After an extensive online chat with [redacted] who was VERY informative and helpfulI purchased a Yale Real Living Electronic touchscreen deadbolt (YRD240NR619) and installed it myself Even if you're not accustomed to doing this kind of workIf your door already has a deadbolt (and you know how to use a screwdriver), replacing it with an electronic lock will be very simple to do yourself, and and won't take you more than a few minutesmaybe if you're slow and careful In my case, however, it was an interior door that did NOT have a deadbolt I am good with my hands, but I had never installed a deadbolt of any kind beforeand boring the the holes in the door (and the jam) also required purchasing a deadbolt installation kit from a large home-improvement chain While using this kit and its instructions was fairly it-proof (and cost me about one-third of what I would have paid a locksmith or even a handyman), I only recommend doing it yourself if you are conformable with power tools an the likebut I digress Bottom line: [redacted] at GoKeyless.com helped me find the exact kind of electronic lock I needed; it shipped very quickly (even without expediting it), it was simple to install and it performs exactly as promised Thank you, [redacted]
Gokeyles.com has great sales team, they use deceptive advertising practices Sales will tell you things work one way and they do not Technical Support really does not know their products I have over $10k in costs and lost wages as a result of trying in vain to make their system work Yelp reviews are spot on for the most part How this company gets an A+ rating shows that the Revdex.com has lost its luster with the public and Yelp has taken its place I have had to take several days off work They make appts and don't keep them to call and deal with this Just a horrible experience

Throughout this whole process *** and everyone else I talked to at GoKeyless was very attentive, friendly, apologetic and eager to help
