My name is [redacted] , I work for GloryviewWe have repeatedly try to contact [redacted] ***, she would not return our calls and now she is bad mouthing us on our facebook pageShe has not contacted us to even accept any solution we could offerThank you

I contracted with Glory Home Improvement for windows, siding and gutters on house and garage new front door, inside stone work, planter boxes, stone on front of garage and houseTheir product is fantastic, so good in fact I kept adding more and more work Wade was very helpful and courteous with all the changes I madeI understood with all the add-ons there were a few delays, but I was always kept in the loop Rather it be a distributer issue or they needed to pull a crew to finish up another job for a day or whateverThe additional add-ons had to be worked in while still working with his other customersThey finished up today and it looks FANTASTIC Saving up now to have them replace my roof

We are in the process of working with what we feel is a fair solution with this homeownerWe are in communication with her and she told me yesterday that she feels the same wayI believe she is going to be satisfied with the work we are performing [redacted]

Listen to everyone of these complaints, they are not lyingWe have been trying since sometime in May to get our windows resolved We had all new Windows installedDid not know how to install properly, several no shows, lots of lies, a big one had to be taken out and reset, still not right, can see outside thru frameThey have told us several times they would be here to fix it, still no showed Think product is seconds, not what we paid for Will never do anything else for us This company does not need to be in this business

Gloryview has not shown up to fix the issueI have "new" windows that are leaking cold air [redacted] was scheduled to be at my home today (11-18-14) I received a call from a worker stating that they will be here this weekend instead I have yet to hear from the ownerI will be calling him today in an effort to resolve this my way! We have been in touch with the homeownerWe have turn in the order for a new screen it falls under a lifetime warranty from the manufacturerOnce the screen arives we will deliver it to the homeownerWe feel this should resolve the issue

Gloryview asked for and received 80% of payment up front then did not follow through with the work contracted forAfter months we received some of the materials paid for but need to hire a contractor to actually do the work

Very poor customer serviceOrdered windows in June 2015, started install on Aug17th, not one finishedMeasurement incorrectly submitted, known of this problem on the first install Claims it will be end of Octbefore the new windows will be available for installReally ?

ordered it last AugustWhat are they going to do about the window that they said would match my others? He said he would change it when he sided my home but I don't want their business after all thisI want part of a refund

Signed a contract we gave him 60% of the contract upfront before any work was performed Than when his crew if you want to call it that showed up to do the work we paid another 25% of the contract the guys came in our house destroyed our house and didn't finish the jobSo now we are out thousands of dollars and have a destroyed house that is not finished months laterWe call and call and no answer I give up please run as far as you can from these people

We Signed a agreement to have them build a sun-room off the side of the house which consisted of removing the existing aluminum sun-room. The contract was signed on Feb 28th 2015 and work started on March 30th 2015 with removal
of sun-room before the build, the structure was tore down and concrete under it needed removed which added to the amount $1100 that wasn't in the agreement. They worked when it was dry out and stopped when the rain came which lasted 2 weeks so the project got put on the back burner. So after to weeks go by I start calling and asking if they were going to start the job back up and they said they were going to start the foundation that week after removing some more concrete and dirt said they would be there that friday, they didn't show. So I call them the next week and ask when they were going to continue the project they said we have you on the schedule this Thursday to get the foundation in, they didn't show. So I meet with them on a Monday after two no shows and wanting to know what was going on. It was a combination of other jobs taking longer and the weather is what we heard. So its said they would be there to get the foundation in that week and look at getting the structure started the next week. So then City Code enforcement wants to know where the building permit is for the activity going on, and they never pulled one, which is Standard building practice in Zanesville city limits. I called them and told them and it was said they will get one to continue the project, another week goes by no work. Where in this project 2 months after the start payment and there's no building permit and all we have is a hole in the ground and exposed walls on the side of the house. I did 3 phone calls that week and no work, so I end the contract and ask for the materials to do the project myself, which they did we scraped the first contract and wrote up a material bill of sale and ended the project with them there. Would not refer anyone to them for work.
