The company breached their promise to deliver the product indicated when I ordered the wallet. When I asked for my refund they refused.
I've ordered cashew's wallet in june 2018 and I haven't received the wallet as promised in August. I've written the company via email asking why I've not received my wallet and want a refund. Their answer was they're fixing the problem of the wallet and you'll receive the wallet in the end of September. In October, I wrote them again because I haven't received the wallet. I asked for a refund. They refused the refund by listing out the dates of production of the wallet and will receive a tracking number in November. I've never received a tracking number. I wrote back regarding another broken promise. They responsded with another problem they were experiencing and will receive my wallet in February. I wrote back asking for my refund. I have been patient, I told they and it is only fair to refund my money. Revol Inc never responsded back.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we ran into a lot of production issues mainly with sourcing quality components. We had to re-do the manufacturing cycle a few times now. That said, we are scheduled to deliver by the end of January/early feb for all the pending orders with us. You had waited for so long and I recommend that you wait for another month or so. I'm pretty sure once you receive the wallet, this will all be worth the wait. Please let me know what you think.

I do appreciate your response, I cannot accept it. I have asked for my refund numerous times because the company has breached their promise. This is a complete disrespect to a unhappy customer. It'll do a great deal to fulfill my request and provide my refund. Refund. Refund. Who's to say that I'll get the product in January or February 2019. Promises keeps happening and I'm still the victim in not getting my money back. The purchase was made on June 7, 2018.

Company refuses to refund money despite not shipping the product
Product purchased in January 2018. Expected delivery date was stated as May. Since then, company continues to maintain production issues and interference with holidays and vacations in their timeline of promised delivery. Delivery has been promised at least four times now. After the latest wait of three weeks I was promised a delivery date in December and I'm now being told of more delays and of no delivery until February. Due to not receiving the product after numerous requests, this will be the third request of a refund for which they denied. They claim they cannot do a refund without speaking to the CEO and then they come back and ask that I have been patient this long, please be patient a little more. I think I have been patient enough since they are able to take my money immediately and cannot make good on their product guarantees which will be over a year based on their latest contact. I just want my money now yet they refuse I do not want the product anymore especially since I am not comfortable that there would be any customer service if anything is wrong with it being that it is a technology product And they are continued disregard to complete the original purchase

Desired Outcome

At this point I want my money back since they cannot provide the product that has been promised for over a year by their latest delivery notice, for which the money was taken for immediately back in January 2018

Product Not delivered since an 8 months
I'm from India. I've ordered a Smart Wallet for $99 from *** in Jan 2018(worldwide delivery). Product was supposed to be delivered by April 2018 but the vendor has been delaying with no proper explanation. Still I didn't receive the product. last communication was they will send the courier tracking number but not yet received. Also, they are denying my refund request. This is not a legitimate business and therefore filing a compliant. Please validate if the business is genuine or fraud

Desired Outcome

Looking for delivery of the Product as soon as possible as I cannot wait further since the delay is more than 8 months.

Sorry for the delay in shipping your wallet. Please know that we are a startup product and are taking pre-orders on our website. That said, we manufacture in bulk after receiving the target orders on our website. Your order is currently in manufacturing. It will take us a month more to ship your wallet. If you cannot wait until then and would like a refund then please share your paypal account details with us.

Ordered a wallet from them in March and they took money off my CC However they have never sent wallet and refuse a fund of $160 I pd they kp mk exc
I order a wallet from them in March for &160 and they said I would receive by 2 week in April and since that time they keep making excuses about production problems and moving up deliver dates I have asked for a refund on several occasions only to be told that wouldn't be possible but they would send wallet. I want my $160 back I researched co before ordering and they seemed legit but since they are refusing refund that I have been asking since at least June they are. Now they are saying nov deliverey date but I just want my money back

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund and in fact feel as if they owe me for all the time it has taken me to deal with them do I want $320.00 back. I have all of the emails that they have sent me and they should now be allowed to offer a product that they can't produce

We are sorry for the delay in shipping your order. Please understand #XXXXXXXXX is a pre-order. That said, we collect orders first and then manufacture in bulk once we receive MOQ for our factory in China. Your order is currently getting manufactured at the factory. You should have the order in your hands asap.

If you still insist on a refund, we will go ahead and refund $149 (amount charged on your card). we will not be able to refund any extra money.

