I recommend Elite Team Realty as I had being there tenant and due to some unforeseen personal reasons I had to break my lease and move out, I contacted xxxxx and she was very helpful in guiding us and finding new tenant as our replacement within the notice period and also she was courteous enough to release and refund my entire security deposit. Also during our period of living in that house we had minor HVAC and Dryer issues which was resolved and taken car immediately by them. I will love to give reference to anyone looking to rent a place with Elite Team.

I relocated to xxxxx and immediately started looking for a house. My experience with xxxxx was bad so I tried Elite team realty. I was skeptical at first because Shelley was too efficient to be true. She is organized and responds to her emails promptly.

I live in a home that was built in 1929, so one could expect wear and tear on such an aged property. With the conscientious efforts and professionalism provided by Property Manager, [redacted] at Elite Team Realty, whenever there are issues, she listens to my concerns then acts to assure that issues are resolved. I live in [redacted] so distance can at times be problematic however, distance doesn't deter [redacted] She immediately starts to schedule a visit by maintenace to take care of whatever the issue may be. If she says, she will take care of an issue; you can trust that she will do so within a reasonable time frame. She is a great advocate for tenants and wants to insure that we are treated with dignity and respect. I live in a small property managed by Elite but [redacted] treats me like a million dollar tenant !
