We are in the process of working with what we feel is a fair solution with this homeowner. We are in communication with her and she told me yesterday that she feels the same way. I believe she is going to be satisfied with the work we are performing.

Listen to everyone of these complaints, they are not lying. We have been trying since sometime in May to get our windows resolved. We had all new Windows installed. Did not know how to install properly, several no shows, lots of lies, a big one had to be taken out and reset, still not right, can see outside thru frame. They have told us several times they would be here to fix it, still no showed. Think product is seconds, not what we paid for. Will never do anything else for us. This company does not need to be in this business.

Run don't walk away from this company and the people that run it. It has taken a year to resolve our window issues. It's like they have a revolving door of people working for them. They haven't a clue. It's been a nightmare. Paid much to much money but just wanted rid of them. BEWARE !!!

My name is [redacted], I work for Gloryview. We have repeatedly try to contact [redacted], she would not return our calls and now she is bad mouthing us on our facebook page. She has not contacted us to even accept any solution we could offer. Thank you.

We have been in touch with the homeowner. We have turn in the order for a new screen it falls under a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Once the screen arives we will deliver it to the homeowner. We feel this should resolve the issue.

I contracted with Glory Home Improvement for 20 windows, siding and gutters on house and garage new front door, inside stone work, 2 planter boxes, stone on front of garage and house. Their product is fantastic, so good in fact I kept adding more and more work. Wade was very helpful and courteous with all the changes I made. I understood with all the add-ons there were a few delays, but I was always kept in the loop. Rather it be a distributer issue or they needed to pull a crew to finish up another job for a day or whatever. The additional add-ons had to be worked in while still working with his other customers. They finished up today and it looks FANTASTIC. Saving up now to have them replace my roof.

Gloryview has not shown up to fix the...

issue. I have 19 "new" windows that are leaking cold air. [redacted] was scheduled to be at my home today (11-18-14).  I received a call from a worker stating that they will be here this weekend instead.  I have yet to hear from the owner. I will be calling him today in an effort to resolve this my way!

Gloryview asked for and received 80% of payment up front then did not follow through with the work contracted for. After 5 months we received some of the materials paid for but need to hire a contractor to actually do the work.

We are currently working with Mrs. [redacted] on a resolution. We have a representative from the window manufacturer going to meet with her to check on the status of her windows.
