We we're unable to install this job in a timely fashion so this customer cancelledWhich is understandableWe had a issue with production and had a contractor walk off all the contracts we had submitted to himThankfully we now have rectified the issue and have a new installer ready to goThe job is in fact cancelled and we will re refunding the full amount to the customer in due timeThank you for being patient while we get this resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have had unresponsive communication and follow through from the company, and this has caused lack of trust in their work and ability to complete the job The owner and CEO, [redacted] ***, agreed to something outside of the contract via phone call and in writing, via email assuring us the install would be complete by the week of the November 14th He stated and agreed that if the installation was not completed by this deadline we would be due a "full refund" I can provide this documentation if necessary We had no communication from the company and no one would work with us until after the promised installation deadline had passed, and until we started asking for a refund We would like the company to uphold their promise and give our family a full refund Regards, [redacted]

Your install date is next week 3/22/the customer has already been called by both the owners from gogreenTX and the install teamThis issue is resolved and I wish he would of just waited a tad bit longer for us to get a hold of himPatience is a virtue and something we should all practice

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Our remaining windows were installed on Nov [redacted] did a great job on the installationWe had originally ordered all windows to be white trim on the inside and tan trim on the outsidePartial installation of the windows was done in JuneThe large bay window in the front of the house was installed as ordered with the white trim inside and the tan trim outsideThe two smaller bay windows also had the white trim inside and tan trim outside but were too large for the openings and would not fitPlywood was placed over the openings where the windows were supposed to beIn Aug, we were told the smaller windows could only be made with tan trim on inside and tan trim on outside, or white trim on inside and white trim on outside, and we would have to paint them to matchAlthough any window is better than looking at plywood for months, it is not what we originally orderedThe contrast of the tan and white trim side by side on the windows is very noticeableWe have been told it cannot be paintedTherefore we will eventually have to purchase/replace the smaller bay windows to match the large oneHad we known in the beginning the windows would not match, we would have never ordered them at allThere are two window screens still missing from a bedroom window and bathroom window that were installed in JuneWe would like to receive them.The original price of the windows/work was $11,We already paid $9,and were told in June that was all we owed and would possibly receive money back.We need the screens Regards, [redacted] & [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:Previously filed complaint and gogreentx said they would refund the approx dollars they drafted out of my account and never have refunded the moneyAdditionally the address of ** *** *** listed on there website is a vacant buildingThe last time I talked to them the issue went from a contractor problem to a banking problemI strongly do not recommend this companyI have found out the company is in Round Rock TX and the owner lives elsewhereCan I just get my money back?

I am rejecting this response because: I have complained face to face with themThey did nothingThey do not answer my callsThey have not bothered to contact meI worked in this office and I have seen them make promises to customers they do not keepThey lie to customersThey said this would bring down my electric bill and it has notThey decided me and many other customersI will hire a crew to remove the materials and return them to the companyDeceptive trade practices are illegal and if the Revdex.com does not protect consumers the courts will.

Mr. [redacted] has received his $1,400 and this issue has been resolved. There was a mailing issue in regards to his refund check.

I don't know what the install looks like. I would be happy to send someone out there to fix the issue. The refund is out of the question because you do in fact have product in your attic which has a material and labor cost associated with it. We do warranty our work and will fix and issues that need remedied.

I am rejecting this response because: I became an employee after  this work was done. It became apparent after I worked there a while I started to see what was going on. I  went up into my attic and found that around...

the access point and everything looked okay. As I went toward the back of the attic things were progressively shudder and even found the radiant barrier they installed falling apart. One of the attic fans they installed is hitting something. I paid $3700 making me a customer. They don't answer my phone calls. Is that because I worked there for less than 4 months? I quit the job because of all of the customer and employee complaints about jobs not being completed or started after paying a down payment  and the employees not being paid. I heard threats of employees putting leins on customer's homes. I want my money back for the poor installation they did on my home. I can send photos if necessary. I am 64 years old and it is hard to get to the back of my attic, but I did after hearing all of the customer complaints.

The large bay window in the front of the house was installed as ordered with the white trim inside and the tan trim outside. Thank you for your call yesterday explaining that there was a complaint on our account. We have spoke with this couple before and we are not in breach of contract. If they read the fine print they are way past due on the 3 day right to cancel. Also if they continue reading they will have to pay 75%...

of the total contract if they do in fact want us to cancel. It would be better for them to accept our offer of a $2,000 discount and let us proceed with the install. Our installs are being scheduled next week and we will have a time frame on when we will be on the property for install. If they do in fact want to go ahead and cancel they will need to pay 75% of the total contract.

This issue is resolved and I wish he would of just waited a tad bit longer for us to get a hold of him. Patience is a virtue and something we should all practice....
