My husband and I recently purchased a Lexus IS 250 at Goldie's Motors and couldn't be happier. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. There weren't any lingering, high pressure salesmen normally associated with buying a car. We knew what we were looking for when we went into the showroom and they quickly pulled the car out for us to test drive. The car needed a slight alignment which [redacted] arranged to be completed and paid for at a Lexus dealership near us.

I had a very positive experience buying a used car from Goldies. A little less expensive than buying from a dealer without the hassle of negotiating.

I will never buy a used car from any other dealership than Goldies. They offer a great selection of cars and the most personalized service you could ask for. Ive purchased two cars from Goldies and each time, the staff made the experience fun-that's right, I said fun! While I signed the paperwork, my boys played air hockey and watched football-I didn't hear "Mom, are you almost done even once!"
Speaking of the paperwork,[redacted] is the best! She handles the process extremely efficiently but takes the time to explain, if needed. You don't feel rushed, but it gets done quickly. What impressed me most about[redacted] is that she followed up with me after I purchased the car to let me know about an even better warranty she found with a lower deductible. Wow!
I highly recommend Goldie's if you are looking for a higher end used car-you will not be dissapointed!!

Goldies sold me a car which shortly after purchasing I noticed did not have several of the things they advertised it to have. Such as bluetooth, Navigation, and other small things. Two months after purchasing the car I went to change insurance companys and they informed me that my car was in a major accident in 2013. Goldies did not inform me of this and I paid way more than I should have seeing as in has been in an accident. I thought it was I family business I could trust. I was wrong

We purchased an Avalanche from [redacted] in Feb14 and had a very positive experience. I dread car shopping (I mean dread!) I appreciated the no-haggle pricing and ease of purchase. The body shop perfectly corrected a few bumper scrapes like new. All in all, it was easy, [redacted] was very pleasant and professional to deal with and I would recommend her and Goldie's for anyone looking for a good resale vehicle purchase experience.

I want to start by saying, purchasing my vehicle from Goldie's was the most pleasant experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. The staff is very friendly, considerate, and willing to go that extra mile to help you get into the car of your dreams. If you are lucky enough to deal with Allison, rest assured that she is looking out for you. We walked away thinking we couldn't get financed to the payment that we needed. Well, Allison called the next day and got us EXACTLY what we wanted. She worked on it all morning so she could call us with the great news. No one knows the financial ins and outs like she does. None of that would have been possible if it wasn't for Adam and Micah. Most my questions were already answered before I arrived. Everyone gets an A++ on customer service and communication skills.

As for the "car of your dreams" ..... well that can be found in their massive indoor climate-controlled showroom. In there, EVERY vehicle looks brand new. When they receive a vehicle, they recondition it to almost brand new condition. Their selection .... well, they have all the 'head turning' cars along with all the "everyday use" cars that anyone could possibly need. I can honestly say that I have never left such a positive review for any purchase I have made. I was happy to sit down and write this one. I want everyone to know the AMAZING experience I had, so they can check Goldies Motors out and have their own AMAZING experience. If you are really lucky, you'll be able to meet Allison and see how "down to earth" and compassionate she is.

Really appreciated their straight-forward manner and were impressed with the quality of their stock. My husband purchased a car from this dealer a few months ago from Allison and had a great, no-pressure experience. When it came time for me to replace my car, my husband started checking Goldies' inventory. We knew what kind of car we wanted, and when we saw a low-mileage model of the car we wanted to buy, we called to express serious interest but said due to scheduling conflicts, we couldn't get down to drive/purchase the car until later that week. Allison said that she would start the financing/sale process in order to hold the car for us although there was no obligation to actually purchase once we arrived. Later that week when we got to the dealer, the car was as depicted in the photos - it looked brand new. We took it for a drive, came back, signed papers and away we went. The price was fair, the process was painless and the service was outstanding. I can't say I'd want to go anywhere else for a vehicle and I highly recommend this dealer to others. As advertised. Straight up honest business. Drove from northern New Mexico to Phoenix to pick up a car purchased sight unseen. [redacted] arranged trade-in, great financing which I couldn't beat at my bank or credit union. She was why I did the deal long distance. Slight unnoticed damage to upholstery discovered when I arrived home was remedied by a prompt check in the mail for a local repair. Car was really flawless and as advertised. I had looked on and off for months finding a super clean model, low miles and with a hard to find 6 speed. Goldie's had it. Worth the drive. Only fly in ointment was NM requirement to actually see the title before they would register it. The MVD here is not known for customer service and it took quite a while to iron everything out. Other than that the experience with Goldie's Motor reaffirms my faith in doing business with highly reputable people. The know their stuff and price their cars accordingly. Worth the road-trip. Would do it again.

Goldie's deserves 5 plus stars!!! After getting scammed from another dealership recently, [redacted] at Goldie's blew me away with his amazing customer service! He could of sold me a larger and more expensive truck I was looking originally, but instead he listened to me about why I needed a new truck and what I needed it for. [redacted] then showed me a truck that was practically designed to fit my needs and much more affordable. He also threw in some brand new truck mats and truck hub cabs delivered to my home. I absolutely love my new truck. [redacted] went above all my expectations and restored my faith in believing there are real people who sell vehicles that care. My experience with [redacted] and Goldie's was the most easy and simple. NO BS or games played here. I will be a forever customer.

The entire experience was very pleasant, they are professional and fair, gave me more on my trade than anyone else and negotiated a great price on my new car. Furthermore, they even delivered my new car to me and made the financing work within my very strict perimeters. Overall I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the Phoenix area looking for a quality vehicle and an easy transaction, which is a breath of fresh air now a days in the dealership industry.

Review: I purchased a 2008 F-350 from Goldies Motors on 8/14/12. I was dealing with [redacted]. The truck had a gold camper shell on the truck bed. However, prior to purchasing the vehicle, I was advised by [redacted] that it would come with the factory equipped tailgate.

Therefore, I purchased the vehicle and upon delivery I was advised that the tailgate was not in the truck. I attempted to contact [redacted] and left numerous messages. Furthermore, I was able to speak with him in Oct 2012 and he advised that they found the tailgate and he was having it cleaned/repaired. He added that he was shipping it UPS (we confirmed my mailing address) and I should expect it the following week. The tailgate never showed up and I called and advised via voicemail that the tailgate was never received. Unfortunately, I never heard back from [redacted] or Goldies Motors.

I have the conversation recorded wherein he acknowledges that the tailgate is owed and that he has it in his position and will be shipping it via UPS.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund in the amount equal to being able to purchase a 2008 OEM tailgate of the same factory coloring (approx $1,000)

Good morning Samantha, this letter is in response to a Revdex.com complaint we received. As soon as the complaint was received I contacted the customer (Sunday June 16th, 2013). We were quiet surprised to have gotten a complaint as we had sold this customer a vehicle a year ago. That being said I asked him what had happened and he informed me he was in communication with one of our employees, [redacted], and that him and [redacted] were working on getting the item to him. Communication broke off due to time and everyone's busy schedules and therefore that is why so much time had elapsed.

After I spoke with [redacted], I then spoke with [redacted] to confirm that this indeed occurred and he confirmed it was miscommunication, etc... [redacted] lost track of the item and just assumed it had been resolved since he had not heard from [redacted] in over 6 months. None of this was brought to my attention until the email from the Revdex.com arrived and I greatly appreciated that and that is when I got involved. I thought the customer and [redacted] resolved it and all parties were satisfied as it had been one year since the sale. Usually I get notified right away when there is an issue at hand and make sure we rectify the situation immediately.
