As per your e-mail see below I purchased tickets online prior to my NYC visit of May *, I went to pick up my tickets in the city, as was requested and was told by the agent where to get on the bus, so I walked across the city to get on the bus and was met by another agent who told me I needed to go somewhere else to get on the bus, so again, I go across the city to get on a bus to find another agent who told me to go to another area, which was closed down due to a parade I was in the city all day long and saw zero green buses I am demanding a refund of $ Go New York Tours Incwas running regular schedule with all our bus fleet and you stated that the whole day you did not see a busPlease note, we have a no refund policy

Greetings, We sincerely apologize for the experience that Beverly Harden had on a recent Bus TourAs the customer received incorrect information and was unable to take our Boat Cruise, we offered to refund 50% of the total costAs we have a strict no refund policy, we took into consideration that the customer was inconvenienced(we did offer to mail a check so the customer did not have to return to our office) and received the incorrect information and provided a partial refundAlso, the customers were able to take our Downtown Bus Tour so we did not refund 100%As for the need for the additional ticket, we asked for it as proof of purchase as we only had proof of purchase for individualsWe did provide a refund of 50% even without the additional receiptWe also would like to provide the customer with the same ticket package that was purchased which is transferable and is good for years

Lots of Hop-on-Hop-Off Options....Choose one of them Avoid Go New York Tours! Pay a few extra bucks to use Gray Line or Big Bus No commentary on the bus Bought on line and took voucher Customer Service said that I should have read the FAQ to know that I needed to go to their HQ and get another ticket printed Download a page book to take with us? Too much printing/too heavy Not many stops/busses A waste of time and money

All sales are final and there is no refund on any used or unused services

Tickets are sold by street vendors that have no knowledge of actual tours times and will tell you anything to get the sale, buses run whenever they please and could care less about the customerStood in line for the night tour hour, was told a bus leaves every minutesOne bus parked for minutes on the night of 10-**-with over people in line complaining to deaf ears

Very poor ran tour lineThis bus line has no idea of what a schedule looks likeYou pay for something that you don't receive,The street vendors neglected to tell my group of six that the bus line had only one air conditioned busYou get off at a stop and when you return there is no sign of any green buses anywhereThey tell you your wait will be no longer than thirty minutes which is not trueOur bus ride was miserably hot because of no air conditioningThe next day we could not find a bus anywhereWe paid for days but only used day due to unavailability
