Hello Mr.[redacted]. On behalf of my company and all who work here, we are deeply apologetic about the lack of communication on our end regarding the delay of your window project. It is something we are rectifying throughout the company, making sure each employee understands the importance of keeping our clients informed about what's going on with their projects. Unfortunately in the construction/home improvement industry we are forced to deal with delays and mishaps on a daily basis, that we cannot help but, as far as what we can do, we can make sure the jobs get done no matter what and that we won't stop until you are 110% satisfied. I am rejecting this response because: We have had unresponsive communication and follow through from the company, and this has caused lack of trust in their work and ability to complete the job.  The owner and CEO, [redacted], agreed to something outside of the contract via phone call and in writing, via email assuring us the install would be complete by the week of the November 14th 2016.  He stated and agreed that if the installation was not completed by this deadline we would be due a "full refund".  I can provide this documentation if necessary.  We had no communication from the company and no one would work with us until after the promised installation deadline had passed, and until we started asking for a refund.  We would like the company to uphold their promise and give our family a full refund.
