I am rejecting this response because:
1. I am actually accepting the response but I would like to make two recommendations
1. Neither the email nor the agent indicated that I was actually paying for 18 holes and a cart. Since it is only a nine hole course I assumed I paid for nine. The email confirmation needs to be updated to include number of holes and the fact you purchased a cart
2. The golf course should not discredit your company and indicate that it is cheaper in person. Recommending contacting the course owner to address this concern

I am sorry however Golf 18 Network does not offer senior discounts. The $156.00 was proper for the rounds of Golf purchased, however as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted], we have issued a future credit of $63.00 for him to use

his available credit to use when ever he wishes.  Please let him know that there are no "Senior Rates" given from Golf 18 Network.

It appears that Valleaire Golf Club is the closes to you. This course has several "Best Value" tee times in which you would be able to use your credit towards the full amount of the tee time. Chenoweth Golf Course is another nearby course that has many of these "Best Value" tee times as well. When looking to use your credit, you should always look for these tee times and you will be able to use your credit on these for more than just the booking fee. As stated before, we would also be more than happy to assist you in searching for these tee times if you would like to call us at [redacted] and choosing option 2.
