This keyless deadbolt is of excellent quality and has worked great all the time, never any issues. Don't buy the ones out there with batteries and cheap push buttons. Since our last winter was so cold in Canada I highly recommend an all mechanical unit like the 7100 series. My family is very happy with the keyless deadbolt, no more issues with lost keys. Online sales people were top notch, very polite and informative. I received my order in a timely manner just as they had indicated. Now thats total customer satisfaction!

Even if you're not accustomed to doing this kind of workIf your door already has a deadbolt (and you know how to use a screwdriver), replacing it with an electronic lock will be very simple to do yourself, and and won't take you more than a few minutesmaybe 30 if you're slow and careful

I am good with my hands, but I had never installed a deadbolt of any kind beforeand boring the the holes in the door (and the jam) also required purchasing a deadbolt installation kit from a large home-improvement chain. While using this kit and its instructions was fairly it-proof (and cost me about one-third of what I would have paid a locksmith or even a handyman), I only recommend doing it yourself if you are conformable with power tools an the likebut I digress.

The product arrived timely. However, it did not come with all necessary documentation (Operating Instructions and Installation Guide). I had to search on the American Security Products Company's website for the information. Additionally, the installation kit did not come with all required tool/equipment (mounting plate and expansion bolt were missing). This experience is quite frustrating.

The sales team as well as the support team were very helpful in assisting me in understanding what lock I needed for the application required as well as guiding me through the installation and programming process. Now, 3 years later, because this lock has worked so well for our community, I am purchasing another lock for our tennis court.
Gokeyles.com has great sales team, they use deceptive advertising practices. Sales will tell you things work one way and they do not. Technical Support really does not know their products. I have over $10k in costs and lost wages as a result of trying in vain to make their system work. Yelp reviews are spot on for the most part. How this company gets an A+ rating shows that the Revdex.com has lost its luster with the public and Yelp has taken its place.
I have had to take several days off work. They make appts and don't keep them to call and deal with this. Just a horrible experience.
