I ordered a side mirror for my car 2 weeks ago. The company stated the part would be delivered in 3-5 days. No part. cannot get in contact with a human at their business. They took the money out of my account a week ago for a part that still indicates it hasn't been shipped yet.

Review: Ordered part from go-part.com which is a 04-08 passenger headlight on February 13, 2014. Check status of order two days later and said it was still processing. Called number listed on website but no answer left message no call back. Next step was email they got back to me on February 18 saying that sorry for the delay but due to the holiday on February 17 our orders are backed up. Checked status again saying still processing. Mind you that payment was taken out as soon as I placed my order so they were quick with that. Checked online for reviews on company and not one good review. It sounded like this company is a scam. I emailed them again on February 19 because it seems to be the only way to communicate with them, they dont answer phone calls. Told them I would like to get a full refund because its taking too long and that I wasnt thrilled on their reviews online. They replied that sorry for the inconvenience and that they would ship out my order immediately and give me back 10%. Order status still remains processing on February 20 so I email them back and ask for a full refund they agree and it aould take 24 hrs for the bank to process the refund. Today is February 22 and still no refund to my wifes credit card emailed them again but no response. I am really sick of this company they need to be shut down because they take peoples money and provide no service to them in regards to their items. I order things from china and getting faster then this for godsake thelis company is on the west coast it should take up to 3 days max to get to customer.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full refund because with the reviews they have I dont want to take the chance of getting the wrong part or a damaged part. There record sucks for receiving these kinds of items. They should be audited or shut down I feel that they may be scamming customers. I will never ever do business with this company in the future.

Review: Order tail lights. Price seemed low for LED light but with shipping about average for stock lights. Proceed with order. Order was shipped. As this was a good price, I notified others on the [redacted] Titan Forum. As the company is on the west coast and I am on the east coat, shipping was a little over a week. People who order after me on the west coast, started to received there orders.Some people on the forum mentioned there orders were cancelled and received auto-refunds. Called Go-Parts: They stated they sent me the wrong item and it was back ordered. I stated I did not want a refund and I would wait. They then told me the product was obsolete. I stated the same item is listed in stock on your website for 4 times the price with the same part number and has been that way for a week. The reverted back to the item being on back order and they needed to correct the website. Checked the forum and one member who already received his item was issued a refund and told that they sent him the wrong item. This item is already installed on his truck which proves they were lying. Under Terms and conditions: Paragraph 3 Sentence 2, it states: Once an order is placed, the price is locked in.Not only have they lied, they broke the contract per their own terms and conditions.It is 2015. It is very hard to lie. Not to mention, this type pf practice severely hurts business. The website did not disclose any backlog for that part. I called the customer service number posted on their website several times a day for four days, the calls were never answered. Review: I ordered a part (a full headlight assembly) from this company on 08/23/13 that has a lifetime warranty. The part stopped working so I contacted this company to get a replacement. Review: I ordered a part for my wife's car in January with an estimated dated of arrival to be 2-5 business days. The part never arrived, I tried to call but got transferred to a voicemail. Customer somehow placed the order twice. We provided the customer with a return shipping label so the item could be returned and not at the customer cost. The item was received and refunded on the 17th for a total amount of $72.65.

Review: I have sent a dozen emails, filed multiple return requests and requested multiple phone calls. I have been trying to return my part for 45 days now.

I bought a headlight for my car and realized it was the wrong type of headlight. It was a halogen bulb and my car is equipped with the Xenon LED lights. I wanted to return the part for a full refund.

I have sent at least a dozen emails within the first 2 weeks alone. Filed multiple return requests using the links on their website and requested multiple phone calls.

I have been trying to return my part for 45 days now. I didn't get any response from any of their "associates" until about 35 days after the purchase. Their response is listed below:

"Thank you for contacting us at go-part.com, Axxxxx. We do not have a 30 day return policy. Our return policy is actually 14 days. Unless I can find that you have already contacted us regarding a return within the 14 day period, which I will attempt to do, then they will not accept the return. What is your order ID number?"

