If *** *** could bring me the example of the vehicle that was out of warranty and repaired, and/or the other people that are having the same problem I could use this in her case with Volkswagen. I feel those facts will greatly assist in our attempt to have this paid under the warranty

Per the Work Order on June 8, 2017, (attached), it actually has the word "restoration" crossed out and the word "removal" written inThis states we will REMOVE the feet of finished wall to access the floor/wall joint for the install, but will not replace/restore the wall.*** *** signed this Work OrderIn the same sentence about not replacing the floor we are removing for access, it was stated about the wall NOT being restored. In the minute conversation I had with the *** when they called after the install of their waterproofing, telling us we ‘had’ to replace the wall at no cost to them, *** *** confirmed she did hear me tell her about not replacing the floor, but continually said she did not hear me say we are not responsible for replacing the wall When I asked if they had someone to help them move items away from the wall (boxes, etc) for access, and ALSO to replace the wall, *** *** stated she “had a person for that”, further confirming they DID hear me state the wall would not be restoredOn said minute call, when confronted with her own statement about her “person for that”, *** *** then switched her tacticShe changed to saying now we didn't have to pay for the whole wall to be replaced, but that Dry Guys would only need to pay for half of the wall repair cost, and that this gesture would “satisfy” herThis further confirmed my suspicion they fully understood the Work Order, but were looking to get the wall replaced for free.I have the entire minute phone call recorded and available in mpformat, as my cell phone auto-records callsPlease let me know if you would like a copy of the call sent to you.Please note: I run sales calls continually and don’t want to miss any information that needs to be added to customer recordsI review phone conversations with customers and potential customers nightly, and update accordinglythis is why there is a recording appRegards, Kim G***

asked if they had someone to help them move items away from the wall (boxes, etc) for access, and someone to replace the wall, *** *** stated she had a person for that.PLEASE NOTE:On the day of the estimate, she asked about our Clipper promotionThis means if someone calls to schedule with us from Clipper Magazine, we send out a Restaurants.com voucher, complete with written instructions, including a website for limitations and restrictions on the card (attached)Please note this card is stated as a voucher, not a gift card or gift certificate.When the *** went to use the voucher, they did not follow the instructions and tried to use the card wrong at the venue they chose for dinner.They called the next morning, infuriated, due to their lack of following directions and checking the card restrictionsi apologized for the confusion SHE had and credited an additional $off her project, half the amount the voucher was worth, simply to alleviate any customer service issues, even though she did not review any terms or conditions before using it.Its seems with both our Work Order as well as with the voucher, the *** have had multiple misconceptions, yet do not accept any blame for misunderstandings they have createdBoth the Work Order and the letter attached with the Restaurants.com card had detail on what was to be doneWe feel as though this is an unjustified claimI am well aware of stating we were not going to replace the wall, and marked clearly "remove", and crossed out "restoration"This was signed by the homeowner

I have spoken with *** *** and have agreed to replace the windshield at our expenseThis issue with the windshield was not noticed on the test drive or upon delivery due to weather conditionsThe condition only shows itself in extreme direct sunlight and was most likely the reason it
was not known of before *** *** took delivery of the vehicleShe is scheduled with our service manager John L*** for February 9th to have the windshield replaced January 9th. Thank you, Frank M***General MangerTrend Motors, Ltd

We've listened to the patient's complaint and have reached out to her to find a solutionWe are willing to issue a full refund since the patient is not satisfied with the product

I have a record of [redacted] visit.  See attached.  The first attachment is her signed work order.  I have no record of a rust complaint.  This was her first visit to our dealership.  The second attachment is the technicians diagnostic sheet listing work that is needed on...

her car. (This mentions nothing about rust).  I reviewed this with Ms. [redacted] when she was here 09/13/2016.  If I had some type of documentation I could appeal this with Volkswagen.  She has contacted Volkswagen also and they are currently reviewing it.  I have also provided them with her documents.  Volkswagen pays the dealership for a rust warranty.  It is in both of our best interests to attempt to get this covered through the Volkswagen Corrosion Warranty.At this time there is nothing further that Trend Motors can for [redacted] regarding the Volkswagen Corrosion Warranty.
