I purchased a pair of Marc Jacobs sunglasses from Go-Optic.com, and after a few uses, the frame broke on one sideI returned under warranty and they claimed that I abused the sunglasses and they refused to refund or exchangeTo make matters worse, they sent back the sunglasses broken on the exact same spot on the other side of the sunglassesThey refused to take responsibility for the damage that took place in their possession or while shipping it back to meThey treated me with very bad customer service and I would never purchase anything from them again!

Over the course of months, I called different times unsuccessfully requesting an estimate from Ebert Tree Services The first time, I was told that somebody would be out "next week" to give me an estimate I called a month later and they apologized and said that they'd be out "within the week" as they had other work near my house After another month of silence, I called and asked to speak to a manager or owner and I was assured that "this is MrsEbert" and she would ensure things were taken care of Apparently talking to the owner/owner's wife had no impact either as once again, they couldn't be bothered with driving just a few miles to give me an estimate to make over a thousand dollars If this is how potential customers are dealt with, I want absolutely nothing to do with this company

Does not resolve issues in a timely manner Had to cancel, if you use be sure to go through PayPal or another secure payments site

this company is just a middle man that's why they have such a big selectiononce you place your order then they replace your order with the manufacturerthe whole process is just way to longI place an order on August it's now September and they still haven't shipped my glasses to me and if you want to cancel they hit you with a restocking fee don't waste your time
