Mr. [redacted] called upset over a unauthorized charge & magazine order that his wife okayed ,  I immediately cancelled order and set up refund , Told Mr. [redacted] that order is now cancelled and that he would received refund check by mail within 7 to 14 business days and that I also added him...

to our Do Not Call List, No further contact would be made by this company , so this wouldn't happen again.

Talked with customer , ask her to please give it 4 weeks and she should start receiving her order.

We have contacted the collections company that contacted Mrs. [redacted], we asked them to issue a refund for the charge of $99.80. They agreed to issue the refund. Mr. [redacted] should see the credit within 7-10 business days.

Our office did not steal money from [redacted]'s account. An order was placed for [redacted] magazine and the payment was debited from the account. The order was later canceled and our office sent him a refund check on 7/23/2015. The check if not received already should arrive very...

Also this is the first time we are hearing about this complaint we never received anything before today around 3pm.

[redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I expect the refunds to be made ASAP as my mother is in failing health.  I have asked that checks be issued rather than crediting the credit card used for payment and was told they would see what they can do.  I am going to follow up with the company today (Wednesday March 30) to confirm that this is being taken care of.  So for now, I accept their response but will not be satisfied until the refunded charges have been received. My fear is that this company duped my mother so I am not 100% positive that she will receive the money that they promised to refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While I appreciate the cancellation of the alleged order and the
addition of my phone number to their do not call list, I would like to
again clarify that I NEVER requested ANY invoice from this company as I
was not interested in the services offered. I explicitly stated that I was happy to pay for my [redacted] subscription through [redacted] exclusively. Global Readers Services' disingenuous response to my complaint only further demonstrates practices which are unethical and it is not surprising that others have filed complaints with the Revdex.com.
