I ordered my product from this company 4/05/2019 and after multiple attempts to reach out to them, they have continued to delay.
I ordered a product from this company over a year ago. I was told originally that the product would be delivered within 1 month, which is why I purchased. Each consecutive months that I didn't receive the product, I emailed their customer support and was assured that the product would come the following month. After many excuses and finally blaming it on coronavirus, I am contacting the Revdex.com to try and help me solve my issue. Desired outcome would be either a full refund or a time frame for delivery date of my product.

Desired Outcome

I would like either a full refund, or my wallet to be delivered as soon as possible with a guarantee from the company of a delivery date or time frame for delivery.

Your wallet has been manufactured and ready for shipping as the prices of shipping has gone up 4 times than the regular we have stopped shipping for a limited time. Soon, is not a time frame. Nowhere on the website was there any mention of my purchase being a pre-order, and it actually said that I would have it by the end of that month, about a year and a half ago. Your company has been saying that I will have my wallet soon for over 14 months now, and I'm sick of it. Give me my money back.

The company (Gocashew.com) took my money and has not deliver my order.
I am writing to you to express my disappointment about unfulfilled order. It began on December 16, 2018 that's when I made the purchased of the Cashew (smart) Wallet. Unfortunately, I have not received my order yet. Can't you believe that? They took my money and now is June 18, 2020 they still haven't deliver my order.

I have been given the runaround as to when my order will be delivered. Nobody from your company seems to know the answer to this big problem. I emailed their customer service, CEO and VP of Sales to get some answer. They can't seems give me a straight answer when I will get my wallet.

They kept giving me some scandalous and unscrupulous excuses through email corresponding. To me that is considered FRAUD/THEFT. I believe to took thousands of dollars from uninformed customers and never deliver.

I had demanded a refund and cancel my order but they just disregarded my request. This is unacceptable business practice and I considered it as fraudulent activities.

Their business resolution is just another tactic to avoid or refuse to deliver what was ordered. It is way past due now. Like I said before no more excuses. I have been expecting my wallet since Dec. 16, 2018. So why are they keep stalling? I am extremely *** and disappointed that such fraudulent business continue to operate under false pretense. I believe there are literally hundreds and even thousandth of customers out there in the same boat as me. Loosing our money without ever getting it back.
Government agency/authority should look into this business practices. Conduct an investigation to find out what they have done with people's money they've took. I'm surprise such fraudulent business like this still operating under false pretense. They have no moral, integrity and sense of human decency. It's mind boggling how they can go on in life knowing they took people's money without remorse and keep making excuses not to deliver

Ordered the wallet on 24th July 2018 and even after repeated followups the wallet is not delivered
I have previosuly done a complaint on your portal under Revdex.com Case # XXXXXX however it was closed unresolved. I had ordered the wallet from their website on 24th July 2018 under order no XXXXXXXXX however I havent received the wallet till date. My issues are similar to the once already posted by several people here where the company has made fake promises on the deivery of the wallet and always postponed it due to different reasons each month. I have sent them emails for which I havent recieved any response , all I need is my wallet to be shipped to me. I have waited for 2 long years however I think its time they fulfil their promise and send me the wallet and share the shipping details with me at the earliest

I have waited for 2 years and sure you can bear that extra shipping as a compensation to make your customer wait for such a long time. Request you to kindly bear this at your end and ship the wallet and send me the tracking details so that I can end this trauma that I am going through of following up with you since June 2018

Ordered their Wallet on 12/15. 4 weeks later I was assured of delivery by mid February. Asked for a refund on 2/20. I was told be patient instead.
I purchased their Smart Wallet as a Christmas gift on December 15th, and immediately became concerned because I had received no confirmation email of any kind nor a way to track delivery of my purchase.
On January 11th, I emailed them that I was approaching a month wait time. At this time, they apologized and assured me that I would receive my wallet no later than mid February.
On Valentine's day I contacted them again and demanded that they give me a more concrete delivery estimate. At this stage they decided to inform me that they couldn't do that due to the Coronavirus scare in China. So at this point I asked them on February 20th to simply issue a refund and be done with it. Instead of agreeing to issue a refund, per my request, they emailed me back and said that I had already waited this long and that if I just waited some more I wouldn't be disappointed. They simply ignored the solution that I requested.

Desired Outcome

I simply want the refund of my purchase price, and an apology for their terrible customer service.

Every time I demand delivery of my product, they tell me that they are "almost" ready to ship it. I've clearly requested a refund, and that request has not even been acknowledged, much less honored.

