In fact when they called the Company's ID was not displayed on caller ID and the number they called from had been reported in the past for robo calls. We just reached out to the managers at All About Pets Incto clarify and rectify the situation but they didnt share any information as to exactly whom at our company was contacting themWe have checked our phone and email records and do not see anything that would be considered harassment
We do not use robo calls for marketing purposesWe have added their phone number and email to our master do not contact list

I reached out to the complainant to assure we remove the business from all of our marketing efforts, he was argumentative and non-cooperative for no reasonHe was never a customer of ours and is lumping us in with every other solicitation they get

Someone called us in response to our Revdex.com complaint, claiming to be from Go Accredited. Number they used was possibly spoofed. It did not identify the business. Caller asked us to provide names of employees, but that is impossible as they use fake names or refused to disclose names when calling previously. Requested to be removed from all calling lists last year, as well as many times before that. Any and all future communications from Go Accredited or its affiliated holdings will immediately be turned over to law enforcement, FCC, and Attorney General.
