Water issue not resolved Multiple warranty service visits have not corrected, and now I am not receiving a response from customerservice We purchased our home at [redacted] on 11/25/15, and transferred the warranty for the MidAmerica Basement system Then we began experiencing water seepage issues in the area with the system I am currently dissatisfied with the service level I am receiving on my warrantied basement system We have had a tech up to our home 5-times now, with no resolution to the water issue The last update I had was that [redacted] was going to check on options for the continued water seepage coming up through the ground The thought was that adding a floor drain to the existing tile could allow the water to enter the system and eliminate the standing water That was two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing I have asked for updates twice, and have received no response from anybody at the company I would appreciate some resolut

I had this company come to level my concrete parking padThe guys came on time and completed the work expertly and in timely fashionI am 100% satisfied, and my parking pad looks greatThey got it perfectly level and sealed all the expansion joints to prevent any water from getting under the concrete and causing more problems in the futureCleanup was complete and they even swept up afterI will have no problem recommending them to friends and family and will certainly call them for any other concrete or basement problem that may come up

$sump pump has had no effect on water in basement, and in fact has not been shown to work correctly
It appears I am at the beginning of the "Great Midamerica Run-Around", so I'm just going to start my complaint now On 3-30-18, I met with salesman *** *** and showed him the three specific places in my basement wall that were letting water in He told me they couldn't plug the leaks, but that if I got a sump pump installed, it would take care of the ground water, which would stop the leaks *** *** said he would call me with an installation date, but he never did, so I had to call the company and schedule it myself On 4-26-the sump pump was installed, but the installer could not test it He said he couldn't put enough water into it to get it to turn on, but he assured me this was "good news" for me About a week later it rained, and water poured in through the three leaks exactly as it had before As I was not home when it rained, I don't know if the sump pum

Mike C*** and his crew(s) did a great job on our basement remodeling in Manchester, Iowa They accommodated our schedule and special needs very well In addition to doing excellent work, they cleaned up the basement to perfection

No show for contracted work with deposit made in June
I contacted MidAmerica Basement in June to get information and an estimate on work for my driveway, sidewalk and front steps I put a deposit down on 6-17-18; completed a Foreman Information Sheet on 8/when I was notified of a service date of September 11th I heard nothing more Today, 9/11/18, I didn't hear from them so I called them to find out when they were coming They called me back to say they had to reschedule after they trained a new crew In the meantime, I had contacted two other contractors to do work MidAmerica Basement asked me to prepare for them before they came today Now, I not only don't have my driveway done, but have the expenses incurred for this additional work I asked them to cancel my contract and refund my money via phone this morning All of a sudden there was so much static on the line that I couldn't understand a word they were trying to say I just asked again for them to cancel my cont

While raising the concrete deck (approx30ft section) the bottom of my plastic skimmer sustained a large crack along the bottom and side!
