We are contacting you to provide details for the above noted Complaint ID. There are several things that Mr*** is being less than honest about.Mr*** ordered a left (driver) mirror for his car (see attachment *** Order Information). He needed a right (passenger) mirror
(see attachment *** email 1). We did not send the wrong item. The item that was sent is EXACTLY what was ordered.We are sorry that he had trouble with our RMA page. His claim that our representatives would not help him return his item is a completely inaccurate (see attachment *** email and email 3).This customer has been issued a refund for the part price (the original shipping cost is non-refundable as the item that was ordered is what was shipped).Mr*** has been informed that a new order would need to be placed (for the correct item).Mr*** is attempting to pin his mistake on us, and is attempting to tarnish our reputation as he WILL NOT admit to HIS mistake.Please help us resolve this issue as we have done exactly what should be ethically done in a situation like this.Please let me know if there is anything else that we can do to prove that he is attempting to scam us

Review: Ordered a break light replacement part from Go-Parts and it never came. They charged me $59.00 and said they do not have access to the funds to refund the order. They sent an email to me and 425 other customers explaining the situation. First they said the order was delayed because of the weather, now they say its a system error and can't refund the order. Review: I have returned a purchased item and have not received a refund.

I purchased a driver side rearview mirror for a 1998 ford escort ZX2 and was shipped a rearview mirror off an escort LX on April 7, 2013. I payed $40.85 using Pay Pal. The invoice number was XXXXXX. I shipped the part back using UPS with a RMA number 502.

It was signed for by Rose on April 24. Since then I have sent Emails and left voice messages about a refund and have not received any reply at all.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of $40.85 credited back to my Pay Pal account.

I ordered a part from this company on 12/19/13 for $100.85 (order # 328136). As of today 1/9/14 my part has still not been shipped out to me. I have made several email inquiries to the customer service and have called customer service with still no resolution. I believe this is my service ticket # [redacted] for my inquiry. The customer service rep's name listed on the email was Brian R. The amount of $100.85 has been charged to my AMEX card and I still have not received my order. I have requested this order be canceled and my credit card refunded, which still has not taken place.Desired Settlement: I want the order canceled and my AMEX refunded for the full amount $100.85

Review: Copy of email body I sent to them: "I need to return an item I recently purchased that just arrived yesterday. They do not fit the Ford Focus SVT I have even though they say they are for the SVT. The Ford dealership in our town gave me the wrong part number and I didn't verify it since I didn't know there were multiple options for the headlights. These do not say anything about fitment on SVT and as far as I have been able to tell they are standard equipment on the SVT Focus. Also, the item was not shipped out until 7 days after I ordered which did not meet the 110% guarantee. Please advise how to proceed. "This email was sent to the company at [email protected] on 11/30. No response. A 2nd email was sent requesting an update and further showing my frustration on 12/5. No response since. They advertise the 10% and have not returned any inquiries.

I return the parts to them at my cost. They charge any restocking fees and also refund the 10% they advertise since the part was not shipped within the designated time frame.

Review: A part that I had ordered in 2012 recently stopped working and it was under warranty through go-parts. I called them mid September and they assured me I would receive a replacement. They could not provide me with a confirmation or tracking number but said it would be mailed shortly. They also stated the part would arrive in 5 business days. 1 month later I still have not received the part. I have in the past month called at least twice a week without speaking to someone. I have left voicemails, I have requested callbacks, attempted online customer service chat all of which have been ignored. They are unresponsive and unavailable despite advertising the availability of their customer service. They have lied about the shipment of the replacement part.Desired Settlement: I would like the replacement part shipped, as detailed in the warranty provided at purchase asap.

We ordered part which turned out to be wrong model, ordered and paid for second part, while returning first part ordered. Never heard from company anything, started trying to call and email. Finally after accusing them of theft they responded wanting shipping information which we provided them with. Over a month later and many e-mails company has kept the $90, and also has the part, which seems to me as theft.Desired Settlement: The full refund of the part price that was returned within their specified time and condition.

We have attempted to obtain the return tracking information from the customer but have yet to receive it. There are occasions when FedEx or UPS delivers returns to the wrong department which causes delays on the refunds. If the customer provides the return tracking information we will be able to confirm that the merchandise has been returned and the refund will be processed immediately.

Review: Requested a return. Filled out the return form and after a month still not return address or slip to mail it back, want a FULL refund.

I ordered mirrors for a Toyota, was sent mirrors for a Pontiac. I called to request a return, was emailed a return request form. I have filled it out. After not hearing anything from them for a week I called them again, was told then never got the form and was told to fill it out again. I did, and still not word from them. I have now filled out the return form 5 times and still not a word on the return information. Every time I call I am told that I need to fill out the return form, in order to get a refund. I have been now trying to to return these wrong parts for a month and a half now. Last time I called the guy was rude and told me that I can pay to have them returned but would not give me the address where.Desired Settlement: I would like a shipping slip emailed to me and a FULL refund of $91.72

Review: I order a car product from them on January 4, 2014. They only take credit card/ debit cards and deduct the payment on your credit card or Debit card. They advertist that the purchased product to be mailed withn 2 days. Nothing received on January 6, 2014. Called them on January 6, 2014 between the hours of 8am PST and 4pm PST.....just rings for a long time without a live Customer Service Rep answering the call. Then on January 7, 2014 I tryed again twice, then a live person answered and stated after given him my order part #, stated that it would be mailed by that evening and I would get a Tracking #, but as of 11pm on January 8,2014......No email of a tracking # or part paid in advance..

I knew something wrong. I called the credit card to dispute the charge on December 17, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund back to my credit card.

Go-part is very poor on customer service.

