Hello, This complaint has been investigated by management for over a week and has not found anything to support this half truth of a complaint Firstly there are no Mike's that make calls out of the office Secondly EACH person is inclined to give their POSITION within the company as well as their FULL name which IMMEDIATELY debunks this complaintEach call is monitored and recorded as well as each account documentation cannot be altered by anyone other than management 3rd party disclosure is STRICTLY forbidden and is scrutinized No one harassed this consumer, but this is the nature of the business of collections Its funny how calling someone to ask for money that THEY owe is harassment these when its publicly becoming more and more simple to try and get sympathy by making it known that your upset about your OWN responsibilities and try and pass that anger off on a fully compliant company so they will stop calling you, for the fact that the call itself is embarassing This account has been removed from our system and will not receive any more calls, as we can only help those who wish to help themselves.Thank You

RE: This business called my mothers home in Spokane, WaLeaving a message for me in my maiden nameThey called from number [redacted] and stated they were serving me with a summons or affidavit today at 4pm, and I needed to be there or there would be "consequences"This same caller then called my brother in Seattle, Wa, relaying the same informationI called the number back and spoke to "Yolanda"I asked the name of the business and was told Goldstein, Cruz and Smith and a callback number was [redacted] I stated I needed to know the nature of their call so I could file a police reportShe became agitated and referred me to another workerThis worker was also agitated and asked me to provide my social security number so they could confirm it was meI refused and she then hung up on meThis is a scam.Hello Consumer, Our records indicate the consumer [redacted] (The Assumed Name when a payday loan was taken out, verified by drivers ID, SSN [redacted] and reference infomation which was the mother) was contacted by the office of Goldstein Cruise and Smith on 7/23/for the first time Of course in the complaint the facts were scrambled to the favor of the consumer The mother's information was put down with the consumers bare hands as reference to take out the loan, threatening the police because she was called about a legally owed loan is a common scare tactic professional debtors use We stay well within the laws we are governed by and are subject to such scare tactics as threatening the Revdex.com and Police If the consumer had requested to be contacted in any way other than phone, this would have be doneThis complaint comes the next day after contact giving no opportunity to oblige to the needs or requests of the consumer We cannot give out a consumers SSN so as any business we request the last digits as can be seen above we already are in possession of the entire SSN This complaint has been fielded by management and we will do all we can to assure that we can resolve this Thank You

RE: Started receiving threatening calls about month's ago in regards to an unpaid payday loanThey called multiple people in our family and continue to call my mother-n-law even though they were notified she had a heart attack and I went to the website on the voicemail and removed her number They started threatening us with check fraud due to the payday loan remaining unpaidThey call from multiple numbers at various times of the dayI have requested twice proof of the debt be emailed to me and what I got was an email from a Michael C [redacted] gmail account with a bunch of rambling about validation of the debt but no attachmentThey hijacked a line for [redacted] County Clerk's fax number to make it look like they were calling from [redacted] County court and said they were on their way to serve me but I could call the number before being served to make a paymentI have told them to serve me with the papers as I did not feel the debt was valid or they would have already sent me what I requestedA legit business would have a legit email address and would be able to provoide proof of the debt they are collecting onI have also contacted [redacted] County Clerks and they did not have anyone by the name of the process server who hijacked the fax lineWhen the business was confronted they acted offended by what I said but couldn't provide an explanation on how she called from a fax line, just offered to set up an arrangement using my debit card.Hello, Firstly let it be known to the consumer that management is looking into this issue diligently as we pride ourselves on customer service and fielding all complaints However, at the present point calls to be assumed threatening when a person owes a legally viable debt is outstanding When information is not updated to the creditor calling others to reach the debtor is well within the law It was NEVER explained to the staff that any one person was not to be called All recording in concern with this consumer have been listened to and this is a lie Now the issue with the checking account however was brought up and the words check fraud were never usedHowever the debtor knows PERFECTLY well and did use the checking account to assume the loan with FULL intentions to defraud the client of the loan which still to this day is being avoided Proof of debt has been given and still no progress on repaying a debt owed In this complaint not one mention of paying the bill has been made Secondly, it is not possible to the knowledge of professionals we contacted to "Hijack" a phone line, so this again is a lie So in closing we do understand the complaint and as can be seen in this document we field ALL complaints in a timely fashion However, we are not going to be bullied or slandered to the Revdex.com or any other institution by a disgruntled consumer who has no intentions to pay a debt they know they owe and deliberately are avoiding Thank YouGOLDSTEIN CRUISE AND SMITH STAFF

