Not the 1st time this has happened, teller selling a ticket displays inconvenience of stating a departure time & quotes departure time inaccurately. Oshawa Go teller is too busy to seek the correct departure time & insert 5 suggestions in response to being asked the current time, without actually giving the current time.
I had filed an online service guarantee claim on Nov 14, 2018. Claim #FGXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. GO Transit emailed saying there was an error processing my claim and requested that I contact GO Customer Care at ***
I called GO Customer Care on Nov 19th and was told my claim does qualify for the guarantee and that my claim has been approved. I should see a refund within the next 5 days.
It is now Nov 26th and I still have not received my refund. I called GO Customer Care again today and they are not able to see my claim. I would like go Transit to honour the Service Guarantee.
Refund for the one way adult fare paid for the 7:36am GO Train from Pickering GO Station to Union Go Station on November 14th that was delayed by more than 15 minutes. An explanation as to why it has taken more than a week and 3 calls to GO Customer Care and still not been issued a refund.

Please be advised that I spoke with the customer on December 3, 2018, and they are happy with the outcome.
Their claim for a Service Guarantee was initially denied due to a technical error. The claim was re-submitted, approved, and their Service Guarantee credit was collected on November 27, 2018.
