I bought the keto product it said 6 bottes 33$ each. When I received the bille it was transfered To 5 bottles instead of 6 and américaine money instead of canadienne. This was bought july 11 2019 and product never received.

We are very sorry that the currency was not clear to ***. All of our prices and advertisements are in US dollars. We do offer a 6 bottle bundle but we can see that *** selected our 5 bottle bundle. We sincerely value her feedback and we will continue to work with our marketing team to improve the shopping experience for our customers.
*** order was shipped with DHL eCommerce on July 14, 2019 (tracking number: E9BYK0EQH77KVVK8DE06CG383). We are very sorry to hear that she did not receive her order. The last update provided by DHL shows it reached Canada on July 23rd, 2019 and, depending on the local courier, it can may up to 2 weeks to be delivered from this date. That being said, we processed a full refund on ***’s account on August 5th, 2019 (Refund Transaction ID: ***). This can take up to 5 business days to be reflected in her account.
Again we would like to express our sincere apologies to *** for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that we have been able to resolve this matter to her satisfaction. We always strive to go the extra mile and ensure our customers have a positive experience.

This company billed my credit card on June 29 2019 for $260.70, $78.41 and $2.48. When I spoke to them on July 8 they said it was too late to stop the order because it had been shipped. They lied. When I called them again today, they said Canada Post had delivered it July 24 and they had fulfilled their obligation. They said it was not my problem.

I cannot return something I do not have and they do not care but they have been paid. This is a reprehensible company and from what I read it is not the first time.

***’s order was shipped on July 2nd, 2019 (DHL eCommerce tracking number: ***) and when she contacted us to cancel her order on July 8th, 2019, we were unable to process her request as the order had already shipped. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upon checking the tracking information provided by DHL, it shows that the package was delivered on July 24th. *** contacted us explained that she did not receive her order. We regret to hear she was unable to return her order back to us to qualify for the guarantee. That being said, we understand that packages are lost after delivery and we can confirm that a full refund was processed on July 30th, 2019 (Refund Transaction ID: *** and ***). This may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in her account.

Wanted to order ketopure online. They said I would get one bottle for $29.95 and one free. When I put my credit card in they charge me $199. I tried to phone them and stop the order but they said it was too late. They said I would have to wait until I got product to send it back. Tried to get an answer by phone866-327-4431 on where to send back. They would not tell me where to send it back. Need to get another email with that info. No emails come other than the standard they are looking into this.

We are very sorry for the confusion caused by our advertisement. The price that *** has referred to is the per bottle price on our best selling bundle. We will continue to work with our marketing team to provide a better shopping experience for our customers.
When *** contacted us, we were unable to cancel her order, as it was being prepared to be shipped. Our fulfillment center has scheduled times for when orders are to be processed and we can confirm that ***’s order was placed right before the daily shipments are to be boxed and shipped. Once an order is in processing our customer service team are unable to cancel the order. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Unfortunately, when *** called us to organise the return, we were experiencing some technical difficulties and our customer service representative was unable to issue an RMA. We suggested she contact us via email so we could issue the RMA once our technical difficulties had been resolved.
That being said, we processed a full refund on her account on July 10th, 2019 (Refund Transaction ID: 1c052662b9f936d0). The refund can take up to 5 business days to be reflected in ***’s account.

False Advertising
I answered an ad for a free sample bottle of Keto Ultra pills; shipping was $3.95.
After I completed the forms and submitted my credit card information I received a confirmation email and waa charges $199.99 US dollars, that's $272 Canadian dollars.
I contacted the company and they indicated that they did not offer free sample bottles, which was clearly advertised as such and they refused to refund my purchase!!!

This company offered a free sample of keto ultra diet pill, just pay $1.95 shipping. This is what I paid for. They charged me $200. I contacted the seller, they refused to cancel my order or give me a refund. I spoke to the supervisor and she promised me that they would email me how to return item for refund. She never sent me the email. I have emailed them several times, but no reply. I have not even received the product. Many people have been scammed by this company. Another lady told me it has been a month of fighting to get her $200 back with no luc

The ad said buy one bottle for $29.95 get one free and free shipping. After I put in my credit card number and checked out the total charged to my card was $199.99. It was for 5 bottles not 1. I called customer service to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel because it had be sent to shipping. I was told I could when I received the order I could return it for a refund but I have to pay shipping to return it. I think this is false advertise meant and fraud
