Review: We receive multiple daily robo-calls from unlisted phone numbers. When picked up, a pre-recorded message offers business funding. We have repeatedly selected to be removed from the call list in addition to being listed on the national do-not-call list. Beyond the fact that robotic solicitations are illegal (especially for interstate commerce), this is harassment. I get the same voice message over and over again from "[redacted]" who wants to offer me business funding. When I opt to be put through to a real agent, they promptly hang up the phone after I ask to be removed from the list. This sales tactic is unethical and downright rude.Desired Settlement: Stop calling this shop. Furthermore, stop sending out robot calls. There are multiple Revdex.com complaints listed here along with what I can only imagine are hundreds of annoyed people who get blocked calls from imaginary telemarketers only to be hung up on while they try to do business.

Review: I have received numerous calls over the last year offering "card services and business loans" and I am approved and all this non sense. I have told them MORE THAN 10 times to stop calling me. I have also pressed the appropriate buttons when answering the auto dial-er call, which is illegal in the state of [redacted] where my phone is registered.

325E.27 USE OF PRERECORDED OR SYNTHESIZED VOICE MESSAGES.

(a) A caller shall not use or connect to a telephone line an automatic dialing-announcing device unless: (1) the subscriber has knowingly or voluntarily requested, consented to, permitted, or authorized receipt of the message; or (2) the message is immediately preceded by a live operator who obtains the subscriber's consent before the message is delivered.

They are in CLEAR VIOLATION of [redacted] STATE LAW!

After finally speaking to a few reps to remove my number, I spoke to a rep TODAY 6/*/15 at 10:44am

I asked for the company name he stated: [redacted].

I asked for the address of this company and he said [redacted]

I asked for the phone number for the company to make a Revdex.com complaint and he stated: QUOTE

"You must be [redacted] rded if you think our company is called [redacted].

And the represented hung up on me.

Here is the list of calls last week alone:

I do not have "free minutes" so now this company is incurring charges on my phone, time of taking the calls, and also the possibility of losing my job for taking these continued phone calls on my production floor.Desired Settlement: Payment for the lost time, minutes on my phone, and damages for continued phone calls, harrasment and vulgar language over the phone and breaking the ** STATE LAW.

I will bring this to the attorney general and sue. There has to be some hungry attorney that would love to sue this place for their terrible errors and tactics.

Review: My phone number is on the do not call list, and I've asked this company to stop calling me 3 different times now. They keep calling from new phone numbers trying to sell some small business loan. When I ask to speak to a [redacted], I get hung up on. I've filed donocall complaints and will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general. How the hell do these people get an A- rating?? There are TONS of complaints online about their illegal spam phone calls.Desired Settlement: A formal apology from each employee who hung up or spoke rudely to me, then never contact me again. Crooks!

Review: This company has called our telephone number over 20 times in one day for 4 days. We pressed 2 in order to opt out of being called and the company consistently called. I looked up the company, called them requested them to stop calling, and they hung up on me. I then called them back, they took my number and hung up on me again. The auto-dialing system that they have has more than 10 numbers calling into us. I want this stopped ASAP. Review: This business has called our clinic at least 10 times a week for over a year. The individual that they are trying to contact is not associated with our company. Review: applied for merchant loan with them,They advertise themselfes like this: we need from you 4 month of bank statements and 6 weeks of your CC merchant companu statements and it was supos to take 5-10 days.I had 2 (two) credit card merchant accounts,one was i[redacted] and the other one is merchant solutions,after 4 weeks of getting them entire paperwork on my business,way more that they said they need, I was told that I had to cansell my credit card merchant contract with the company that I was with.Ok,I did it. Week after that [redacted] told me that they are giving me money but I must sign up with their credit card processing company,I was aware of tricks like that but needed money and they were using it very well to make me do what they need you to. I did sign up with their company and started using their processing service for about 2 weeks,want to mention that I was not given even one cent of that loan yet :)) after 2 weeks I noticed that my money are not coming to my bank account,it lead to my account go negative,everyone disapeared and did not want to talk to me for a week.After week of trying to find the trues I told the that I will complain and they started doing something....I had over $100 overdraft fees and a lots of stress. Then [redacted] told me that this company isnt good and she never liked to work with them and she want to find a different company for me....I said no,how about my overdraft fees? She said forget it,we are talking about $20.000 dollars to loan and you are mentioning some hundred or coupl of hundred dollars. What kind of bussiness practic is that??? She does smoke when she is talking to her customers on the phone,yelling and intarapting if conversation is not going in the direction that she wants. Another unic one [redacted],cant explain the detailes of their work....Just reading whats on the paper,they are talking to each other,making comments about you while you are on the phone with them....It is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did right review on [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] called me the next day and called me an [redacted] I have done so much for you and looke what you are doing on internet....... This complaint has no merit as we were extremely diligent in responding to this individual, He was upset because we were unable to fund him