I then went to tell him everything I have listed above. It has been 8 days since I responded to this email. I have yet to receive a response from them.

This company is very unprofessional and non-existent support staff. I would not recommend this business to anyone under any circumstances. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional buisness I have ever came across. Desired Settlement: All I want the company to do is to provide return shipping and give me a full return of my purchase price. The headlight is in the box they sent it to me and the protective plastic sheet hasn't even been removed from the headlight.

This transaction was refunded on 06/12/13. We provided the customer with the return shipping label so the customer would not have to pay to send it back. The item clearly describes that the headlight is a halogen type and not xenon. It was the customers mistake and per our terms and conditions items returned because of customers mistakes will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the part value. We met half way with the customer which he agreed with on the restocking fee. The refund amount was $102.33.

Review: I ordered a product from the go-parts.com website on 12/26/13 and have yet to receive what I had ordered. My credit card was charged $77.85 soon after ordering but nothing has shipped to me as of yet. I have tried to call them and no one is available to take my call. I finally got a hold of someone through messaging them through Facebook and heard back on two separate replies that it was taken care of and that I would receive an e-mail from FedEx with shipping information. No e-mail was ever received, I am less $77.85 and they are no longer responded to me on Facebook. I have posted a message on their Facebook page asking for a refund but again no response. Review: I have replaced an order on Jan 7, 2014 for a 2007 toyota camry side mirror (passenger). I emailed the company and they said they were backed up due to whether. Really??? The company is in CALIFORNIA. I was told VIA EMAIL They refunded my money on Jan 27th 2014 for 56.85. Today is Feb 5, 2014. I still have not yet received my money. We have a 14 day return policy for all returns. The customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise in order for us to accept the return. After the 14 days returns will not be accepted. We searched our email database and we show that we only received one email from the customer on 5/15/13. The merchandise was received on 4/03/13 which was passed the 14 day return policy. We are aware that mistakes happen so if the customer can provide us with proof that he or she attempted to contact us within the 14 day return policy we will accept the return and give the customer the appropriate refund.

I purchased a Headlamp for my Volkswagen Sportswagon on June 13, 2013. The photo on the website matched my car, but the part that was shipped was missing the halgon lamp. Also the website noted that the part was a Volkswagen part. The part that was sent was an aftermarket part not a VW part as noted on the website.

I have called the main office several times and asked to return the part, but they have asked that I get a OEM from a volkswagen dealer. I gave them the OEM part number and the phone operator sent me a return email form. I'm still waiting for a response and a return label to ship the product back. I will be happy to pay for shipping back, but I have not gotten approval to return the product after several emails. Desired Settlement: I would like Go-Parts.com to send me a return label so I can return the part. I will happy to pay for ground shipping back, but I have not gotten approval to return the product after several emails.

We have responded to the customers RMA request and have sent him the return instructions. We have spoken with the customer and the item which he had purchased was incorrect. We shipped out exactly the same part that was ordered by the customer. There are several vehicles which require different types of headlights depending on the model or upgrades done by the manufactures. We specifically state on our site that before ordering customers must be positive that they are purchasing the correct item by checking part numbers compatibility information, and notes. No where on our site did we state that the item that the customer will be receiving was going to be a genuine OEM part from the dealership. The customer must return the item and once it is received we will issue the appropriate refund.

Review: I ordered a Tail Light Rear Lamp Assembly for my 1992 Nissan pickup order # [redacted] on january 14, 2014. They immediately took my money/via atm/debit card through my bank. The order total is $66.84. I've called twice and emailed them once asked for delivery information since they have my money. All you get is a recording. Additionally, the Go-Parts address on my order is 4055 E Guasti Rd # 110, Ontario, CA 91761, however their website has the sacramento address. To-date I have not received the tail light.Desired Settlement: refund the $66.84 back to me/my account so I can purchase the part from an creditable business.

GoParts did everything they said they would do, on time with NO issues. I will buy from them again as I saw some other parts I would like to have.