I have called many times and left many messages for customer service. I also emailed. One time, instead of calling customer service, I called to the "order part" line. I got contact with [redacted], and I told him that I would dispute the charge the next morning.

I called the credit card to dispute the charge, and I received the refund from the bank. Up to today, Go-part has not refunded to the credit card.

Finally, I got the email from Go-part along with Fed-Ex shipping tracking number on December 30, 2013. Here is the message from Go-part, "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send the part back to the address it was shipped from. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Thank you and have a great day."

I received the part. I shipped the part back to Go-part last week; it was Thursday January 2 or Friday January 3 (I do not remember).

Right now, I have not received any message from the bank notifying me that they receive the refund. I will give you update as soon as I receive message from Go-part or the Bank.

Review: I place an order for 2 rear view mirrors for a 2002 Dodge Ram1500 pickup truck as a surprise gift for my husband. His vehicle is in a Body Shop being repainted. I placed the order on Jan 14,2014 for both and quickly recieved a confirmation email thanking me for my recent purchase. I recieved a second email within the same day with my receipt and confirmation of my purchase which also stated that my order was being processed and that I will recieve my order in3-5 business days. Well today is 01/20/14 and still no mirrors or a tracking number. I have tried calling 1-877-321-7278 to speak with a customer service rep,no one answers. I have emailed to get a update and just recieved a email that says "vendors have been backed up,which has backed up their orders,which unfortunately has trickled down to some if their customers.Your part is scheduled to ship with the next few days and as soon as it does ship,tracking information will be sent to your e-mail.If we cannot fulfill your order within 72 hrs,we will be sure to give you a full refund". It has been well over 72 hours since my order was placed!!Desired Settlement: Either ship me my mirrors overnight at your expense or refund my money in full ASAP so that I can purchase the mirrors for my truck.

Review: I purchased two new headlight assemblies from Go-Part.com on July 22, 2013. I received the headlights and realized during installation they were the wrong ones. I called and emailed about a return or exchange on 7/31, 8/1,8/2 and 8/5. On 8/5 someone answered by the name [redacted] and said I needed to fill out the return paperwork and [redacted] would email it to me. I did receive the paper work and filled it out on 8/5/13 and sent it back to them the same day. I have not received anything back and have left 3 messages for [redacted], my last on 8/15/13 and no returned calls from the company. I just want a credit at this point and am happy to return the parts in the original package they came in. I live in Virginia so its not like I can drive over to the business and return my items. After investigating the situation we found that we shipped out exactly what the customer ordered. The mistake was not on our end. If the customer ordered the incorrect merchandise then he or she must fill out the returns form in order to receive a RMA number, which the customer did. The customers RMA request was approved on 08/07/13 and has yet to return the merchandise. Per terms and conditions we can not accept the return at this point.

Following some online research of this company I am resigning my self to the fact that this company truly has earned your 'F' rating and the possibility of this being resolved without some outside help would be a futile task.Desired Settlement: I am expecting to receive a phone call from a representative of the company to explain the situation to me and then offer a settlement to include all options up to a full refund of the part and shipping.

Review: Ordered 2 ea cooling fan motors for 2005 Honda CRV. The parts they sent me are too big and they should send me a return tag this is their mistake. It took me five days to receive the RMA and then they tell me I have only 14 days to return it. It took that long to get the RMA from them. They do not answer their phones or return calls. Nobody should be buying stuff from these people they don't care.When ordering parts you put the vehicle model, year and make in. They choose the part not the customer. This is their fault.

This is by far the worst ordering experience I have ever had. Their site says orders ship in 24 hours. I called a couple of days after not getting any confirmation it had shipped. They told me that it had shipped that day, and they would send me a tracking number. Another couple days... no number. I called again and they said that my order had shipped out that morning. I started to wonder if this was some sort of scam, and that there wasn't anything being sent at all. Finally almost two weeks after placing the order I got a shipment tracking number. Four times I called Go-Parts and every time I called, they said my order had shipped that day. Yeah right!

Review: On 5/6/14 I made a transaction on the site for product 08-11 Mercedes Benz ML350 Headlight Assembly. On 5/9 and 5/12 I left a voicemail with their customer service. On 5/12 I emailed the customer stating I not longer wanted the product due to 6 days and 0 response from the company. I received an email stating they could not cancel the order but I could refuse it from FedEx. Mind you the order NEVER even shipped yet. When it did ship it took 6 business days to get to me. I then contacted the company for a return. The return took 2 separate emails 5 business days apart. I returned the product on 6/1/14. Since then I have emailed someone by the name of John Calderon on 6 separate occasions. I received one response stating he would check. That was 4 emails ago and 10 business days ago. This is a POOR company that really noone should ever purchase a product from. They have a serious lack of any customer service.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING. TOTAL OF $209.85. I have ALL documentation to back this up.

First I discovered after one week it took to ship that they utilized USPS a very low cost long time taking, not guaranteed delivery outside the states.

While they took 64.74 USD for shipping equivalent to premium TNT or DHL shipping, which is a FRAUDULENT ACT, with previous intention to make unlawful profits while the USPS costfor such shipment is bucks only.

Yet no evidence can be given to track the shipment once it quite the US it doesn't even show if this is my shipment or for someone else in another country.

I file this complaint as FRAUD and CHEATING and ABUSE.

After almost one month from my order I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYHTING

Besides, my car is in the workshop I cannot drive it since one month, as the shipment was supposed to reach me in 4-5 days as every shipment I make from USA with descent businesses providing the service they get paid for.

I have my communication email with them. they answer without name or email footer or nothing at all...

They have ignored my request for clarification, and simply told me that I can do nothing, apparently dragging me in time until I lose my right to claim.

I can provide you email trail.

STOP THEIR FRAUD PLEASE, it's not only my money, it's about leaving them free with their crimes
