I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  

I received another call from this company, aka the Go Green Initiative, yesterday (5/12). If I was really removed from the list, this would not have happened. If I receive further calls, I will reopen the complaint and move the complaint to the FCC.

Customer has a lease through [redacted] this is not our company.  Much like her first complaint it does not pertain to us.  Please review contract details that you received from [redacted].  Please also keep in mind that [redacted] has a guarantee to the customer on production. They will review it yearly and if missed production will pay the customer money.  Please also keep in mind that when you singed up with [redacted] the projected a yearly savings, not one month.  Given the customer has just been turned on they won't have a sample size large enough to review. [redacted] is a great company that will make things right with customer. 
The original complaint below. Which was resolved and not our issue. Her system was delayed being turned on by [redacted].  This has now happened.  The original complaint should be against [redacted] not us. We called [redacted] daily to help get her turned on sooner. Even though we didn'tcontrol it we still did everything we could do get it done. 
Customer’s Statement of the Problem:I signed a contract to have solar installed on aug.13,2014.they have yet started the job. all I get from them now is I am at the top of this list.I call them and complain, they will check when it is to be started and will call me back, no call back.I don't hear from them unless I call them and complain again.
We will be glad to help out anyway we can but as I mentioned above the contract is not with us. We cannot control [redacted] and we cannot control [redacted].

As previously stated, Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is inconsistent with our signed contracts and documented sequence of events.  We will contact him today and set up another meeting and find a solution.

After receiving a "cold call" from Going Green Solar, the rep [redacted] came out twice and was on time and extremely professional. We paid him the agreed price of $99 for the Home Energy Audit. My only complaint is [redacted] who was recommended to do the work is not a participating contractor with [redacted]. I know this because when we did have the work done by [redacted], we were asked to call [redacted] to "change the site" so that our $99 payment could be switched over. We were told by [redacted] @ [redacted], ###-###-####, that she couldn't find us in the system. She called back and said that the $99 could not be changed to [redacted] because [redacted] were not participating.

The homeowner  was called twice (connection not made) and the number is no longer in our system.  We have spoken to the homeowner and have also sent him a copy of our DNC policy

proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called [redacted] at [redacted] builders who is the installer 3 times. As of today there has been no call back from ###-###-####. This is the call back number. I pulled the model number of my inverter and it will not deliver as promised being only 4000 watts peak production. So maybe this is why no answer. The system is too small to run my Ac.

Mr. [redacted] information has been removed from our system.  We do encourage him to confirm that he is indeed on the National DNC list, but regardless, he has been removed from our records. 

It is also important to note that he was only called 1 time on May 5, 2014 and at...

that time was put on our DNC.  Our  call center does not reference the term "Go Green Initiative" and we DO NOT have our number scrambled.  Our number does indeed show up in caller ID. The number that customers can call back and shows on any caller

id which is  ###-###-####.  Thanks.

This company took advantage of my mother selling her a solar hot water heater, radiant barrier, and duct sealing. The total cost of this was 16,000.00 and now she is having trouble with her solar hot water heater. She is 90 yrs old and is on a limited income. Going Green Solar is now Erus. I hope no one else gets treated this way, and this company should fix all the issues. They should give her her money back.
