I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]the system has been installed as the going green solar stated but the system does not do what was promised. it does not save me money, it is costing me more then what my bill would have been without the solar.I was told , at the time of sale that my bill from [redacted] would be $30.- $40 a month. well the first month's bill was $126.00.when you add it to the cost of the lease, it's about 30% more then my regular bill would have been.I just want what I was promised, savings.

The name has been removed form our list.  We do provide free education to homeowners regarding tax credits and rebates that homeowners may be eligible for with out requiring them to purchase anything from us.

Going Green Solar continues to harass me multiple times each week with unwanted calls on my cell phone. I have asked several times for them to "remove my number" from their list, but each time I ask they immediately hang up, and call again within a few days.

I have forwarded on your info to our Marketing Manager. She will see to it that we do not call you any further. I did go further into it and found your call records.  We have in fact called you a couple times. On our end though all of the connections were you hanging up....

 When this happens our reps call back.  Another Company called [redacted] is calling folks daily, sometimes 15-20 times.  I cannot control if they call you, but you can tell by the person on the phone. They will say [redacted], or [redacted]. 

Either way I will see to it we don't call you any further.

This customer was installed on April 3 2015. [redacted] Approved the install the 4/23/15.  The complaint just came in now?  The complaint states that nothing was done as of last month. This is incorrect.  We installed the job back in April and are complete in terms of what we can...

Going Green Solar has called us numerous times each day. I have told them every time that I am not interested and asked them not to call me anymore. This morning, they called me at 9:26 am, and I told the gentleman that I was not interested. I also told him that my number that he called is on the Do Not Call list, and I requested that they not call us anymore. He proceeded to say, "I really don't care about that. I will call you tomorrow." He hung up at that point. Then, at 10:09 am, I received a call from them again. The caller's name was "Dora." I tried to get more information from her, but she would not tell me anything. She finally quickly ended the call when she realized that I was not interested in what she was selling.

I thought I made it perfectly clear that I want no contact from this company other than a formal letter of apology and a check for $1.67 which is the cost I incurred having to dial "*69" to get the phone number since none of the people were willing to give me that info.  I want no other contact from this company and any other form of communication other than that listed in this notice will be treated and regarded as a continued hostile threat and harassment.  Companies like this refuse to responsibility for their actions and refuse to pay attention to anything people have to say.  I made it perfectly clear in filing this complaint I wanted no contact from the company and yet it continued to try and contact me on the phone.  Even if it was for an apology or some other nature, it holds nothing that the company refused to obey my request for no phone contact.  

Companies like this should be penalized for continuing this course of action.  I slaps further insult that they cannot even spell my surname properly in their response.  They spell it right once, and then spell it wrong time and again there after.  This is how focused they are on customers and I will take my complaints to social media as a demonstration of how much this company does not respect the people it offends and then blames because it wants to play by its own rules.

I have documentation where it lists all the reimbursements that I would supposedly receive. I have paperwork where I was never informed of two loans.

We reached settlement with customer on 12 of october. Agreement was sent out with terms that were agreed upon.  I will reach back out to customer again and inquire if he has not received it.

We made several attempts to reach Mr [redacted] to obtain additional information relative to his Complaint but were not able to reach him.  Since Mr [redacted] did not respond to our requests to contact us,  I am assuming the issue has been resolved.  If  additional information or assistance...

Hello Sir,Thanks for letting me know regarding the calls to your phone.  I had our Marketing MGR pull up  your records and we have in fact called you, however we do not have any calls in which we've spoken to you. They have all been hang-ups, and  we record all of them....

 I will tell you that another company is calling folks under the "[redacted]"  or "[redacted]" this is not us.Either way we will not be calling you further. Thanks for email. MGMT.

Mr. [redacted] had a energy reduction system installed in April that he financed and had a cost of approx. 12K.   After that, Mr. [redacted] made a subsequent purchase (seperate purchase agreement, approx. 14K) for a solar electric system that was installed in July.  After each installation,...

Mr. [redacted] filled out a seperate customer satisfaction survey where he awarded our organization perfect 10's across the board.  The systems are all working perfectly and we have not had a single call from Mr. [redacted] in regards to any issues since the work was completed over 7 months ago.

As a result of this complaint, we called Mr. [redacted], and he shared on a documented conversation that we did not misrepresent anything nor did we promise any reimbursement.  We will submit Mr. [redacted]'s contractacual agreements and all relevant paperwork that clearly shows that we fulfilled our obligations and that Mr. [redacted] was more than satisfied with our work and pricing.

Regardless, we want Mr. [redacted] to continue to be satisfied and have set up a meeting with him for 2/17 to determine what his concern really is after all this time, as his complaint does not match what he has told us,  nor does it reflect anything in his agreements.  It is our intent to clearly identify and help resolve any actual issue that may

exist.

this number has been removed off of our system.  it did not appear on the DNC list but we removed it and made sure that is on the National List.

Sorry to hear that our folks have not taken your number off of list. When we get a hang up we call back, when a customer asks for removal we do. I have notified our Marketing Manager to remove both numbers. You will not be called again.

Mr. [redacted] was contacted, asked to have his name removed from our list, and it was and has been promptly removed.  Our computerized records do not concur that we have called him multiple times a day.  There has been robo calling in the area by companies using terms like go green energy...

program and there is a company named [redacted] out of [redacted] that is often mistaken with our company.  Regardless, Mr. [redacted] is not in our system and is more than welcome to visit our facility if he wishes dig deeper.  With appreciation,Going Green Solar
