The shovels were just what we needed. Service was quick and courteous, will definitely use again in the future - a pleasure to work with.

International buyers...BEWARE.........absolutely no thought or concern for shipping and duty issues. Items were shipped individually which incurred individual shipping and customs charges.....to the amount of $72.00 over and above their shipping charges. This was for 2 rolls of ribbon. When inquired about this issue, the president blamed it on their dealings with us and said " we took too long to proof our order " (which has nothing to do with the issue and it was 1 week) and that we did not specifically say we wanted them shipped together ????? One invoice was sent and paid within one hour with no mention of separate shipping orders. Product is good, service is not.

I had a wonderful experience with golden openings. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole designing and ordering process. Amy, the Director of sales and events, was always quick to answer my emails and telephone calls. She did everything possible to ensure that the products I ordered were customized exactly the way I wanted. She also did everything in her power to rush the order so that it delivered in time. Everyone I deal which was very professional and it was a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Needed a custom ribbon for my company grand opening. Worked with Amy and she responded quickly and the order was made and shipped in the 5 working day lead time quoted.

After doing research to have our very first Key to the Village created, I found Golden Openings and could not have been happier with the results. Amy was very professional and responsive to my requests and made suggestions to get an incredible end result. They were able to personalize they key with our logo and the turn around time was very quick. We will definitely be using Golden Openings again.

Amy went above and beyond to help us with our order of ribbons to place on our tress at our dealership. We displayed the ribbons to share our support in the tragic loss of two of our community members killed in the Nice, France attack.
