Supplier would not honor printed warranty.
The product purchased did not work. When the business was contacted they refused to give a refund and instead offered a 35% refund. When I told them no, I was told it was already done. I asked to let me speak to your manager, they refused.
I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They refunded the balance of the order. Two days later, I get notification that another shipment was on the way. Again, no help from the business until my...
