Review: spoke with Xavier Sales Consultant at Global Relocation regarding some question on my move. I called him and left a detailed voice message and I sent him and email on July 7th askingBefore you submit my deposit I have a few more questions. What is the best time to call tomorrow morning?.. Then suddenly my checking account was debited.July 8th I spoke with Xavier and asked him to refund my deposit in which he said ok. I asked him to email a confirmation. At this time I never received the confirmation. I called back again last week and this week July 20th and still no refundDesired Settlement: I want my deposit refunded

Review: I contracted with Global on 6/10/14 to move my daughters furniture to [redacted] State U in [redacted] Iowa. I went with them because I was told if they picked up the load by 7/26 it would be delivered by 8/18 or 8/19. They picked up on7/26 and to date the load has not been delivered. My husband and I drove to [redacted] to help my daughter unload for the promised 8/18 or 8/19 delivery. We also had my daughters roommate use Global and her load was picked up in [redacted] a week after ours. Her load has not been delivered either. I am sending (under separate cover) a copy of the confirmation we signed which clearly states delivery would occur 3-21 dyasafter the date of pick up (7/26) today is 8/28 and still no delivery. I have been put on hold at least 4 times for over an hour each time, with no one ever picking up. I have been promised at least 20 time I would get a call back in an hour and have never recd a call back, I have called at least 80 other times and was not able to speak to anyone. I was told last week the load was on a truck only to be told today (8/28) the load was not even on a truck yet. My daughter and her roommate need their stuff, most importantly their textbooks.Desired Settlement: I want the load delivered as soon as possible. This is the worst customer service I have ever been exposed to in my life. I put my faith in Global as this was such an important new phase in my daughters life. I was promised everything and delivered nothing.