Still unable or unwilling to acknowledge my refund request. This is pathetic and ridiculous. No product is worth this!

The seller assured me that I would receive my order within a month. But after three and a half months, my order was not even sent.
In early October 2019, I ordered a Cashew Smart Wallet for $149 on the official website. The seller promised me that my order will be delivered within 20 days. A month later, I did not receive my purchase, nor even a tracking number for the parcel. The support team told me that due to the production delay, the shipment has taken some extra time, but I will certainly receive my purchase by the first week of December. I email them again on December 3 and received a reply that my order would be shipped within the third week of December. In total, I have contacted their support team 8 times in the past three and a half months, and so far my order has not been sent. My last email asking for my money back was ignored.

I no longer trust this company and want a full refund.

Our manufacturing and logistics partners in China are on holidays from Jan 17th to Feb 3rd due to Chinese New Year, we will resume the shipping activities once they are back from the holidays. Order their product back in August of 2018, kept getting emails that we would get delivery in three week all through the rest of 2018 & 2019. undeliv.
We placed an order with Revol for a Cashew Smart Wallet in August of 2018. They took the money out of our account for payment and since then we have been promised the product in three more weeks in every month in 2019. I emailed them first of January 2020 and I emailed *** and *** separately and believe it or not they came back with two separate emails stating one would be delivered the third week of January 2020 and the other email said they would have delivery the third week of February 2020. Seems a little strange to me. I want to cancel my order at this point and they don't give me an option to do so and the only way you can communicate with them is by email. Cannot speak to anyone over the phone.

Desired Outcome

At this point the best solution to this problem is to get a full refund. I do not want to wait any longer for delivery since we don't even know if there will be a delivery. It seems like other complaints I read about are the exact same problem. Seems like they are taking the money from customers and never delivering.

They have been leading me on for a long time with the same response and have never yet delivered. I don't know why I should believe anything from them this time.

Product ordered in April 2019 and still have not received product.
I purchased a smart wallet (order #XXXXXXXXX) back in April. I have contacted the company by email 11 times now, once or twice a month, asking about shipping information and everytime they give me an answer stating my wallet will be shipped out the following month. I've finally had enough and have asked for a refund but I keep getting blown off.

This is the same response I've received from them multiple times over the last few months. Every time I get "just a couple more weeks". When I purchased the product there was no mention of pre-order. The website said orders shipping out in May. It's now December and my "pre-order" just now went into production? C'mon.

As we have cleared all the hurdles and ready for shipping we have Corona virus which have halted the process for a while as the operations are going to take place by next week. We will update you with the tracking number as soon as the wallet is out for shipping.

Purchased a Cashew Wallet in Feb 2019 with expected delivery in April. Product never shipped or delivered.
I purchased the Cashew Wallet by Revol on/about Feb. 8 for *** I received an email to confirm my address for shipping the Cashew Wallet will be shipping in April. I confirmed my contact information and address. My order number is #***.

On Feb. 20, based on reviews on Revdex.com, I requested to have my purchase cancelled and money refunded. On Feb. 21, I received an email that stated: "You are an important customer for us. Production has been done and it will be difficult for us to cancel your order. Please bear with us and we assure delivery in the 1st week of April without fail. We assure that you would be 100% satisfied with the wallet you will receive."

On April 4, I sent another email to Revol stating: "Hello, it is the 1st week of April and you assured the wallet would be delivered this week. Please update." On April 6, Revol replied: "As mentioned earlier we are on track to start shipping in April. Based on your order number, Cashew Smart Wallet will be shipped to you in the 4th week of April. We will send you the tracking number as soon as it is shipped."

On May 6, I sent an email to Revol informed Revol that:
Per our previous communications:
Revol claimed the item would ship on/about 1st week of April "without fail." Revol failed to deliver the product.
In another correspondence, Revol claimed, based on my order number, the product will ship the 4th week of April. It is now May. Revol failed to deliver the product.
At each correspondence, I have requested to cancel my order and receive refund, but Revol refuses to do so."

I have also considered legal action against Revol.

Revol has not returned messages since May. In reading Revol's explanation to other Revdex.com complainants that "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please know that your pre-order has already been moved into production and we are anticipating to deliver the product to you in the next couple of weeks. You have waited this long and it is matter of just few more weeks. I urge you to wait as i'm sure you will find the wallets worth the wait." I received the exact same message in February.

This is a fraudulent company that takes people's money with no interest in delivering the product or refunding money. This company is a scam.

