On July I transfer $in to Insurance Auction USA inc for a deposit on the vehicle I want to purchase and I had hard time with them to get the paper work at some time I requested my money back due to luck of trust them, when I requested my money back they asked me to submit from online fill the refund form I did maybe times I send maybe e-mails on other phone calls they don’t answer the phone I left several voice mail never get a single call back and with all of its almost a year today still never get my money back

Review: I purchased a car (Mistsubishi outlander 2011) on August 20 2015 from one of the associate of Global inssurance Auction named paul. This car was being purchased for a friend in Ghana West Africa. I paid for the car 6,000 US dollars. After payment I have not seen the car, I even called for the location of the care so that I can gor tow it no body from the company can give me a location of the car. Till now I do not have the car, no explanation as to what happeneded to the car I paid for and no sign of them givining me my money back.

Later someone else ( [redacted]) called me that they (Global Insurance Auction) have a replacement for me. I told him I will have to duscuss with my friend for him to approve of it since I was buying it for him. My friend did not want the car because it was not comparable to first car they sold to me and the price was too high he could not afford it. I later told [redacted] that I do not want the car and not interested in any other replacement I WANT MY MONEY BACK. [redacted] then went ahead and charged my online account additional 2,000 US dollars for a replace ment that I said I do not want. I have been calling, my wife has been calling and no body from Global insurance is returning our calls to resolve this issue. Anytime we call it goes to the call center and the ladies that picks up the calls keep telling us they will forward our concerns to upper manage ment and mark it as urgent but we have still not heard from anybody. One of the call center ladies told put my refund request in writing which I have done and also requested for a refund on thier website but no one is responding to us.

GLOBAL INSURANCE AUCTION HAS NOT TREATED ME FAIRLY, HAS BEEN DISRESPECTFULL AND ABOVE ALL NOT TRUST WORTHY. I DO NOT WHISH TO DO ANY FURTHER BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I NEED MY 6,000 US DOLLARS BACK

Review: On June 10 my co-worker name [redacted] frimpong who has accounts with global insurance auction told me he can buy a car for me through this company since I was looking for work so he met in coffee shop with my laptop we find 2010 Rav4 , my friend call one Mr [redacted] who claim he is he gives us invoice of $7000.00 with [redacted] accounts I save in [redacted] so I transferred the to that account almost two months now no car no refunds I almost lost my job because of this issue they always give me excuses so please help me get my money back , because I have trust in you .thank you

Review: I purchased a 2000 Nissan from this company last month and did not recieve he title in order for me to register it and lead to the impoundment of vehicle, which is acruing a daily payment. The company sent me an e-mail copy which is not valid for the registration of the vehicle. They have been promising to send me the original hard copy for 3 weeks and refuse to address my issue when I make an attempt to call them.Desired Settlement: Due to he fact that this is a daily accrumen, I would like it if the company would be responsible for any charges that has been accrued and for the impoundment fee which is accumulating every day I don't retrieve the vehicle.

If you hear of this company run. They have gotten my $500 and I almost lost $3000 until I had a horrible experience with them.

Review: I had done on-line bid on one vehicle. after that agent of Global Insurance Auction contacted me on phone and deal was finalized. I had paid for that vehicle by wire transfer as required by them and waiting for the reply from agent. During this time I was in contact with agent on e-mail and asking him for any update for vehicle dispatch and after so many e-mail lastly agent called me and told that vehicle for which I had paid in full was sold to someone else. When I have asked him - how come this can happen and what type of system you have ? He told me - other agent had sold it for higher price to someone else. He told me now you can look for some new vehicles on our site. Now the all money are with them and agent is asking me to look for some other vehicle. can some one please help me in this type of case what can be done on their part and my partAs this is not my fault - that I had not denied the deal. I want my full money back. I have paid $548 ( $500 Deposit + $48 tax charged to my paypal account) through Pay pal & then done $9000 wire transfer through US Bank to their account. Their site says $75 per day charge if we pay late. Review: I have requested a refund from them and it has been months now I have not received it.

I have e-mailed several times and talked to them over the phone once, were I was told it would be refunded within a week, that was 3 weeks ago, i'm fed up, this company is a ripoff, they need to be investigated.Desired Settlement: the refund I am owed.

Review: I have purchased supposedly Salvage title vehicle and paid full amount agreed from Ebay transaction. Car was delivered without the paper work. I have demanded multiple times (phone message and emails) title and paper work.

Seller is not responding to my request of title paper work delivery for over a month. I have investigated on my own that all previously recorded owner stated that this vehicle is Junk and should not intended to have Salvage title.

After delivery of car with full payment agreed, seller created another invoice claiming I owed more money otherwise paper work will not released. Full payment of this car can be verified by ebay transaction detail and wire fund confirmation. Also Salvage title was also in the description of Ebay sales posting.

I am now stuck with the car without any paper work. I can not legally use this car after the repair.

This is clearly case of Fraud with intentional sales other than what they promised. I have paid $51,000 plus $650 delivery.

Please help!Desired Settlement: I like to have them delivery Salvage title as promised or full refund.

Review: I registered on the business website, and paid a deposit of $650 for each used vehicle that I was interested in buying after wining an auction online. I won on a 2006 HONDA ACCORD, and I was required to make a wire transfer to complete the $3,000 wining price for the vehicle and have been told I will receive the title and the information to pick up the vehicle that was located in EIGHT MILE, ALABA, USA within the next 7 business days. I started the wire transfer on March 17 of 2015, and the transaction was fully completed and my account deducted for $2,350. Since that time I have been trying to get in touch with this company to see what happened, because I have not vehicle, not tile, and no even been able to get my money back. The name of the people I deal during the whole process are: [redacted] (the ones that pushed me to mike the wire transfer because I can not pay the balance with my credit cards that was my initial plan for payment). Other people involve were: [redacted] so far.

It is obvious that the companies: WWW.GLOBALINSURANCEAUCTION.COM and INSURANCE AUCTION LLC both of them are fake, and work together with the only purpose of rip off innocent car buyers that are trying to get an used car for a good price. They perform fraudulent and illegal business practices to still the money and the savings that auto buyers have acquired with sacrifice and honest work.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $2,350 with a wire transfer to my Chase Business Account [redacted] and routing Number [redacted] The name of my business is: [redacted] LLC.

Investigation and sanctions to the company CAPITAL ONE, who allows scam or fake companies to open accounts like Insurance Auction LLC, with the account #7527949070 and routing #021407912 to collect founds that are the result of illegal practices and innocent people and buyers and then allow to release those funds to burglars, thefts and unscrupulous people that take advantage of other people's good faith.

Also after doing a lot of research about this companies online and seeing so many people ripped off by this people that create this fake online business, I would like to see all of them in Jail, all the business and licenses to be canceled and also if possible any sort of Monetary Indemnisation.

Review: My email and last name was used to register for a fraudulent account. When I called customer service to get removed and have the account canceled. They only took my information down but never called me back, I do not want my information up on this website and they failed to provide proper customer service.Desired Settlement: I want my information removed from this website.

Review: I created an account with Global insurance auction back in March 2015. I tried to buy a vehicle through their website after depositing $650 but neither of my bids won. So I ended up buying from elsewhere. On April 3rd I requested a refund and closing my account, I received a confirmation email for that request on April 3rd, it says I should expect my money to go back to my card within 30 business days. I have contacted them several times since that 30 days passed by and I still did not get my money. Every time I called I got the same response, ( We will send an email to billing department to expedite the process ). I tried to file a complaint through police department in Harrisburg but they told me that's not something they handle.Desired Settlement: Refund me my full deposit without any fees
