Great Dealership! The entire staff did an excellent job for us. We had a few repairs shortly after delivery but Goldies was all over it! They made sure that we were happy and had a great experience. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. They really do care about the customer!

I bought a 2012 Ford Mustang from Goldies Motors in July 2013. This was the best vehicle buying experience that I could ask for. The staff was very kind, helpful, and the buying process was incredible. My car is more than I could ask for! If you are looking for an honest car selling company, you should take your buiness here. My husband and I recently purchased a Lexus IS 250 at Goldie's Motors and couldn't be happier. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. There weren't any lingering, high pressure salesmen normally associated with buying a car. We knew what we were looking for when we went into the showroom and they quickly pulled the car out for us to test drive. The car needed a slight alignment which [redacted] arranged to be completed and paid for at a Lexus dealership near us.

Goldies sold me a car which shortly after purchasing I noticed did not have several of the things they advertised it to have. Such as bluetooth, Navigation, and other small things. Two months after purchasing the car I went to change insurance companys and they informed me that my car was in a major accident in 2013. Goldies did not inform me of this and I paid way more than I should have seeing as in has been in an accident. I thought it was I family business I could trust. I was wrong

We purchased an Avalanche from [redacted] in Feb14 and had a very positive experience. I dread car shopping (I mean dread!) I appreciated the no-haggle pricing and ease of purchase. The body shop perfectly corrected a few bumper scrapes like new. All in all, it was easy, [redacted] was very pleasant and professional to deal with and I would recommend her and Goldie's for anyone looking for a good resale vehicle purchase experience.

My husband purchased a car from this dealer a few months ago from Allison and had a great, no-pressure experience. When it came time for me to replace my car, my husband started checking Goldies' inventory. We knew what kind of car we wanted, and when we saw a low-mileage model of the car we wanted to buy, we called to express serious interest but said due to scheduling conflicts, we couldn't get down to drive/purchase the car until later that week. Allison said that she would start the financing/sale process in order to hold the car for us although there was no obligation to actually purchase once we arrived. Later that week when we got to the dealer, the car was as depicted in the photos - it looked brand new. We took it for a drive, came back, signed papers and away we went. The price was fair, the process was painless and the service was outstanding. I can't say I'd want to go anywhere else for a vehicle and I highly recommend this dealer to others. Let me first start by saying this was the best, most pleasurable and relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. [redacted] was incredible! They had the exact car that I wanted with very very low miles at a very fair price. In fact all their cars and trucks are very nice with low miles, no junk. [redacted] told me they strive to specialize in quality cars with very low miles. When I went down to Goldie's for the first time there was no pressure to buy and immediately let me take the car for a test drive by myself. I traded my truck in and [redacted] gave me a really good trade in value. In fact I didn't even have to haggle about the trade in value or the price of the car that [redacted] offered to me, seriously. [redacted] was also able to offer me a better interest rate than my own bank, which has never happened before. I thought this was to good to be true, but it was! Next time I am in the market to buy another car I will be calling [redacted] at Goldie's Motors. I already recommended my Dad to Goldie's and will do so to anyone else I know looking to buy a car or truck.

I want to start by saying, purchasing my vehicle from Goldie's was the most pleasant experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. The staff is very friendly, considerate, and willing to go that extra mile to help you get into the car of your dreams. If you are lucky enough to deal with Allison, rest assured that she is looking out for you. We walked away thinking we couldn't get financed to the payment that we needed. Well, Allison called the next day and got us EXACTLY what we wanted. She worked on it all morning so she could call us with the great news. No one knows the financial ins and outs like she does. None of that would have been possible if it wasn't for Adam and Micah. Most my questions were already answered before I arrived. Everyone gets an A++ on customer service and communication skills.

