providing ongoing monthly information. Mr. [redacted] was advised of the trial membership, it's benefits, it's monthly costs if kept, and how to cancel multiple times during the order process (see below). It was also on the receipt that he received following his purchase.
We received an inquiry from Mr. [redacted] on June 30, 2015. His membership was cancelled immediately that day and the charge that was scheduled to post that night was voided. While membership fees are specifically stated as non-refundable in Mr. [redacted]'s terms of purchase, I have as an attempt to resolve this issue refunded one of the two charges that were made for his membership. He should see that refund on his card within approximately 48 hours.

We received an email from Mr. [redacted] asking to cancel his membership on Saturday, August 22, 2015. His email was worked and his membership was cancelled on Monday, August 24th. An email was sent to Mr. [redacted] advising him of the membership cancellation.

The fact that the membership was a part of the terms of his purchase, what it entailed, its cost, and how to cancel if he did not want to be a member was stated multiple times during his order and check out process. It was also on his order confirmation email that was sent immediately after completion of the order (see below).
We do also have a marketing email campaign to generate business for our company. As with all campaigns such as this, we do offer the option for the recipient to unsubscribe if they wish to stop receiving emails from us. This is only to stop the sending of emails, however, it did not state that it would also cancel the membership that was a part of Mr. [redacted]'s terms of purchase. We received notification from Mr. [redacted] on May 19th to cancel his membership. It was cancelled on May 20th per his request.
While membership fees are listed in Mr. [redacted]'s Terms of Purchase as non-refundable, I do have a 120 window that I can refund charges made back to a credit card. In an attempt to resolve Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, I have as a courtesy refunded his February, March, April, and May fees that fall within that window. He should see the refunds on his card within approximately 48 hours. All of the monthly lessons are still available for Mr. [redacted] to review on the website access he was provided at the time of his purchase.

I am satisfied at "This point", what truly bothers me about this entire ordeal is that I feel that each and every month that they took $$ from my acct. I SHOULD HAVE been notified with some sort of email that the funds were being taken from my acct. (Like an electronic receipt of sorts) This is part of why I feel this advertisement is "Deceptive" I NEVER received email notices of funds being taken out at any time, or I would have investigated. It took me having to review my credit card statement which is rare for me as I don't make many purchases with it. When I did go into the link after noticing $$ being withdrawn, I felt like I had cancelled the membership by choosing "NOT" to receive any more emails. I searched the link provided and could not find one instance of being able to cancel this acct. Not one that was easily noticeable anyway. So when several months went by and I noticed that $$ was still being taken out....I LOST IT!! When I finally called the phone number on the provided link to verbally cancel by phone, the number provided on that link was "Disconnected" thus forcing me to drill down via Google to contact these people to cancel. Even then I only got in touch with an answering service. In the end, this was a "Shady" deal and I was very unhappy and feel that this company needs to seriously "Revamp" their site and their collections practices...at very least.

Included in the details were the club's benefits, costs if kept, and how to cancel if it was not wanted. (see below).
I do not find that we received any request to cancel the membership prior to January 4, 2016. It was cancelled on that day.
We have a 120day window in which a charge can be refunded directly to a credit card. While membership fees were listed in Ms. [redacted]'s Terms of Purchase as non-refundable, we did as a courtesy at the time Ms. [redacted] contacted us refund the 4 fees that fell within that time frame.
All of the monthly videos are still on the website for viewing.

I had cancelled this company's e-mail at least four months prior to the January date mentioned on the website and did not receive any further "instructional" e-mails but continued to have a monthly charges on my credit card. I did not even know what these e-mails were - just thought of them as "pop-ups". The amount is close to what I spend on a round of golf (I have a membership with local Metro golf courses) so it did not catch my attention when I saw "golf tailor". When I realize that this all stemmed from my purchasing the DVD, I called the company but was kept on hold for one hour. I am convinced that no one would ever answer the call. This is clearly a case of misleading advertising and I think I should be refunded in full for this subscription or whatever this company calls it.

There appears to be some confusion on the difference between our emails and the membership. To unsubscribe specifically states that you are requesting to cease getting emails from us. It does not have anything to do with cancelling a membership. Ms. [redacted] states that she did this at least 4 months prior to the call in January. I have already refunded fees back to September but would agree to refund 3 additional fees. This would take her back to the 4 month courtesy period that I originally offered. The refund will have to be in the form of a check however. I will await word on settlement of the issue before requesting the refund check.

It was also on the receipt that he received following her purchase and emails were sent each month advising of the new lessons and the charge associated with them. Ms. [redacted] actually placed the order twice so there were two memberships to the monthly club established.
Ms. [redacted] contacted us on September 5, 2105. At that time both memberships were cancelled. The duplicate purchase and the 4 monthly fees associated it were refunded at that time.
While membership fees are listed in Ms. [redacted]'s Terms of Purchase as non-refundable, we did also agree as a courtesy to refund two of the four fees that were associated with the initial purchase.

I believe the advertising is deceptive. I was not interested in the membership and did not feel obligated to read further. They only mention that I am going to be charged at the end of a long spiel. If they were honest they would have said I was going to be charged before the spiel. I feel it is a sneaky underhand way to do business and I would not have any trust in any future dealings with them

There is only two sentences before the explanation of the 14 day trial period and what to do if you do not wish to remain a member following the expiration of the trial period.
As stated before, I have a 120 day window in which I can refund charges directly to a credit card. There is one more charge that falls within that window so in an attempt to resolve this issue, I have refunded that fee as well. This results in 7 of the 8 fees that were charged being resolved, the 4 duplicate fees and 3 of the 4 original fees.

Everything says FREE and since I did NOT want a FREE Club membership, I did not read any of their further fine print regarding how it's automatic and you then need to take action to cancel. This is a scam. We never received anything. I want my third $29.00 charge refunded immediately.

I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] did not read all of the terms of his purchase. As shown in the original response, the terms of purchase very specifically stated that the free trial was only for 14 days. However, since the 3rd fee does fall within the 120 window for which I can refund directly to a credit card, I have refunded the 3rd month's fee in order to completely resolve this complaint to Mr. [redacted]'s satisfaction.
