Review: On December 2014 I registered to this company website to open an account to bid on salvage cars and boats available on their website.On Dec 12th I funds $14,225.00 because I was told that a 2003 boat that a bid on it I won. I dealt with the sales person name [redacted]. After few phone call I fond out that the boat wasn`t in good condition at all and it was better to look for another vehicle. [redacted] promised me that in a week will replace with another boat. Christmas and New Year passed and no communication received from this company. After sending several emails, Mr. [redacted] claim was that for the holidays everything was slow and suggested me to send more bids. Which I did and no luck.. bid price was too low etc , etc.. Then, in the middle of January I sensed that was phony this website and business so I started requesting a refund.Firs, I called and I spoke with Ara then with [redacted], who told me that in order to get my refund I MUST follow their terms and condition Policy.. Which I did and I sent a certify letter on Jan 25th to their address in Wilmington , DE ... After receiving my request, they supposed to send me my money within 5 days. Until now, I `ve been calling then many times and no luck. Please help...!!Desired Settlement: I would like to know the best way to handle this situation with your help. Apparently the address they are listing in Delaware is not their Physical address. They just using this address to hide their business and avoid persecutionI would appreciate your help and reply to this claim.

I MADE AN ATEMPT TO BUY A VEHICAL FROM GLOBAL INSURANCE AUCTION.IT THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.I WON THE BID ON A 07 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX,ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS.I DON'T HAVE THE CAR..AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY FUNDS.....UPSET!!

Review: I signed up on the Global Insurance Auction website with the intentions of purchasing a vehicle online. I spoke with several sales representatives about a purchase that didn't end up going through. After buying through a different site, I requested a refund of the $650 deposit (March 2015) required to bid on a vehicle. I did not hear from them after the refund request. I have called several times over the past three months (May-July) and have spoke to [redacted] in the Billing department many of those times. During the last call I had her copy me in an email to the "Refunds Department" which was sent to a man named [redacted]. I have not seen a response to the email and still have not received a reimbursement of the deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $650 deposit.