As for the "car of your dreams" ..... well that can be found in their massive indoor climate-controlled showroom. In there, EVERY vehicle looks brand new. When they receive a vehicle, they recondition it to almost brand new condition. Their selection .... well, they have all the 'head turning' cars along with all the "everyday use" cars that anyone could possibly need. I can honestly say that I have never left such a positive review for any purchase I have made. I was happy to sit down and write this one. I want everyone to know the AMAZING experience I had, so they can check Goldies Motors out and have their own AMAZING experience. I will never buy a used car from any other dealership than Goldies. They offer a great selection of cars and the most personalized service you could ask for. Ive purchased two cars from Goldies and each time, the staff made the experience fun-that's right, I said fun! While I signed the paperwork, my boys played air hockey and watched football-I didn't hear "Mom, are you almost done even once!"
Speaking of the paperwork,[redacted] is the best! She handles the process extremely efficiently but takes the time to explain, if needed. You don't feel rushed, but it gets done quickly. What impressed me most about[redacted] is that she followed up with me after I purchased the car to let me know about an even better warranty she found with a lower deductible. Wow!
I highly recommend Goldie's if you are looking for a higher end used car-you will not be dissapointed!!

As advertised. Straight up honest business. Drove from northern New Mexico to Phoenix to pick up a car purchased sight unseen. [redacted] arranged trade-in, great financing which I couldn't beat at my bank or credit union. She was why I did the deal long distance. Slight unnoticed damage to upholstery discovered when I arrived home was remedied by a prompt check in the mail for a local repair. Car was really flawless and as advertised. I had looked on and off for months finding a super clean model, low miles and with a hard to find 6 speed. Goldie's had it. Worth the drive. Only fly in ointment was NM requirement to actually see the title before they would register it. The MVD here is not known for customer service and it took quite a while to iron everything out. Other than that the experience with Goldie's Motor reaffirms my faith in doing business with highly reputable people. The know their stuff and price their cars accordingly. Worth the road-trip. Would do it again.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Goldie's Motors, specifically Micah B[redacted]. The entire experience was very pleasant, they are professional and fair, gave me more on my trade than anyone else and negotiated a great price on my new car. Furthermore, they even delivered my new car to me and made the financing work within my very strict perimeters. Overall I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the Phoenix area looking for a quality vehicle and an easy transaction, which is a breath of fresh air now a days in the dealership industry.

Review: I traded in my (mint condition) sports-car because I needed more space. The 4 door sedan they put me in was clean & had a great price...also, they told me it had a clean 'carfax'. 'AFTER' I have signed ALL the purchase, finance papers, etc...they say...there is one more paper to sign..."By the way, they say, this car is a 'buy-back' & that is how we are able to sell it to you for such a good price. They proceed to tell me that 'a buyback means the dealership fixed the 'minor' issues and it is still under warranty, so nothing to worry about'.

They nevever disclosed this prior to mre signing papers...They never told me that Nobody wants a 'Branded" title. A "BUYBACK" CLEARLY MEANS IT HAS A "BRANDED" TITLE!!!! Nobody, but nobody will take my car on a trade-in. I spoke with [redacted]several weeks ago and asked her what Goldie's would offer me. 4 weeks & No return phone call...I also left several messages on her voicemail.

.A car that should be worth 12k - 13k on a trade in, is only worth 8k, and 4 dealerships don't want anything to do with a 'Branded" titlt.... I have lost 4k -m5k due to this unprofessional practice.

We have completely resolved the situation with Mrs. [redacted] After I directly communicated with her we got everything resolved. Per our advertisement on this particular vehicle we did fully disclose the vehicle as being a re-acquired manufacture’s buy back vehicle as we disclose everything we know about the vehicle(s) that we sell. Throughout the purchase process we mentioned that the reason the sales price of the vehicle was less than other vehicles similar to the one that was purchased was because of this; therefore it did have a direct impact on the value. At the time Mrs. [redacted]went to trade in the vehicle we were working with her to get her another vehicle as she wanted to get into a mid-size SUV. We made her a fair market value offer, unfortunately the dealership she went to would not re-do the purchase order to allow her to get a fair market value on her trade in so we assisted her outside of the purchase as we stand behind any vehicle we sell. Goldie's deserves 5 plus stars!!! After getting scammed from another dealership recently, [redacted] at Goldie's blew me away with his amazing customer service! He could of sold me a larger and more expensive truck I was looking originally, but instead he listened to me about why I needed a new truck and what I needed it for. [redacted] then showed me a truck that was practically designed to fit my needs and much more affordable. He also threw in some brand new truck mats and truck hub cabs delivered to my home. I absolutely love my new truck. [redacted] went above all my expectations and restored my faith in believing there are real people who sell vehicles that care. My experience with [redacted] and Goldie's was the most easy and simple. NO BS or games played here. I will be a forever customer.