because of issues on his side. Not only did we have our representative repeatedly reach out to him to assist with his issues, but I personally responded

as he bashed our company on YELP and Facebook. To the point where I had to block him on facebook. We even shared that we would reimburse him

some monies he claimed were owed from him switching his processing which didnt have anything to do with us, but because he needed to do this

in order to pre-qualify to get funded we were willing to take on that cost as we believe in customer satisfaction. He made a point to share with myself and

our Rep that he was going to post that people shouldnt do business with us, this gentlemen was handled with the expediency and professionalism that we

treat all of our clients, we can not make a bank approve him and we always go out of our way to help our clients as that is how we are compensated.

Unfortunately this client did not want to communicate properly with us and is blaming us for his business inadequacy. Sorry that there was even a complaint

Go Accredited did not refuse to fund me, I even had over the phone INTERVIEW with an officer name which I can find :) and was approved to fund me the next day but my funds were frozen by the credit card company processing that I WAS PUSHED TO SIGN with by Go Accredit workers names of them I stated in my complaint ( they said all of my paper work was up to date and passed their checking and approved, and now, in order to receive $$$ you need to switch from you credit card company to ours. I stopped the process because I could not receive my money that I earned that I charged my clients ....I did not want to continue to go deeper into the mess that they created.... They were holding my $$$$$$$ for 2 weeks,my bank account was negative, I paid $150 out of my packet to cover charges and when I told [redacted] she told me that I will have to solve that on my own!!!! Nobody ever called me to even try to resolve the situation, every time I called them I was told:Please hold.........or please give us your phone number and someone will call you back...and it could be forever till I stopped calling and file Revdex.com. I have lost $2000 because I could not operate while my account was frozen. Thank you

Review: This company illegally uses Robo Calls to constantly call my cell phone. Various numbers come up, so I don't know if this is a client call or not, so I answer. When I answer I am told my company is eligible for $250,000 in funding and to press 1 to talk to someone or 2 to be removed from the call list. I have tried everything including pressing 2, speaking to a representative and politely asking them to stop calling, writing to them on their web site, and am now considering legal action against the [redacted], [redacted]. Their calls are totally illegal according to the TCPA and they refuse to stop calling. Some days I get upwards of ten calls. They call at all times including nights and weekends. I am surprised that there are only four registered complaints because there are blogs all over the internet about this company. I also can't believe the Revdex.com rates them at A-. They should be rated at F and should be out of business. They are subject to a fine of $1500 per illegal call and they should be fined. I have complained to the Do Not Call list as well, but not surprisingly, they have not responded. Please rate this company F and maybe they will go out of business, which is where they should be.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me. I am considering a financial lawsuit asking for damages in excess of $75,000. This would get the suit to circuit court in Maryland and this companies lawyers would have to act in Maryland. This is because they contacted me in Maryland and have hence, attempted to do business here. I also request that they inform me of who their Robo Caller Company is, so that I can pursue legal action against them as well. I would accept a financial settlement of $50,000, which just about covers the call they have made to me this month alone at $1500 per call.

Review: Receiving automated phone calls daily. I have tried multiple times to remove my phone number from their call list and every time they just call back with a different number. I tried speaking with a representative and asked them to remove me from their list and I was promptly hung-up on. These calls interfere with my schooling and work hours.Desired Settlement: This business needs to stop their method of sales calls. If someone requests to be removed from the company call list, their number should be removed from ALL call lists, not just put on a different one. Every number I have been called from has terrible reviews online and not a single one was from a company phone number, they are different phone numbers ENTIRELY, making blocking the number impossible. None of the phone numbers are even from the same area code.