You have claimed that you are unable to provide a refund because my pre-order "has moved into production." This is an unacceptable excuse.

1. Production doesn't take a year.
2. If the customer wants a refund, the customer should be entitled to a refund. This is not a one-of-a-kind product that is personalized or can't otherwise be resold.

I do NOT want to wait a few more weeks. I have requested a refund, and I believe I'm entitled to one. There are Consumer Laws in the U.S. I'm very interested in taking this to court (if necessary) and have a judge compel Revol to open its accounting and financial books for Discovery procedures.

On January 6, you wrote that I should expect a delivery the "4th week of December." Is that December 2019 or December 2020. It's past the "4th week of December, so the fact that you "assure" me delivery is just another excuse and lie from your company.

Again, Revol gives no reason as to why I can't simply receive a refund.

Placed an order on 10/26/2018, promised delivery was end of October 2018. I have been mailing them once a month, all I get is false promises.

It has been more than a year since I ordered this. It wasn't a pre-order, it was an order, no where in the website it was mentioned that the product isn't ready. The product which was promised to be delivered on November 5th 2018, is still under production? You should have mentioned about this in your website clearly, if I had known it would take more than few weeks, I wouldn't have ordered this, forget about waiting for more than a year. Even now, your site mentions shipping date to be End of September 2019.

I have waited enough and out of patience now. Your response is no different than the response I have received all this while. Just false promises, only thing that has been changing is the promised delivery date. And now, you have stopped replying as well. Please give me my refund.

I don't believe this person, nor the company. This company is a fraud, looting people. Nothing but a scam. In their website nowhere they have mentioned that it will take 2 years for the product to ship. I have waited enough, been following up for around 2 years, I want a refund. They mentioned December 2019 they will send the tracking number, which obviously they did not. I am not sure why their license is still intact. They should close down if they don't have enough resources rather than taking new orders and scamming more people.

The cashew wallet was ordered on 24th of July 2018 and since than I have been following with the company on facebook and on emails , everytime they promise to deliver it on a certain date they postpone it by another month or two around that sate stating issues with manufacturing or change in management , I have been extremely patient all this while as I was looking forward to the product , when requested a refund they said we wont refund it and if you want go and complaint , all I am interested is getting the wallet and hence I have been following for the same. There are thousands of people who are victims of the same issues , the company invests in paids ads on google and facebook rven when they dont have the stock to fulfil the client requirements.
I am not sure if they genuinely have an issue or this is a scam by which they are taking the customers money and sitting on it. We as buyers are helpless where they harass you for a refund and dont even deliver the product after taking the money.
Their online portal to take payments should be blocked until they resolve the deivery issues which will help other people from falling in their trap. Hope the relevant authorities intervene from thos scam

They promised to ship the wallet in december however they have delayed it and promised to deliver it mid Jan . I am waiting for them to ship the wallet as promised. Its been more than a year and a half since the order was placed

I bought the product(Gocashew Smart Wallet) from the companies website last year and they didn't ship till now or atleast refund my money.
This company sells only one product that is "GoCashew Fingerprint Smart Wallet" and I bought the product from their website on Sept 14, 2018 for *** They said that the product will be shipping in a month or two. From then I have been contacting them every month and they keep postponing the dates. I asked for a refund and they said that it is not possible. Now they are not even replying to my mails and this seems like a fraud. Please help me so that they alteast refund my money. I ordered my smart wallet from them ONE year ago, and they have yet to send it to me despite multiple complaints.
I purchased two Cashew Smart Wallets from them on 10/19/2018 for a total of $198.00 (Order #***). I was initially told that the product would be delivered by third week of December 2018. When it did not come, I wrote to them and they then told me it would come 2nd week of March. Seven days later they assured me of delivery by 4th week of March 2019. When I pressed them for an explanation as to why they did not send it by the original ship date, they stated that they chose to get feedback from their first customers and make product fixes after which they would "move forward to mass manufacturing in the first week of March" and "We are positive to start delivering the new version by the First week of April." When I complained in May that I had not received it, they stated on 5/6/2019 that, "It will be on your way by the end of this month." In June I wrote back that it had not arrived at which time they stated they would ship it by 3rd week of June 2019. I specifically at this point requested a refund and cancellation of my order, but they ignored this and continued to insist they would ship it by 2nd week of July. It still had not come by September 2019, so I again demanded a refund. They wrote back saying that the wallet would be shipped "in this month" (September). It is now October 17, 2019, and still have not received either of the wallets I paid for nor have I received a refund that I demanded.

