An order was placed by *** *** on 5/20/*** *** provided her *** *** card to handle the payments for the magazine renewalOn 5/27/2015, we received a call from *** *** to cancel her order and asked for a refundFor some reason *** ***'s refund wasn't processed
and after receiving this complaint we looked into her account and corrected the problem and issued the refund today*** *** should see her credit within business days

We do not have a customer in our records by that name

Customers daughter called today 4/14/She advised us her mohter did not receive her refund check that was set up in FebruaryShe Also mentioned her mother was charged again and demanded a refund on that order as wellBoth orders have been cancelled and the refund check went out today in the

[redacted] was added to our Do Not Call List and order has been cancelled per customers request.

The refund did not process through the merchant account. However, the issue has been corrected and the refund should occur within 24-48 hours. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.

Ms. [redacted] is being contacted by collections because we were forced to pass her account over to a collections agency because Ms. [redacted] is 3 months behind on her payments. Ms. [redacted] placed an order on 7/23/2014. Ms. [redacted] ordered 5 different magazines for 5 years each to be sent to the...

address she provided. Ms. [redacted] agreed to pay for her order in 20 monthly payments of $47.94. As of today 1/22/2016 Ms. [redacted] has made 15 of the 20 payments leaving a balance of $239.70 or 5 monthly payments of $47.94. Ms. [redacted] has not contacted our company for any reason since her order was placed back in July of 2014. If Ms. [redacted] would like to settle her remaining balance she may do so by contacting our company or by contacting the collections agency.

Our office has contacted the customers daughter and resolved the issue. We agreed to cancel all orders under her mothers name and agreed to issue refunds back to her mothers account.

I received [redacted] voicemail & email this morning , cancelled order and mailed out refund check this morning . [redacted] has been added to our DNC list .

to the complaint filed by [redacted] ( daughter of )
 
On 9-23-2014, we contacted [redacted]
to see if she would like to extend her Readers Digest subscription. At that
time, [redacted] agreed to place an order to extend the subscription for 4yrs
agreeing to make 3 payments of $32.00 total price of $96.00. On that order we
included [redacted] magazine for 4yrs at no additional charge to
[redacted]. If this is something she does not want sent to her, all [redacted] has to do is call our customer service department and we can have
that removed, but it was included as a gift no charge to [redacted] made her first payment on 10/18/14 and did not make any additional as agreed, that why she was receiving calls to collect the balance. 
As of 5/13/15 [redacted] order has
been cancelled and I have added her number to our DNC list.
       We trust that

Customer Disputed charge with their MasterCard merchant , and was refunded on 12/5/16. Order was cancelled 12-5-16.

We have cancelled the order for $204.00 and set up a refund and also added [redacted] to our Do Not Call list.As far as the other charges in December 2013 and also May 2014 for over $200.00 each. Our company Global Readers Services has no such orders on file. Not sure if we are being confused...

with another agency but we do not have anything like that in our system for [redacted].

[redacted]'s order has been canceled since 4/21/2015.

I have never received a call or voicemail on [redacted] behave.  I  did received email on 8/25/17 (Friday) and all account were cancelled and a  full refund was mailed out this morning per email request .