This Complaint has been reviewed by management and has been found to be false The number is a correct extended line to the office, after checking the call recordings on this particular call in no way was the consumer violated No court date was EVER explained, in fact no mention of court was even involved This consumer has history through his bank checking account of taking out payday loans yet he claims does not recall taking out a payday loan Again, no mention of taking out a payday loan was even in the conversation yet the consumer miraculously explains in his statement that we called him in concern with a payday loan The collector stated he has a "LOAN" never once mentioning that it was a payday loan, so again the consumer appears to be famous for things like this Secondly, the consumer could have simply asked for upper management to formulate a complaint but instead contacts the Revdex.com We are positive that he wishes to simply get out of yet another payday loan that he has taken out by making yet another complaint in his history with the Revdex.com We will close his account here and send it back to client for we have no intentions of trying to work with someone as untruthful as Mr [redacted] and his statements

Still we have yet to speak with the consumer to fix the problems she is having with the company We have attempted to reach out in any way possible to contact the consumer to help Its obvious that she had no intentions to handle the situation and this is a ploy to avoid paying a legal debt

Hello, This complaint has been reviewed by management and have come to terms with the fact that there is no reference of dates, names, phone numbers or any other information to try and put together a better understanding of how to handle this complaint Simply asking for management is the best way to get all complaints answered in that particular conversation Naturally we are well within the law to contact a person in concern with a debt that is owed and no evidence supports the fact that ANY number that the consumer has been contacted at is an employer or that any personal information has been divulged All this complaint seems to be is the act of someone trying to get a reputable company to stop calling in concern with a debt they owe which is popular among people simply avoiding paying their debts We will take this as a formal cease and desist and not contact the consumer again to leave him to clearing up his debt one day.Thank You

Hello, Management has gone over this complaint repeatedly to find ANY evidence of what this debtor has complained about and naturally we have found none On EACH recording the law has been followed to a "T" and of course in no way has this debtor made mention of PAYING her debt or how we have ALL information that came from HER own PERSONAL bank and others she put down as references to take out loans Management has never talked to her husband and we have done all possible to bring resolution to someone who has NO intentions to pay her debts For every complaint we have a ratio of people we have helped to responsibly pay their debts We have NO intentions of entertaining this slandering complaint to a reputable company If she wishes to contact the office management that we may assist her in getting to the bottom of her complaint we will help and take ALL necessary steps to assure we continue to help and offer the best in customer service from the voices you do not hear on this site or others like it When a company deals in debt naturally we must deal with these situations as well

Again, We have no intentions of going around and around about the validity of a loan in which ALL information is correct for the consumer and always has been As well as past history of activity from the consumer We have closed the account and returned it to the creditor, we have no intentions of working with someone who does not want to help themselvesThank You

Hello Consumer, The above complaint has been investigated by the management staff at Goldstien, Cruise and Smith LLC and has come to these results:All calls are monitored and recorded for quality and compliance purposes to assure the top level of customer service and satisfaction and are held for a
certain time frame before released In no way shape or form was the consumer threatened in the conversation All information provided in the conversation was provided to our office by the creditor and to our and their knowledge is accurate As verified by the consumer the accuracy was just as important as the facts that the consumers bank (who has NOTHING to do with this other than the fact that it was verified that the account information was used to procure a loan) verified the information to be accurate The previous address is from the time that the loan had been taken out and has not been updated by the consumer However, the fact that the address is old does not negate the loan We are not speculating the motives of the consumer, but in the interest of this complaint and from the investigation of this conversation it would seem as though the issues are mainly with the loan contract details that the consumer is upset with and not our office Interest has nothing to do with paying back the loan, the contract was signed and agr*** upon by the creditor and consumer All information, including a Validation Of Debt email was sent to the consumer Thank You,Goldstein, Cruise and Smith LLC

Hello, This complaint filed to the Revdex.com is not the proper avenue to have it addressed It is simple to ask for management, in which all information requested can be updated and sent properly It is not the obligation of the creditor to chase around the debtor Updated information
keeps from having people call around to find someone if they KNOW they owe a debt and should update address and phone information to their creditor As for the apparent infractions in company compliance and customer service policy, management is looking into it to take proper steps to assure that the complaint is legitimate and from there proper steps will be taken within the company to assure it does not happen again This complaint seems to be one of not addressing the problem yet being fast to attempt to contact outside avenues to keep from proper debt collections from taking place The office main line number is well posted at ###-###-#### please call for any other questions.Thank YouGCS Staff