I WANT A REFUND BECAUSE IT DOES NOT TAKE ALMOST A YEAR TO PRODUCE SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY BEING USED BY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE IN WHICH THAT IS THE FRAUD CLAIM THEY MADE THAT THOUSAND WERE ALREADY BEING USED AND GAVE ME AN ORIGINAL SHIP DATE BY END OF MARCH 2018 SO I WANT A FULL REFUND AND KEPT EXTENDING SHIP DATE SAYING DUE TO PRODUCTION BRING SO BUSY AND I HAVE ALL OF THEIRS EMAILS I CHECKED CO OUT BEFORE ORDERING AND Revdex.com GAVE THEM GOOD RATING I DON'T KNOW HOW WHEN I'M SURE THAT THEY HAVE CHEATED SEVERAL PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY B/C IN ONE OF THE EMAILS FROM WHERE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SAID I NEEDED TO USE PATIENCE

Paid for a product never delivered
A year and a eight months ago I paid 134 dollars for a wallet.I never received the product, due to, as explained from the company, problems with missing information that in any situation interfere with the shipment of the product (a missing phone number) I have been contacting and providing the company with all the information they said they needed several times and they have ignored and lie to me providing false information about future shipments that have never been made.

Desired Outcome

At this point I want my money back.

We reached out to you and got the phone number from you. However, the system was not updated and hence I see why we haven't shipped your order yet. This is pure logistics system error. 1) You give us couple of weeks time and we ship the order to you immediately.

2) Send us your paypal account, we will refund you immediately.

Thank your for your response.
I would opt for the refund through Paypal but before the business issue a refund I wanted to double check the amount, since it was made through a third party which was Indiegogo.
I would accept the refund if it is for the 134 dollars that I paid for by the Indiegogo platform and I would close this case with a satisfactory outcome only when the Paypal transaction is properly documented, and for the amount discussed.

Order placed March 8, 2018. Multiple return emails stating there is "delay due to high demand", I still do not have the product. SCAMMERS!
Order placed March 8, 2018 via credit card for a CASHEW WALLET. I strongly support small, new companies, but in this case I've only received multiple emails with the promise of a delivery the following month. However, those dates come and go without any delivery. I cannot get refund or the product. The only communication with this company is via email or Facebook (Cashew). There is not a phone number. Lots of advertising and marketing, yet no actual delivery or customer service rep to resolve the issue. It appears this company is a scam. Hoping people will eventually quite chasing the product or the money they paid for it.

Desired Outcome

If this is a legitimate company with such high demand, orders from March should take priority. Either quit promising to fill the order later and ship it or issue a refund. If this is a scam, they need to be shut down.

This is a completely new product which has not been done before and we hit few roadblocks with our manufacturing which added delays that we did not anticipate. We are working hard as a startup to keep up with the demand of the business. We have already communicate the delivery status to the customer and they are well aware of the manufacturing schedule. Attached recent conversation with the customer.

RA requests for product warranty repair and/or replacement have been unresponsive
In January 2017 I purchased my Cashew Smart Wallet through an Indigogo support funding campaign. My wallet was finally shipped on 22-Sep, 2017 - tracking number ***. Unfortunately this device has inconsistently operated and essentially fails to live up to advertised performance expectations. I have exchanged several e-mails with company founders (*** and ***) in an effort to problem solve but unfortunately none of these discussions has resulted in a permanent resolution of product performance issues. I subsequently requested an RA number and shipping instructions to return this product for service / repair and/or replacement under the terms of Revol's published one-year limited warranty agreement but my requests have gone unanswered.

Desired Outcome

I wish to have my Cashew Smart Wallet serviced / repaired and/or replaced in a timely manner.

I purchased through there website back on 10/20/2016 a product called the Cashew smart wallet. When I purchased it it had a December delivery date. I then emailed them on 12/2/2016 to see when it was going to be shipped; they replied the third week of December. When I didn't receive any tracking number I emailed them again on 12/22/2016. They replied the same day and said there were some design issues and it would be mid January. The story keeps going over and over month after month and excuse after excuse.It is now almost 1 year to the date that I purchased this item. This company should have been able to give a realistic time-line or they should have never accepted deposits through there website.

We had already shipped *** the wallet. While making the purchase it said pre-order. Pre-orders generally take time because there is manufacturing involved after the purchase from the customer and not before manufacturing.

We hit a few road blocks and as a startup we did our best to fulfill the orders in the timely manner. I have attached the email confirmation that he received the wallet. We do not make refunds for wallets that have been delivered.