Business has been making similar claims for the last one year. I have no reason to believe that this claim is any different from the previous ones. based on my experience with this company, I can assume that if there is any problem with the product going forward, it is unlikely I will get timely support. I no longer have any interest in the product which I was supposed to receive one year ago. I insist on receiving a refund and no longer have any confidence in this company.

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the fact the produce is currently being manufactured you need to understand my position/frustration. Your response that the wallet will be shipped first week of November is a reoccurring theme, so I ask you this. What if the wallet is not shipped by the first week of November, will I receive a refund in November?

My apologies but this case was moved to the closed status and it is not closed. The company(Revol) said they would issue a refund if my wallet was not shipped the first week of November. Can you kindly reopen the case as I have not received my wallet or refund.

I ordered their wallet in May 2018 and have a chain of emails with reasons on why it can't be shipped yet.
I bought a Cashew Smart Wallet - Black back on May 18, 2019. I didn't get a shipment date so I emailed them to confirm the shipping date. First email back was they were flooded with orders and it has led to delays. Expect the wallet to be shipped the 3rd week of June.

I email them again on June 20 and on June 20 was told the item would be shipped shortly and that I would receive a tracking number. A week later and nothing so I email them and was told on June 28 they hit some roadblocks and couldn't ship the wallet until the 3rd week in August now.

Same process, I waited until then and emailed them on Aug 19. Their response on August 20 was they had some company changes and would for sure have the wallet ready and shipped by September 7.

I checked with them on September 10 and said I wanted the wallet sent or a refund issued. That email was ignored. I again emailed on September 13 re-iterating that I want the wallet sent or a refund and was once again ignored.

That is not acceptable. I have asked for a refund several times because they continually make excuses for why the wallet hasn't been sent yet. I was told in August it would be here by September 7th so how is it now that it is just getting sent to manufacturing to be sent by November.. Stop with the excuses and reasons for why the wallet won't get shipped and issue a refund.

I ordered a cashew smart wallet from Revol in December 2018. Here we are in June 2019 and I have yet to receive my product.
I ordered my cashew smart wallet as a gift on December 7, 2018. My order number is ***. I sent my first email to Revol on December 12, 2018 in order to receive an update in terms of when my order would be delivered in time for Christmas. I received a response on December 13, 2018 stating that due to the Chinese New Year that the ETA for the wallet would be in February. I sent another email in January to make sure that the wallet was still on track for a February delivery and I received confirmation that it was. After not receiving the email in February, I sent an email on March 19, 2019 and received a response on March 27, stating that I should receive the wallet by the end of April. On the 27th of March, I responded back to the email asking if I could receive a guaranteed delivery date with no response. On May 13, 2019 I sent an email to Revol requesting a full refund stating that I have been waiting to receive this wallet since February and it is now May and I still do not have the product. On May 28th, I sent another email in order to ask for an update on the status of the cancellation and refund of this order. I received the following response on May 30, 2019: We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you ordered with us. Due to delay in sourcing raw materials and other improvisation processes in manufacturing, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number of unexpected orders and all this has led to this delay. We will be able to ship your order by 3rd week of June without any further delays. I again responded stating that I would no longer like the product and instead would like a refund. I also informed the company that I would be submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com as it should not take a company 6 months to deliver a product that was order in December 2018.

Once again, I am recieving another estimated delivery date for a product that in the last email I received stated that I should have the product by the end of June. As mentioned above, I would have to wait a few more weeks for a product that I have been waiting for since I purchased it in December. I understand that this is a start-up company, but do not provide consumers with estimated product delivery dates if 1. You can not guarantee the product 2. The delivery date and lastly 3. Provide accurate product updates.

I am re-opening or responding back to this case as it now September, and I still have yet to receive the product that I ordered almost a year ago.

Ordered product early February. Continual delays and no response from manufacturer.
I ordered this wallet 2/2/19 with a listed delivery date on the webpage as early March. I contacted them when I noticed they changed shipping dates to late march on their webpage(2/20/19). In about 24 hours they replied...

To give you some context, we shipped all our initial backers and decided to first take feedback. There were mechanical and firmware issues that needed to be fixed and we took a few months to ensure we deliver what we promised. I would like a refund. I had faith in this product and its capabilities, but if the product breaks in one year, I doubt this company will be around much longer to provide warranty service. I would much rather have my money back than a product from a company I have lost faith in.
