-charged several times during the last 13+ months. The current status is unclear to me, but I did call [redacted]; AGAIN; on 22/Feb/2018 when I received a statement from them showing an outstanding balance. angry; that I would NEVER pay any amount on this account because I feel the charge is invalid since the non delivery of services by the merchant voided their contact in total. Mr. [redacted] purchased with GGC on 10-26-16. GGC trains all employees the same way so that everyone conducts the same practices. Before any transaction or applications for credit cards are even discussed each client must sign an consent form to allow a credit check. The lady Mr. [redacted] is referring to is the third party company reaching out to him to help get his cancellation in order. GGC fol[redacted]d all the proper steps that was promised to Mr. [redacted]. Here at GGC we apologize that Mr. [redacted] is upset with his transaction ,and would be more than willing to help him with any concerns or travel arrangements they may need.
