Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/03/24) */
Go Auto Outlet has been working closely with Mr. [redacted] since September 26th, 2014 when he made his first online inquiry stating his interest in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. On October 1st , 2014 [redacted] contacted us to cancel his...

application as a he had a family emergency and he had to fly back east. He asked to be contacted in the spring. In March 2015, we followed up with [redacted] as per his request to be contacted in spring and he notified us that he will be in the market in September. We contacted [redacted] in September in which he told us he has some debt to pay off and that his insurance expires in January. He asked us to follow up with him in January. On October 17th 2015, we received a call from [redacted] saying that he is back in the market. We completed a credit application with [redacted] and then we were told he changed his mind and would like to purchase in January. We contacted him on January 11th in which [redacted] once again told us that he isn't ready to buy. He asked us to follow up again with him in October. On March 2nd, 2016 [redacted] contacted our dealership looking to finance a vehicle. He completed a credit application and requested we put a hold on a [redacted]. As we are unable to "hold" vehicle without a deposit, [redacted] sent a 100 deposit via [redacted]. On March 5th, [redacted] contacted us online for our fax number to fax over info needed for his approval. On March 9th, [redacted] sent an additional $400. On March 11th, [redacted] again submitted an online inquiry with our company informing us that he is now interested in our 09 [redacted]. On March 14th, [redacted] contacted the dealership and informed the finance manager that his boss suggested because the economy is bad he should be looking for vehicles under $6,000. On March 14th our data base has detailed notes stating that we have been in active contact with the guest for the past couple of weeks and are actively looking to find him the right vehicle. On March 16th, we again spoke with [redacted] and he notified us that he will be coming to our dealership on March 30th. On March 22nd [redacted] text his rep expressing interest in a [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and several other automatic vehicles that would work for him. Go Auto Outlet DOES NOT keep deposits. We would be more than happy to refund his deposit once he notifies us that he no longer wishes to proceed and to close his file. To suggest that we will not return his deposit is a FALSE statement. [redacted] has left us with the understanding that he will be here on March 30th to purchase a vehicle.

We are currently picking up the customers vehicle from her work and leaving a no charge loaner. We will verify the concern, then correct it. We will discuss next steps with the customer at that time.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/01/07) */
Hello,
Thank you for taking your time to bring this issue to our attention. We have forwarded your concerns to our service manager which has contacted you directly. We apologize for the miscommunication but would like to assure you...

that we are appealing warranty's decision to not cover the previously approved components. Please note the $1500 charge is a "worst case scenario" and as discussed the solution may be as simple as changing a gasket which has a cost of $150. The dealership has agreed to cover the cost of the gasket. The gasket repair will verify if any further components require replacement. We will be keeping in close contact with you and updating you on the status. We have ordered the part. Once the part arrives, we will contact you to bring in the vehicle for repair and we will supply you with a loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in service.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: When we purchased the car we spoke with go auto about all tires losing pressure, the did address our concerns on the one tire. We called a couple weeks later and they told us to bring it in so they can have another look, at that point the so called specialist said there is nothing they can do. after months of phone calls and no resolution I gave up, now the tire has come off the rim [redacted] when I called after that they gave me some story on how cold air effects tires but they can sell me a set! I'm not having a company that couldn't do the job right the first time take a chance on screwing iy up again [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]