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not spoken with the company since I filed this complaint At the time I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, I also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection organization I was told by them that the collector stated they would not be contacting me anymore to avoid ruining their reputation and my file closed They also stated I obviously had no intention of repaying the debt As you can see by the original attachment I request several times to resolve this matter At this point, I do not trust the collection practices or agency They are aware they used caller id spoofing (which was what I discussed with the CFP) Since my requests for debt substantiation has been ignored, I will not send any payment to the agency unless we take the matter to court I have obtained legal advice in this matter They have mentioned several times that I have slandered their name, however if you google their phone number MULTIPLE people have stated they are scam artists and they have a F rating with the Revdex.com Why would I give anyone with that reputation my debit card? I appreciate the Revdex.com for their attempt to resolve this matter At this point, it appears that it will not resolved

That is a lie because it wasn't me that that owed the debt however the company they claim to be did refund the money back that my husband told them they could not take so as far as my circumstances this is resolved but the information they just submitted is still a lieI hope no one else gets scammed out of their money the way my husband wasBut obviously they know they shouldn't have taken it because they returned the money when I threatened to call the police and after my bank called them but that was not the phone number we were calling

This account has been worked and reviewed the entire time by management, firstly the ENTIRE complaint is a lie Its not as if ANY employee has dealt with the consumer since the first call Management has done everything to insure that customer service was retained throughout the ENTIRE
call This consumer is textbook in her attempts to avoid a situation that she has admitted numerous times on recording This complaint is not worth the time that this response has taken to address it, as it is no more than an attack with no truth or grounds This account is being forwarded back to the creditor and we will not make another call to this consumer as we only help those who are willing to help themselves This complaint should be stricken from all records against this company as this is a popular tactic from people who are in the business of not paying their bills and looking for sympathy for that fact by attacking the creditor and collection companies on websites

Hello Again, Again the management of The Offices of Goldstein, Cruise and Smith have immediately reviewed the account and have come to the same conclusion It is simple to copy and paste laws as if the consumer has first hand knowledge of the industry to try and avoid paying their debts If the consumer had any questions or concerns again, upon request the management staff field ALL complaints on the spot without a call back or appointment necessary If the consumer has ANY evidence to support any complaints then it would be who of them to contact management IMMEDIATELY that we can field this complaint and take according steps to assure that all staff is compliant with company policy and state and federal lawsIt is still noticed that the consumer makes no mention of owing or paying their debt, however makes good points to try and threaten this organization with "brutal consumer tactics" used by professional consumers to try and slander collection agencies to take the spotlight of the fact they owe a legal debt and have made no attempt to prove otherwise or to discuss the debt, but more to try and cause grief and complaints to a compliant organization We have stopped all collection activity to this consumer and hope we have done our best to try and assist in the clearing of a debt that is owedManagement would still like the supporting evidence to be provided that way we may investigate this further among the staff and take the steps necessary to assure we can continue to operate on a consumer friendly levelWe regret if in this particular consumers eyes we have not met the expectations We hope to continue to help more than the THOUSANDS of consumers who are COMPLETELY satisfied with their experience and truly are sorry for this particular experience here at the Offices of Goldstein, Cruise and Smith Sorry again,Goldstein, Cruise and Smith Staff

Hello, This complaint has been under review by management and have come to terms with the fact that by the phone recordings there is no evidence to support this complaint No lies about felony changes or sheriffs have EVER been committed by this office or any associated with it in the
history of the company The banking information was verified by the bank themselves, and it convenient that the abusive verbal barrage of profanity and racial attacks were omitted from this complaint as well We have closed the account and will not entertain these lies any further We will not contact this account again We only help those who WISH to pay their bills respective as an adult of the thousands we help every month it is assured to get these lies here and there

This complaint by [redacted] has been reviewed by management and is found to be completely false.  We do not sugar coat things when we deal with people we deliver the facts in a very customer service fashion and without reserve as we feel the best results with consumers only comes from truth....

 And the truth is [redacted] is lying to favor some sort of sympathy for not paying her bills.  First off no one threatened her watsoever.  She claimed she paid the account yet was unwilling to provide ANY sort of proof.  Now rest assure in collections naturally the first thing out someones mouth believe it or not is always "I paid it or I dont owe it".  Now in a manner that does not call someone out to be a liar because a good deal of accounts can be paid so the benefit of the doubt is always given.  But an ongowing and abrasive conversation with this debtor just kept the lies coming.  We are not going to come on a review site like this and sugar coat anything to gain favor.  The facts are this debtor was asked multiple times to PLEASE supply documentation and she would never be contacted again, she is rude and has a propensity to distort the truth.  We will NEVER contact this debtor again for she is a professional and has no intentions of paying her debts but seems to have no problem taking loans out from companies and then saying they are predators to not pay them back, then lies on sites like the Revdex.com to gain favor and THAT is the truth.  We have moved her out of this office and will never call her again as she wishes.
